What a very hard lesson to learn from a person/company that do not care if you lose everything.
I wish I would have done my homework on this company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Agreed... they are evil people...
They tried to hustle my family (Wife + 4 kids) out of a deposit we put down on a home they were selling. Boyd and Kristi dragged the process on for months trying to tire us out for more money... Seeing how deliberate and evil their tactics were, I worked with the seller to get the funds back. Escrow company filled out a release of funds...sent to seller, they signed... check issued back... all without Boyd and Kristi knowing or being involved... agent/broker has no say if buyer and seller reach an agreement. Took Boyd for a surprise when he tried to tell me we weren't going to get it back... I was able to let him know, I already got it back... Caveat emptor
You are absolutely right about this husband and wife scammer duo! They are bad news! Do not start any business transaction with these people. They will screw you one way or another. My new job is to make sure good people are aware of what happens to them when dealing with bad people like Boyd and Kristi Roberts. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DEPOSIT MONEY OR SIGN ANY STRANGE ADDENDUMS. YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY IF YOU TRY TO GET RID OF THEM!
