Borderfree free intl shipping from target

I placed an order during borderfree's free international shipping from Target campaign. I placed a small order for $26. It took 4 weeks to arrive, and the box was damaged. There was another item, which I was charged for but didn't ship with my order. They told me it would be coming soon in a different package. That package never arrived, but I was charged for it. A week after my Target order came, I started receiving bills from DHL stating that I owe $150 to them for my $26 worth of goods. My package had an itemised list of what I bought and what they cost. I called DHL and they told me they would be happy to wipe the bill if I could have Borderfree confirm that the goods were not over the limit we have here in Norway for toll free shopping. They were hard to reach, but I finally chatted many times with someone from borderfree, and they refused to help me. They kept telling me they would research, but finally said they could not help. They basically just wiped their hands of the issue. It's one of the worst customer service experiences that I've had, hands down. Now I've paid $175 for $26 worth of goods. Ridiculous. They 100% do not care about their customers.

Borderfree "free shipping" offer

To Whom it May Concern,

I am contacting you regarding two invoices I have received from DHL Express (Norway) AS with regards to two orders I made at Target.com using Borderfree's limited offer of free shipping.

Naturally, this offer was something I wanted to take advantage of, as I would normally not afford to order anything abroad due to costly shipping fees.

I am very distraught and feel misled by the offer of free shipping, as I have received invoices for fees related to shipping of the same amount for each order. My orders have by now ended up costing twice as much as I agreed to:
Order number NOK 328
Order number NOK 208
Total NOK 536

DHL invoice NOK 318
DHL invoice NOK 352
Total invoiced NOK 670

As you can see, I ensured that each order stayed well below the NOK 350 limit to avoid any duties etc. I do not know what the fees I have been invoiced for by DHL are for, but I was never informed at any point in the steps of ordering that the "free shipping" was not actually free.

To avoid any personal financial issues due to this, I have taken it upon myself to pay these fees. I appear to be the one responsible for these fees, although I do not agree with this at all.

I consider misleading customers with a promise of free shipping fraudulent, and I am not sure who of the three companies involved is responsible for this. I urge you to take immediate action and rectify this situation as soon as possible.

Had I been informed that shipping would end up costing more than I ordered for, I never would have made the orders.

Also, on the most recent invoice I received from DHL, it seems the value of my shipment has been set to NOK 654, which is absurd. I never placed a single order above NOK 350. Please inform me where I can send the order confirmations as attachments, as both [protected]@borderfree.com and [protected]@target.com are sending autoreplys saying my email was not received, due to your inboxes being full.

I would also like to add that I have not even received all the items I ordered, and my order history has been completely erased from my Borderfree account. This is extremely concerning, highly unprofessional, and I have lost all credibility in Borderfree.

I expect to hear from you very shortly.

A copy of this email has been sent to DHL Norway via their website.

Borderfree refund and poor communications

August 2017,
Order numbers EX4001041659812 AND E4X001041566158.
We placed an order for 2 ladies shirts with Tommy Bahama back in August we then heard from Borderfree with the 1st Order number ending 158 dated 11th August, all they told us was they have taken money from our paypal account,
there was no carrier or shipping numbers sent to us, so after chasing Borderfree they say that the order never went through so told us to re-order, which we did and tool another large amaont of money from our paypal account, so paypay informed us that there were 2payments pending in excess of 900usdollars, we again contacted Borderfree and they said they would contact PayPal and release one of the payments, WHICH THEY DID NOT, WHY? because 2 parcels arrived at my house, so 2payments were taken from our paypal account, so we had 2 orders for the same 2 shirts, so
2 shirts were a double order and the other 2 shirts were not good quality.
Borderfree told us to send the 2 parcels back to them and they would refund the money. The parcles were sent back on the 2nd September and finished up in Germany in their HUB since the 5th September, chasing Borderfree again today they say they have changed Carriers so the refund we take longer.
Borderfree and Tommy Bahama are a waste of time, they have no communications skills, all they do is keep avoiding our refund.
It will not mean much to borderfree or Tommy Bahama but we will
never use them again, ever.

Borderfree bad service and attitude

Unfortunately, to ship the orders from the USA to Canada many companies choose Borderfree. I had to get my parcel within two weeks, not counting time for shipping, that should take about a week. Ok. All I had to do is to wait for an email with shipping information. After 2 weeks I called their customer service and the found out that my order was seized by the custom, so they take no responsibility for that. I just wonder, why I wasn't notified about it? They didn't offer anything. I'm out of money because of them...

Borderfree so unprofessional

They are unprofessional af! I made a big order, paid ahead for absolutely everything and still have not received it yet. Because someone (they) did a bad work with papers and the order will not be delivered until everything will be fixed. That's what I was told. Several days ago I found out that my package was sent back because nobody wanted to improve their mistakes. I will never use you again, guys!

