As a regular customer that support Boston Market, i know good food when its cooked to perfection, i simply ask the manager for hot chicken from the oven after he gives me chicken that was dry, burned and cold, he rudely reply all the chicken are the same! this man body language was rude and unwilling to provide good customer service, some employee's are rude also, i been there a few times and ask for chicken out the oven and have over heard one telling her manager she don't like me because i always ask for hot chicken, i am shock of the unprofessional people working there and the manager puts up with it, the manager tone was outraged just to serve me hot chicken, i quickly told him it ok give me my money back and left i also told him anyone i know or family will never come back to this Boston Market...

I went to boston market tonight in Hagerstown md the1st time back in years ordered the quarter of white chicken and quarter of ribs the breast was average my wing was gone only had the very end of the wing where there no meat just skin and bone it was hidden under ribs so i didnt c it the ribs were soaky as soaky can get and mostly fat and bone and asked if mixed vegs was soft they said yes but they were not they were cruchy the cornbread was excellent other then that the meal was waste

Went to purchase food and was laughed at and ridiculed by the staff due to sexual orientation. I look clearly male and as an officer I when in uniform am referred to accordingly. On Friday 7/5/13 I was treated with respect, I returned to the following day with business partner and was laughed and made fun of by the employee . Then when asked for management, was told "what is there an issue with the food" I stated no I have a problem with the respect I received.
The government respects Alternative Lifestyle Members so to walk in and spend my money and be treated as the topic of the casheir and servers entertainment was very hurtful. Boston Market on Registers town Rd will receive official notifications of the disrespect of the employees

Ordered two 3-pc chicken Dinners (Dark Meat ) carry out from the Boston Market Store # 0986, located on Rt. # 159 in Fairview Hts. Il.after leaving the resturant and arriving at home in East St. Louis, Il. my wife removed the dinners from the bag and discovered that the chicken was burned black and dried out also the corn bread was burned and hard, the side dishes were cold and not well done. Unable to contact the store by phone because they were now closed.
