Boost Mobile payment

I authorized a payment of $80 and they took $200. And now they say I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. There needs to be a faster way to fix issues like this when it is the companies fault. I should not have to suffer because of their incompetence. They should have cancelled the transaction instead of taking the money and causing me hardship.

Boost Mobile customer service

I am a manager of a Boost Mobile store in Jacksonville fl. My daughter who is from Pennsylvania purchased a Iphone from my store in March while on vacation. She called me this morning because the screen was falling out of her phone so I directed her to her nearest location which is at 1223 7th ave Beaver Falls Pa 15010. At the store she encountered the sales person Donald ( I believe was his name) . This man flat out refused to help my daughter. He told her to take the phone back to the store of purchase. She advised him that she purchased it out of state during vacation, to which he responded that he don't know what to tell her. I had been on the phone through the whole conversation and told her to let him know that I was a manager of a corporate location and would like to speak to him. He refused and asked her to leave the store. At that time I hung up and called his location seeking information on whether the store was a franchise or a corporate location. He would not give me any information and hung up on me. I am leaving this here as well as calling the corporate office headquarters.

Boost Mobile service and customer service

I purchased a $10 sims card and $35 card from walmart for a boost phone that was given to me. I scratch back of card went online and set up acct and activated it. I then contacted Boost because it continued to say not activated. I called Boost back again and he said oh you have to pay an additional $10 to activate so I did. The phone still didnt work. He then said it was not reading the sims card that I must have the wrong one. I explain that when you purchase there are 3 sims cards and the small one is the only one that fit. He advice me to take it back to Walmart and try another one. I explain I have been trying to get this to work for 2 days and spent 1 1/2 hrs time. How do I get my money back that this was unacceptable service. He told me to take it all back to where I purchased it and they would give me my money back. I asked about the $10 activation fee he had just had me pay and he said it wouldnot be charged. I went to walmart and they attempted to call boost and could not reach. They were happy to refund the $10 for sim but couldnt the $35 because it was activated. Talk to boost again. I was charged the $10 activation and refuse to refund it and my $35. Then telling me I have already used 8 days of my 30 days service even though I have no service. This is unacceptable. I feel it is a scam. Walmart and online states numerous problems reading sims card. And to not refund when they can tell you have not use service when you cant use it because the card doesnt work is ridiculous. Anyone can start a business and do this.

Boost Mobile no service no 4g no customer service

To start im loyal customer since boost began over 13yrs ! The past 3 yrs ive had little to no service no 4g i have complained in past and have had asked for notes on account ..i dont complain ever and now im upset and feel like boost mobile is taking advantage of my kindness ..boost has horrible customer service ive had test done to phone and towers all come back good ? How when i cant even go on my internet without wifi and my service bars always have a ! ... Or no service ? I dont understand then you try and blame the phone company and you sell its a boost mobile phone but dont except responsibility or complaints for the phones. And to top it off ive never even been offered a upgrade or even free phone ever thats not how you treat loyal 10yr plus customer i want somthing fixed or replaced or some sort of refund for money spent for services rendered in past that we indeed unusable and or not what i was advertised when purchased ..

Been a loyal costumer for over 10 yrs the past 3 years ive been getting voicemails but no missed calls cant use my internet without wifi my signal always has a ! No bars ..i called talked to supervisors in past and today again they all say its either the phone or some other excuse im sick of paying 45 $ a month for nothing this is my business phone im loosing money and im a very good customer ..they have never offered me any kind of insintive to stay with them no free phone no help with lack of service ! This is bad business and im going to switch to a verizon if nothing is fixed or done ..amber [protected] was the supervisor she was very rude and got mad at me because i dont have a landline and said i could switch companys if i wasnt happy ..what kind of business boost mobile running im a loyal costumer for over 10 yrs ! They act like its my fault or im dumb nothing ever is there fault !

Boost Mobile internet

I'm paying for internet but it doesn't work. I've been having this problem since I activated the phone and every time I ask an employee that works at boost they make it seem like it's the area I'm in but it doesn't work anywhere and I don't think it's fair that I'm paying for something that I can't even use. It's a waste of money and I know I won't be able to get my money back but y'all need to do something about it

Boost Mobile customer service

The man working in this location was not helpful at all. I asked a question about my service on my phone and if he could help due to me not getting through on the phone.
He just had a very nasty attitude. He didn't even act as if he wanted to help. I was always to believe that if you worked in customer service you should at least inner act with the general public.

