I filled up my car (Honda) at the BP Beyers South at 5pm, on 10/08/2011 5pm (R500 Full tank). I went into the store to buy airtime while I left Frank to to fill up. Frank (petrol attendant ) forgot to close my bonnet properly after he had checked my oil & water. As a result, a few minutes later on the N1 South, my bonnet flew into my windsreen (both are damaged - bent bonnet & cracked windscreen). I drove back to the BP to complain. Frank took blame for not closing the bonnet of my car properly & called the Manager (Godrich). Godrich spoke to Solly (Owner) & it was agreed that BP will cover all cost to repair my car. I was asked to submit an affidavit stating what had happened, as well as quotes from Honda& a panel beater. I submitted all documents via fax to Godrich on 17/08/2011. Its a month since the accident & my car is still not repaired. BP has also failed to call me & keep me updated with the process to repairing my car. I have constantly had to call to find out what is happening. I also do not appreciate that BP expects me to collect the car parts myself & deliver them to the panel beater. I raised my concerns with both Godrich & Anthony & was told that they would only pay for parts & repairs & transferring of car parts from the Honda NorthCliff dealership to Sparkling Auto Care (Panel Beaters - Randburg). I am frustrated and disappointed at the treatment I have received from BP. Where is the courtesy & Customer Service?

On, Friday, September 02, 2011, I stopped by the BP gas station on Crain Hwy, to get some gas and newport mediums. I reguested $10.00 worth of gas and the newport meduims were $6:59 the tax was .40 I use my credit card and the total came to $ 16.99. After I gined for the purchase I went out side to pump the gas.
I statred puming the gas, and it stopped at $ 9.67. So I went back into the store and told the cashier something was wrong with the pump. She asked me what was going on and I told her that I requested $ 10:00 worth of gas, and signed for $ 10:00 worth of gas yet the pump stoppped at $9.67. She stated she didn't know why it did that, then she preceeded to pull the receipt and tell me that my receipt that she had givven to me prior was not correct due to the face that they just pue in a auth amount and the $ 10.00 was not the correct charge. I asked her if that was the case why did I sign for the $10. 00 and not the $9.67, she stated that she wasn't sure, then she attempted to give me the .33 cents out of her purse, I told her that wasn't necessary but they needed to check the pump. She then calls her manager who pulls up 5 Minutes later and after talking to the cashier, refuses to check the pump and procedeed to yell and me, because I didn't understand how I could request $10.00 worth and gas, and sign for $10.00 worth of gas, and the pump short me .33 cents. I told her this is crazy you are going to loose a customer over .33 cents, becasuse you will not check the pump, she stated I DON"T CARE! As I was walking back to my car there was another customer in the store that over heard the whole conversstion, she told me that the week before that smae pump # 4, had cheated her out of .50. It may not seem like a big deal. But I expect to get what I pay for no mateer what it is, and agoin that pump needs to be fixed.

I bought a chocolate milo bar from my local BP petrol station! The expiry date on the back says 12/08/2011, but it has clearly expired before then! I was discusted to open it and find a way undersized, off shape, white shade off smelling supposed chocolate bar! I was a big fan of this brand but I’m totally off it now! I know you might not care and will probably just laugh this off n delete it, but at least I tried! I look forward to hearing your response if you care.

The gas station located on US1 (Harbour City Blvd) and 192 has a price posted of $3.86 a gallon for regular gas. On the pump itself in very small numbers its indicated a price of $3.96 I didnt notice until I filled up $70 later. This is total fraud, normally I would not have noticed this, please check out this station. Tonight, Sunday 13th February 2011, I drove into the local BP garage, intending to fill up my Mondeo with unleaded gasoline. However, I noticed that the pump was operating very slowly, and called a halt after putting £38 worth of fuel in the tank.
I mentioned to the cashier that the pump was sluggish, and she told me that she thought they were running out of fuel. I didn't think any more about this until my car cut out, a mile or so along the road, in the dark. Dead. I didn't have a cell phone with me, and walked back to Stranraer, intending to ask the cashier if I could use the garage phone, so I could get some assistance. On the way, I passed a brand new Ford Fiesta with the bonnet up...yes, they'd filled up at the same garage. Not only that, they'd already called for help, and informed me that the local Automobile Association were dealing with six concurrent call-outs, all with the same symptoms. Then, the cashier wouldn't allow me to use the garage telephone initially, until I managed to convince her to call her manager at home. It gets worse...NOW, the cashier tells me that people have been coming back to the garage to complain ALL DAY! You'd have thought that it might have dawned on her that there was a serious problem...and, that even if she didn't have the authority to do anything, a call to her manager, at home, would have confirmed that it might have been better to close the garage. As a resuly of doing NOTHING, then probably scores of drivers have paid around £40 for the privilege of filling up with water-saturated fuel from the dregs of the forecourt tanks, or had our fuel injectors blocked with gunk, again from the bottom of the tanks. I've got a couple of real beefs with this -
- there should mechanical procedures in place to prevent the sale of such contaminated fuel
- leaving filling stations in the charge of people devoid of either authority or COMMON SENSE is not a good idea.
I'm now looking at a bill for several hundred pounds to get my tank drained and my engine examined, caused by £38 of defective fuel. The customer service of BP is worse than non existent. I'm going to try to get my money back, but, on the evidence of the type of people I'm dealing with, I'm not hopeful. Either way, I will never, ever, fill up with BP again.

