British Petroleum - gift card promotion refusal

i went to the gas station for get fuel.I drive H2 hummer which has a big tank.I filled my tank up which was over 26 gallon. After that i tried to get my BP promotion cards but instead of getting 3 cards i got just 1.The promotion says you can get a card after 8 gallon .So if i got 26 gallon should i have hadn't to get 3 cards? It's a simple math isn't it?And when i complained about it to the clerk she just refused me and she said that called my boss and gave me a number. She was on the phone the whole time and didn't care too much about me.She pointed on the promotion sign which said that you could get a card after getting 8 gallon.

BP GAS STI bought a mp3/4 player from this gas station, thinking it was going to work. Before I could even load music onto it the player didn't turn on. I knew something was fishy because the cords were just through in the box and the screen had been tampered with (the plastic was all bubbly looking). I went to return it, and the guy told me to come back tomorrow the next day because he didn't sell it to me. I told him to check it, because he should see that didn't work, I even said I had a receipt, he still wouldn't exchange it at that time. I had to talk and plead with him for something I had just bought the night before. I asked could I get a different one and he said he can't give me any money back so I have to speak with the guy who sold it to me because he's not the owner. I pleaded with him for a while until he atleast gave me another one of the same kind. I took it home and its broken also, the buttons are very cheap and I paid 59.99 plus tax, this is very upsetting and they have fake Ipods in there. Kids will think they are real and they run for about 29.99-about 49.99, thats how I found out about them in general. We have to protect our kids because they are ripping people off there. They are even selling fake coach purses and Gucci bags also. My little cousin believes they are real. This has to stop immediately.

Went into a BP gas station in Andover Ohio in the square and purshased gas from the credit card machine went into the store to purshse something else came out and gas was spilling every where i only needed about twenty dollars to top off and i went back inside to tell the tenent and ask her if they would clean it up and she told me that she didnt have anything to clean up a spill so they cant even clean up a little spill what happens when they polute our oceans again.

Today I stop at a BP gas station in Detroit MI 7 Mile and Grandriver. After going inside to pay for my gas. I return to my car to start the pump. While pumping my gas it would stop after ever .16cent. I payed for $30 in gas after it took me five minute to pump just $15 I went back into the store and got my $15dollars back and complain to the boy behine the counter that this is rediculous how they have the pump set up. All he could say is have a good day. This is just a another way of getting over on the poor people in that community. I have used other BP gas station and never experience this before. Nor would this be tolorated in other community.

After getting my money back I drove around the corner to a marathon station where I was able to finish pumping my gas. I will never return to another BP station and specially not that one.

Atleast one of their staff is very uncivil, arrogant and rude.. I have no issues whether or not he say Hi or greet or anything..i dont care.. But when he insists and rudely so, that u have to show ID card and he shud be satisified with it..if u want to pay with card.. its pathetic!
In my case, the card had my signature behind it.. amount was just $30 and it was for paying only for gas..no cigarettes nothing else..!
I never had such an experience elsehwere..a few hours earlier to this, i had swiped the same card for a bigger amount at another store..and they never had any prob.
He said its store policy..to take it or he will cancel the transaction..that he dont care. I wonder if they really have such a policy for $30..He really seemed to be picking on me for certain uncivil reasons..! Geez.. shud i suck up to him showing off his grandeur!

I already sent you and e-mail with my complaint. This station had something wrong with the pumps. They were running very slow. The guy in the gas station let the pump over flow on to my car. I only need 5 Gal. of gas and this guy manage to pump in 10 gal.I had 3 quarters of a tank . When I went into the gas station. I complain to the manager but got no satisfactoion. I have uses BP all the time but after this I will get gas some place else.

