QOD hair treatment
I had the worst experience at bounce Indiranagar salon Bengaluru- I wanted to treat my thinning hair so opted for QOD treatment after the stylist explained me what QOD treatment does to your hair and how safe it is, after 1 day of the hair wash I started getting skin rash all over my neck and forehead area, I physically visited the store to show them my condition and they did not respond back all they say is thanks for your feedback later I took the doctor prescription and showed it to them that due to QOD treatment am facing skin allergy and rashes- i suffered for almost 10days, had to run behind dermatologists and spend hell lot of money to get myself treated, after sharing with their management-I mean they just don't have human courtesy to say we will reimburse your amount and please do take care of your health what kind of management is this- absolutely pathetic- they kept asking me all the proofs inspite of sharing no solution they are trying to fool me and escape- absolutely disgusting
Desired outcome: Need to compensate me back
Qod treatment
I paid 8500 and did hair Qod treatment from immediate next fat skin started itching, and face is full of rashes and body is full of skin rashes
Eyelash extensions
The very next day itself the extensions started falling and were not correctly done infact my real eyelash was also cut
hair color
I had a worst worst experience. They had to do my same service thrice instead just once, just see the quality from this statement only. Never got appropriate results. Filed an online complaint to comsumer court, they lied and over exaggerated the whole situation and proved me a liar. Worst part is they dont know one of their staff member called them cruel and greedy when i spoke to that person and recommended me to tell them its their mistake. That crew/staff must knew they are like that, maybe thats why advised me the same. They dont respond now and have written such bad thing underestimating the power of customers

Hi, I enrolled for 3999 hair straightening service in the BOUNCE jayanagar branch & my hair looks pretty much the same, straight outside n frizzy n wavy inside ..
They asked me to take another sitting and even now it's the same my 4hrs Is just wasted and my hair this time is worsened .
I'm very very unhappy about the service given to me . 4700Rs holds lot of value when the services given are not justified . Plz refund my money back .
I'm soo unhappy about the way my hair is been tortured now . I have no words to write . Writing this in deep regret. I wish to never come bak to bounce of unanswered . My husband is a loyal customer in bounce Lavelle Road hence why I tried bounce after i heard him say it's good.
rude behaviour and cheating
The bouce salon in hiranandani estate thane is cheating .when not asked for a service they perform it and charge for it .after that once paid they will not be polite or considerate ...is this customer sercvice ?would advise no one to visit that place ...they r only there to make exra money ...mayb because they dont have enough customers...being rude to a customer is the last thing you can do to irritate a customer ..mayb people in india need to be trained in customer service .
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
