BOS Blinds & Flooring / Bad service

We ordered a carpet from BOS on 1-31-06 and was promised it would be installed on 2-10-06 around 9 AM. I called several times throughout the day and was told the installation would be later and later until finally at 4 PM I was told that they could not install the carpet today or any day until at least 2-15-06 (which I could not be home for). Now my home office has no furniture or carpet and all of my computer equipment is buried in the dining room along with all of the furniture from my office. This impacts my ability to work.

I took the day off from work and waited all day for the installer that never showed up. Even with repeated calls to the store the owner refused to call us back. Mr Smithdeal was extremity rude and unhelpful, and the fact that the owner did not call back shows very poor customer service.