Boost Mobile noise complaint

The Boost Mobile on 8503 S Central Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90001 plays music every weekend as early as 8am. I have tried to speak to the manager and when I explained to her my complaint she hung up the phone. I am tired of waking up to inappropriate music echoing my house. This incident occurred on April 14th. I believe the manager instructed her employees to play the music louder once she hung up on me. The store is on the main street and their music is so loud it disrupts the neighborhood. I cannot open my windows because the music is unbearably loud. I would like someone to speak to the manager of the establishment and have something done about the loud music.

Boost Mobile customer service

by contracting out out your customer service. you've done your customers a disservice. with calls that go in loops issues that never get solved . yet you continue to want payments from customers who has a minimum options when it comes to handsets and piss poor sales reps who seem more comfortable hanging out in their living room. At this point you make going back to sprint an easier choice. i placed an order for a handset on 04/12 only after getting a confirmation of the order being placed to get not one but two cancellation notifications. After calling your customer care and being bounced around through 4 separate departments i was told it was cancelled due thehy were told of past fraud on my account. i spoke to the issuer of my card whom stated they were not aware of any issue . also when asked for a corporate number was given a fax number. If this is your idea of customer service i need to rethink being one of them. I wouldn't refer this service to my worst eemy

Boost Mobile boost mobile store

Hi, to whom it may concern, you have a boost store on 2395 westchester Ave and zerega Ave Bronx New York, 10461, the employee to this store keeps on playing the music extremely loud with the door open from outside the store, this is an residents area, is it necessary for that be done, I already told the store numerous times to stop playing the music extremely loud, the employee is a African American female and she still keep on playing the music loud and always smoking a cigarette, this is done every day, I can't listen to my tv or sleep with this loud music, my name is joe Ortiz and my number is [protected], I appreciate if something could be done about this, thank you for your time ... email is [protected]@yahoo.com

Boost Mobile the store itself

The store off of college way in burlington washington 98273, the manager and employees there always leaving notes that there gone or is taking a break. RIGHT NOW there is a note on the door stating that they will be back at 1:15 gone for lunch it is currently 1:33 and I have been next door at the vape shop waiting since 12:38
This is just one example of the laziness that the poor management at this store displays. Very unprofessional for the standards of a buissines and service I pay for monthly..

Boost Mobile my plan

I have been with Metro PC
for over a year when I got the plan I had unlimited everything and I added a second line and was told the second line would not affect my unlimited plan for the first time on April 6, 2018 I got a text stating I had only a small amount of data which was suppose to be unlimited so I called and spoke with a representative and she keeps going on about some changes I had made to my plan where I don't have unlimited data anymore I explained to her I have not made any changes to my plan and then l requested her supervisor and he first told me his name was David and he just jumped right in telling me the same thing the representative told me he just read what was told to him I told him I would be discontinuing my service with metro and he got smart and told me that's my progative and gave me my account number to go to another mobile provider I asked him his name again and this time he told me bill, it's really sad when companies just treat customers any kind of way and don't care that a company loseing clients

Boost Mobile not being able to return phones even if they don't work (all sales are final sales).

Boost mobile inside Northgate market at 6598 Cherry Avenue, Long Beach, CA

We wanted to check their family plan of 4 lines for $100. We decided that the it sounded like a good deal. So, on March 27, 2018 we decide to try boost mobile. We were happy because we thought it was a good deal. The problem started when we started making calls or receiving calls. The phones were either making weird noises or simply could barely listen to the person other person that was on the other line .
So we decide that to change the phones on the next day. The problem was they never told us that sales were final. So is being two days I do not want to make calls or receive calls because the sounds are weird. Either they make weird noises or the voice seems really far away.
My phone makes weird noises every time someone calls me or I call them sounds like someone is hearing what I say. My mother wanted to change her phone as well and they told her they could not do nothing about it. They do not respect the 7 day policy. I am really frustrated. I do not recommend this company at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid troubles with boosts mobile at all cost!

Boost Mobile lg phone / insurance

I switched to boost on jan28 of 2018 it wasnt even 10 days an my LG was barely getting email connecting to the web was slow an hung spinning. so I took it to a store. Thdy said yes it veryslow it was o e of there messed up cell when it got to store. Along with the zte max XL. They wouldnt give me diff phone they tried fixing it 3 times when I called.. And charging for insirance without customer knowledge is [censor]. I even turned in a claim for cell problems I was denied. What the hell is insurance for then? I was paying insurance every month for u to pocket the money I was screwed on a new cell an insurance denied me. Ill never use boost again hope theirs a class action lawsuit against you and hopw u lose for lying. Stealing conning people out of money an not fixing or replacing the [censor] phones u sell an deciding to chathw insurance without consent thats against rhe law right rhere