I live a few blocks away from this gas station and I travel three towns over to go to another station, because of the poor service. If you go there at night the attendant will not come over to you car, you have to go to the window of the station and then he might follow you over to your vehicle. This has happened on more than one occasion. The station is in a very sucluded area, customers shouldn't have to get out of the vehicle and put themselves in harms way to get gas. I recommend that no one every goes there, so that they will close that station. This is not the proper way to run a business.

I currently work for almost two years for a BP Gas Station convenience store - On 3 or more occasions, I have reported to my store manager that a former employee has been sexually harassing me. He told me to forget about it and just wait on the person who no longer works there but is a frequent customer. On one of these occasions he followed me into the cooler and grabbed me and told me he wanted to have sex; on another occasion he took a sex enhancing pill off the counter and asked me to try it out. I do not know what my rights are in this regard but I feel that I should not have take this abuse.

My husband stop by BP to pick up a pack of black&milds and a pack of cigarettes and was told his BOA cc declined so he used our BOA debit card - once again the store clerk told him this card declined as well, so my husband came home check our BOA cc and debit transaction, to his surprise the cc's never declined we were charged twice. He went back to the store to inform the clerk - clerk denied the charges. We are disputing the charges and will never ever return to this BP gas station again... All I can say is WOW!

i went here to get gas and get help with gas. There was a very rude white trsah nasty haired thing that worked there. She was so mean and kept giving me rude looks. When I told her how much gas I wanted, the [censored] made a comment and was mean. She then gave me more of an attitude, and acted as if she was so much better than me, but she was like 46, fat, nasty hair like a cabbage patch doll- she was like one fo those- really mean rude wench. Avoid that place if you dont want to deal with rude stupid white trash

I have been a bp customer for at least 2 years now and I always go to the one on main street next to my house. I had a very unpleasant experience on friday dec 3rd 2010 at this gas station. One of the guys that works there called me names, such as hoe and # just because I asked him to come put gas in my car after I waiting for 10 mins and saw him walk around doing nothing (you cant pump gas in nj on your own, its the law). He told me to get the f* out of the gas station and after a different guy came and helped me out the one that curshed me out send a girl friend to my car to attack me. Thank god a guy jumped in and held her back. I called the cops but by the time I wasable to tell them where I was she took off, I have the girl plate numbers from her car and I know the guys name that works for bp (from my understanding his name is damian). I plan on pon taking legal advice against the girl and damian as well as the gas station for negligence. I could have been attcked by a stranger who was 10x bigger than me and I was called a bunch of names in front of people that were in the gas station. None of the people working at the gas station did anything to avoid this. They wouldnt even tell me who the manager is.

I recently stopped for gas at the BP gas station in Gardner Ma. as I always do I am one of your loyal customers. The station that I stop at has a gas attendent on duty at various times this is one of the reasons i go here because i don't like to pump my own gas i'm 52 years old and I guess you could say that i'm from the old school where gas stations had people attending to there customers. I recently went to this gas station on Dec.4 at about 2:45p.m. which was a Saturday afternoon. There it was the sign that said there was no attendent on duty well I had to get gas so i pulled up to the pump and got out to go into the store to pay and pump my own gas. I went into the store and i said to the person working behind the counter (which is normally the man who pumps the gas) that I don't understand why they don't have a attendent on duty to pump gas on the weekend when this is there busiest time. The gentleman behind the counter flew into a rage saying he works his ### off all week and it is cold out and he was giving himself a break and if i didn't like it i could go somewhere else. Well i had already paid for my gas so I asked for my money back and he did so and when he returned my money to me and told me never to come back again. I was a very loyal customer well all the problems were going on with the gas spill but i won't be anymore. Employee's like this are just going to hurt your business even further and what a shame this is. This employee should be teminated at once this show of disrespect to a loyal customer plus swearing to a elderly customer is uncalled for shame on him. Thank-You Loreen Amadon Gardner Massachusetts.

my husband got gas sprayed all over his pants at the pumps because of a pin hole leak. management taped up the hole with duck tape.

The people who are employed here to harass customers had better stop or they will be FIRED!

I was traveling on interstate 65 thru Greenville Alabama on Saturday night October 2, 2010. I stopped at the BP station located one mile south of Greenville to get gas and to use the restroom. When I entered the store I could not believe my eyes. The top of the walls were plastered with nude pinup centerfolds as if it was wallpaper. Also there were people outside that appeared to be loitering. While trying to fill my car there were whistles from some that were hangin around. As four women traveling with two young children we were very uncomfortable with the surroundings and the safety --or lack there o--f from your establishment. I will not ever stop at that station again and if this is the level of consideration you offer your customers shame on you. The reason I had chosen to stop at this station over others was name recognition and past reputation for good stores.
