I ordered an item and they sent the wrong thing. I wrote the same day and followed their directions to send it back the next morning, exactly as received. I wanted an exchange for the item I had ordered. They refunded my card, MINUS $8 for shipping! I wrote to ask why they charged me for their error and hadn't sent the correct item, as it was still listed as available on their site. They never responded. Their phone is never answered; I tried at all times. You can't even leave a message - it just says they are "helping someone else - call back later." Too bad. I had bought from them in the past and now they lost a customer. The place is fine, until there is a problem ... Never again!