I live lets say very close to this gas station. Well recently they start to redo some concrete and stuff around the gas station and the vibrations from the machines that they were working on shook my house so bad that there are visible cracks around the out side of my house (and my house is concrete)also in the inside of my house the vibrations cracked my ceiling and know the drywall tape is coming off on the ceiling.I have been calling them for the past couple weeks to find out what they are going to do about this and i never get a call back or a response. I have wrote letters to them and no response back. They have not once tried to contact me even after all the countless times i have been trying to contact them. What does that say about this company? This company doesn't care at all who's home they mess up cause its all about them! I wish this company would actually give a damn and give me a call so we can talk about them fixing what they messed up on my house.

I went to this Gas station on Thursday afternoon August 19th to get some juice and water and cash in my lottery tickets. Anyhow I handed this foreign man my lottery ticket and he completley throws it back at me and said "YOU DID A HORRIBLE JOB I WONT CASH THIS FOR YOU" I SAID EXCUSE ME?" He said yeah you did a horrible job you are supposed to scratch the bottom off which i had no knowledge of... I did not know you were suppose to scratch it off all these other gas stations i ve been to have done that part for me and didnt make a big deal. Then he kept complaining about it and i was telling him how i didnt know that you had to do that finally i was like "Where is the manager?" He said "My manager would be more mad than myself right now"... I was very upset! Then his co worker on the other cash register jumped in and attacked me to like i get half of what you won because you didnt scratch this off and im just like wow are u serious? I was furious i ve never been talked to like that or disrespected at a public place and im calling cooperate on them ! !

I will never again go to this gas station, this is the closest one to my home but I will never again buy gas from these
people. I brought gas and thought it was a good idea to but lottery tickets there, I paid for a$10 scratch off and $10 worth of computer generated tickets and paid $20. The cashier was SLOW about ringing them up, but it was done.
WELL this other creep that works there comes up behind me and takes the tickets out of my hands and counts them as if I were stealing a lottery ticket - HA HA..., he looked like a complete ### when he was finished... just very wierd and unpleasant... I will never deal with these people again. With BP's reputation, they should do something about the freaks that represent them.

GLOBAL BOYCOTT of BP Gas Stations

A GLOBAL Boycott has been started
To Close Down BP Franchises due to
rude service, ripoffs, bad gas,
and alleged fraudfulent charges,

In 1776 we kicked the British out of the United
States over some teabags. In 2017 we can do it
over their bad manners and other ripoffs.

As consumers, collectively, we pay the salaries
of every BP employee, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS..

In return, we get a company that RIPS US OFF,
pollutes our Gulf of Mexico, destroys our
environment, kills our defenseless wildlife, and
INSULTS EACH OF US who pays their bills.

Then they buy off our elected officials with promises
they don't keep to clean up their mess, until the heat
dies down...Then back to business as usual.

ARE WE ALL THAT STUPID?

FIGHT BACK. KICK BP OUT.

Here is how.

This will take a little work on your part but here
is how to make an effective protest, hit BP hard in the
pocketbook and COST THEM BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN LOST
SALES with minimum effort on your part.

A. Write a polite letter stating your complaint
TO THE STORE MANAGER...THIS WILL BE IGNORED.
DONT WORRY.

B. State you are joining the GLOBAL BOYCOTT OF
BP STATIONS.

C. Send a copy of your complaint to the following
people. You can find the address on the internet.
1. Editor. WALL STREET JOURNAL
2. Chairman, British Petroleum
3. Editor, Each of your local Newspapers.
4. Editor, your Statewide Newspaper.
5. Post a copy here
6. Send a copy to the British Broadcasting Company(BBC)

D. Send email copies of your letters to your friends.
ask them to send to 10 friends. Ask them to ask
their friends to pass it on.
This will start a chain reaction of at least 10 to the
10th power...which is more than the population of
the earth. SOMEONE WILL NOTICE.

E. Add your comments. Get them in Facebook
and Twitter. Send copies of this to your friends.
Ask everyone to pass it on.

F. JOIN THE GLOBAL BOYCOTT. It's cheap, easy,
effective. SHUT BP DOWN.
