Boutiquefeel / been at least 3 weeks for items to arrive - cancelled 2 - still waiting for refund as well

I ordered 6 items on May 20th. 4 Items processed and shipped, and got as far as Marana, AZ on May 31st - still waiting for arrival. I cancelled 2 items before they shipped and it claims that I got a refund, but I don't see the money yet. I am sad because items looked cute in the pictures. Haven't received them so do not know how the quality will be when and if they arrive.
I would love to get my money back asap. Thank you!
