Boutiquefeel Delivery of product

I ordered 3 dresses from Boutiquefeel back in mid September but have only received 1 dress so far which is absolutely awful, nothing like the image suggested. After reading the reviews here it looks like there's no point in trying to contact them. There doesn't seem to be any option to contact them other than calling the U.S. These kind of sites should be made illegal, total scammers.

Boutiquefeel Clothing

Terrible quality. They say full refund available but they DO NOT RESPOND and I have read so many terrible reviews stating the same! I have purchased 4 items in 3 different orders, tried to cancel before they shipped after reading reviews but got no answer until many days later when they emailed that they were so sorry but it had already shipped. I can't find a phone number; I have emailed several times...CRICKETS! Scammers!

Boutiquefeel Dress

I purchase 2 items from boutiquefeel website. Omgggggg first! When it arrived nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. Second I never got the second item. I returned the first dress and ask for the refund for both since i'd never got it. I followed up with the company they made my return really difficult and they only did a partial refund for one dress. Emailed them numerous times for 3 months and still hasn't got a result. Their customer service sucks they don't care about their clients. They sell very cheap dresses and make money by not refunding them.

Boutiquefeel Clothing website

I purchase items from boutiquefeel website. When it arrived nothing like what was advertised in the pictures. I returned everything at my own cost. I followed up with company they made my return really difficult but they finally received it.I emailed them numorus times got the run and 6 months later they finally agree to refund me. I continued to follow up and they stop responding to any of emails.another month goes by after I mention to open a fraud claim they respond to refund me but till this day still nothing.

I purchase items from boutiquefeel website. They looked nothing like. what was advertised. I returned the order and I paid for the return they received the return and have yet to refund my money its been 6 months. I have sent numerous emails and they stop responding

Boutiquefeel Faulty shoes order 042018063000001008197

I received my order on Tuesday 17th July. I have been e-mailing the support team, but they are not coming up with a solution on getting my faulty shoes resolved. I have sent them photos of the packaging and Shoes, but they keep denying any photos were attached. I don't think these Shoes were cheap, therefore I am very disappointed in the quality, they are not wearable and I am not going to pay the cost of returning them as this is NOT my issue.

Hi I ordered a denim skirt off your website it did not fit so i returned it i didnt no it had come from china it cost me £11:25 to ship back to you i have sent and had replys by email off your tram which are not helping me at all ive sent my bank statement proving my proof of purchase a picture of receipt for the shipping but there just telling me no i didnt sent to china the email im
Giving isnt the right one which it is its the only one i have and im not having a refund im really upset with the way ive been treated i think its only fair ive returned the item i get my refund also my shipping fee as it was £11:25 which i couldnt really afford and waa not aware when i purchased i would have to pay thankyou

Boutiquefeel Dress

I bought a dress, my size, from Boutiqefeel.When it arrived it was too small and I am a medium size.Too tight all round and according to their sizing chart should have fit.I emailed them at their customer service as to what I should do.
No reply, although they say get back in 24 hours.
I now have a dress too small and wasted my money.What should I do?

Hi. I too ordered a dress my size which was too small when it arrived. The quality is nothing like the photo and it has a split up the side which is not shown in any of the photos or description. I too have continually emailed the support services only to be ignored. I agree with everyone- shop elsewhere with an authentic organisation.

Boutiquefeel Been at least 3 weeks for items to arrive - cancelled 2 - still waiting for refund as well

I ordered 6 items on May 20th. 4 Items processed and shipped, and got as far as Marana, AZ on May 31st - still waiting for arrival. I cancelled 2 items before they shipped and it claims that I got a refund, but I don't see the money yet. I am sad because items looked cute in the pictures. Haven't received them so do not know how the quality will be when and if they arrive.
I would love to get my money back asap. Thank you!

sadly i am unable to review with 1 start !
this company are complete and utter crooks there say that there are a american company but actually operate from a apartment in china, we recieved 1 item out off 3 ordered and the one we recieved was damaged, 46 emails later and still no refund, i am having to do a charge back via my bank now, , , stay away there are thieves nothing more

I am waitimg for several items
Which i placed over 1 week ago
Also another item a red dress which i have been waiting over 1 month for.

I have been charged for all items.

And none have come.

I complained about the red dress and was offered 15% off and £5 coupon which i am still waiting for.

As my previous email was hacked into.

If i do not recieve my orders i will have to take further action and take legal proceedings as this is out of order and i will not tolerate this no exception amd no excuses.

Boutiquefeel My package

I ordered an item for my Birthday and they took my money but the tracking number they gave me to track my package, I checked all carriers and the tracking number is no where to be found. I have tried to contact the seller several times and no response. I believe my money was taking from me with no package. Its really bad for business. I tried tracking my packing with UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and YUNTRACK. I tracking number is nowhere to be found. I also paid for 2-5 day shipping; so, I can have it on my Birthday. If your not going to give me my package or I can't confirm that its on its way I want my money back!

Boutiquefeel goods ordered but not received

I ave been waiting for a bulk order. I placed on 5th February 2018 you received £157.43 and 8th February 2018 another payment £109.74, this has already come out of my bank, you have already received payment, my address is 118 Grehyound rd, London N17 6XN, UK. and both packages should be sent to that address.

I received one item and the rest, I persume should be in one package not separates. I received one item where are the four and four items eight altogether. If I receive one then the rest should follow.

I have not yet received any of the remaining items. Can you please try to resolve this by next week Wednesday otherwise I would like to request all my money back.

If I recieve any items in the mean time I will contact you.

Please can you respond to respond to this email, this is alot of money and I do not want to lose it.

Boutiquefeel - do not buy!

Please, don't order anything from them. The quality of clothes is very poor and cheap. The real items have nothing to do with the photos presented on the website. This is an absolute trash. Ordering from them is not worth your time and money. The return process s sneaky as well, read their policies. They won't refund in full. It's awful, simply awful. Run away.
