We called CenturyLink Customer Service to disconnect internet service on 7/20/2018
At that time person from Customer Service accepted our request and told that service will be disconnected from 7/21/2018.
We got comcast service installed on 7/20/2018
Now we are looking at CenturyLink billing statement and it says that we were charged till 7/25/2018.
Company refused to give credit for days from 7/21 to 7/25.
We are requesting refund.