Borderfree merchandise exchange

Dear sir, madam I made a few purchases from dxl store. Some products are not matching my size and I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size, the other products I ordered were right size but what I got was not!
When I contacted dxl support I got a response saying that there is no problem and I have send them some info about the order, I replied with information they have requested and never herd from them again. I made several attempts to contact dxl support via e-mail but without success.

Borderfree order e4x001039043640

Hello,

I placed an order for a Mini M.A.C. Crossbody
SU17GFCX01-GRAPHITE Rebecca Minkoff bag on May 17, 2017. The confirmation email stated that the delivery takes 17 business days. It has now been more than 6 weeks but the bag has not been delivered. My account, however, has been charged. The status of the order at the Borderfree website shows "confirmed". I emailed the store (at [protected]@rebeccaminkoff.com) but only got an autoresponse with no follow-up email. My concern is that the bag that I ordered is sold out at this point (judging by the website). In this case, I would like to request a full refund for the purchase that was not delivered. I am enclosing the screenshots of my order confirmation and order status for your convenience. Hope this can help get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Borderfree regarding under armour gear

Respected Chairperson I ordered a pair of shoes from Under Armour on 23rd April 2017. But till now I don't get any useful information.Comapny provide me a tracking number of Aramex and then I contact to Aramex, they told me that yours product is still in New York and the company will solve yours problem. Will you please help to find my product and tell me whenever it will be deliver.

Borderfree delivery - amazon echo

Dear Staff,

On May 7 I placed an order on the "Amazon Echo" product on Bed Bath & Beyond. I chose express shipping which was from 5-11 days (Keep in mind: 11 days was the maximum!) While the standard was something like 15-25 days. The order was in "preparation" stage for 3 days. Problem: the estimated arrival date is the 22nd, which means delivery is 15 days from order (even if not counting preparation time its 12 days) therefore this order is taking MUCH longer than expected. Why pay for express when its as slow as STANDARD!?!?!

Borderfree international posting

I ordered from Ann Summers, the first time post fees were high compared to other sites I had used for internacional posting but the worse thing is that the following 2 orders I placed never arrived. The postage is expensive, I was unable to track the package, the only option is to contact with the store directly eventhough it's borderfree's fault. The hassle of emailing back and forth the store and been left dissapointed that you never received your ítems (ordered in time for a wedding) and never had am update that the parcels was lost un Transit. I do love Ann Summers but I Will not order again as this means dealing with borderfree

Borderfree unauthorised credit card charges

Let me introduce myself as part of the Issuing Chargeback & Fraud Monitoring Unit Team at Commercial Bank of Kuwait and this is in regards to the one unauthorized fraudulently processed transaction debited to our cardholder, details as follows:

Card (Closed): 533757xxxxxx1027

Trans Date: 04/17/2017

Transaction Amount: KWD 756.266
Auth Code: T41076

I greatly appreciate any assistance that you can give me at this moment in order to cancel and refund the full amount, our cardholder confirmed neither he participated nor he authorized anyone by any means to make use of his card.

Our cardholder has suffered such a big loss and we being his financial institution do not want our cardholder to pay any unjust charge.

I have been charged by Borderfree and have not ordered anything from them. They clearly keep your credit card details, don't have adequate security measures and someone has access to their info to put thru fraudulent charges - BEWARE

Borderfree product purchsed at gilt store order no. [protected] (first part) was dispatched through you on 28th march 2017 not yet reached.

I had purchased some items on gilt store, who is part of you for oversees
Transport. Gilt devided my order in three parts. The first of order no [protected] was dispatched through you, aramax, on 28th march 2017.
Till today the parcel is lying at franclin park, illinoise.
Latter two parts of order [protected] are processed by aramax and being received by me.

So what has happened to my parcel dispatched through you?
I have aready raised the complaint to gilt store. But till today not sorted out.
I hope you will look in to my coplaint cordially and sort out with aramax.

Borderfree terrible company!

Ordered a dress from a store which used this Borderfree service. I paid for my order and received a payment confirmation message. About one week later I decided to contacted them about my order and they said that my order was being 'processed'. Another week passed and they said the same thing! On the third week I cancelled my order because I did not want to wait any longer. Three weeks it said that my order was in process and nothing changed. Terrible company!

Borderfree the item was ruined, but the company hasn't helped me

I decided to buy one item through the company www.borderfree.com. I did receive the order, but it was ruined, because of the shipping and bad packaging. I contacted the company and they assured me that they could solve the problem. But weeks passed and the company kept silence. I again contacted them, but the seller didn’t pick up his phone. Please, help me to solve the problem.

Borderfree no info about the order and rep didn't reply

I shopped on the website www.borderfree.com. For me it was only waste of time and money. I waited for the confirmation email or the tracking number, but this scammer didn’t provide any info about my order. I sent multiple emails and asked about the status of my order, but no response. I told them to return money, but again they ignored me. Please, help me to reach these scammers and get money back.