Boost Mobile unprofessional conduct

On Wednesday 3/14/2018 at approximately 2:10 p.m. I went purchase a cell phone at Boost mobile, there was a sign on the door saying that they will be back at 2:30 p.m. So I decided to sit there until someone came back. At 2:30 I went back to the store and it was another sign hanging on the door stating that they went to lunch and will be back at 3:00 p.m. Apparently the person was still in the store. So I continued to sit there until 3:00 p.m. When it was finally 3 p.m. she opened the door. My problem with this conduct is that I sat there when she clearly was not at lunch, very unprofessional young lady, taking advantage of the fact that it was a slow day when people have important things to do. Never the less I left with out a phone because she was not only late but rude. If your company think that it's ok to just leave a note on the door and come back any time they feel like it then I'll be doing my business else where.

Boost Mobile return policy

Hello my complaint is that I took my I phone 6 into the store and they checked to see if it was compatable with boost and they said it was then sold me a SIM card for 20 bucks and the service plan for 50 I paid the employee and then she couldn't get the SIM card to work in the phone and told me I was out of luck cause I already paid would not issue a refund of any kind so here I am with a service plan and can't even use it. Not very professional.. They should of checked to see if the SIM card was compatable before telling me it was and taking my money for both the SIM card and the month service plan plus taxes 96 dollars waisted...

Boost Mobile service and shipping

My phone doesn't work in nebraska but all other states, paid over 255. Bucks for 2 new phones and the boost agent put wrong name so fed ex is shipping back to boost who won't get refund until all there departments confirm there info. So I got to use boost as a bank savings account I guess... they will have my money for 4 or more weeks before refund to my account.

Hello, I purchased a pre paid Internet starter kit from boost mobile July 2018 there was a problem with motel no cable services or wires allowed were I live so was not allowed to use it tried returning it next day to boost mobile on Nome And Colfax Ave. Aurora 80010 casher was rude disrespect full to my husband and even said why can you speak English right I don't understand you're English but then another Lady comes up to counter to ask about her new phone service how much longer it is going to be the speak to her in Spanish language after just telling my husband she does not speak Spanish okay She refused to refund are money on the device $86.43 tell us we need to come back when manager is there we leave return Next day Saturday morning she is rude again and said no we are not giving you your money back and There is no store credit for it either manager said so we leave go to other boost down on Colfax ask ? She tells us go back and see manager I just called she is there we do this again we were told she is not in and cashier can't help us we give her the device we bought and tell her we will return in morning for are money she said if they give you a refund you will be charged $ 35.00 restocking fee wow really ... remember now there is only 7 days to return or exchange on this device 4 days in as of purchase do next morning I return to store ask for manager yes she is there in office bit refused me service because she needs to get a approval from some to refund me my money today is Aug 12, 2018 today when my husband went in to pay are cell bill same cashier he asked her about the box and the money again she returns the box and tells him you cancelled your account on this box but see what Xfinity can do for you we can help you on this he pays are cell bill it is not do for three more day and leaves goes back because brother tell him there is a $80.00 plan 40 his of hotshot unlimited data international, and more so he asked her to change his plan add money to his account and start this service today she refused to do add money on count change plan start service today or even update my services to be able to use hotspot know why is these happening over and over at this location they were so good at customer services at the beginning know new employee or new management but this is the worst boost mobile store to go to to for anything but not only this one is ran buy this manager your store on Colorado Blvd.Molin and Colfax Ave and one more store are being ran buy this crew and management team contact me buy thank you

Boost Mobile cell service

I have only had the service for 3 months and it is worst provider. Bad unprofessional over sea CUSTOMER service, inadequate phones. I have a family plan that makes no sense. Everytime I need to do anything with one of the lines I have service I have to have a pin, which should be the same all 4 line seeing as I am the primary and numbers were never asked to be established on my other lines. One of my lines does not work. It's basic only use is for my so play games. I messages to get assistance in trouble shooting but still to this day no one has responded. I keep letting the bill date creep on me and NORMALLY I would get a reminder, text nothing I guess Boose already know they are on limited time. I have to leave this company terrible service, plans and phones. Hate it!

Boost Mobile service received from staff and supervisor benjamin

I brought a brand new iPhone 8 Plus in December 2017. I was told to receive 3 months of $50 off my bill. I was not awear that the first $50 was set in December when I brought my phone. I called in January because the promotion amount wasn't added to my account. When I spoke to your staff that day he told me that it would be applied for Jan, Feb and March. He said to call back in March if it's not applied. I just called tonight and was told no we are not going to credit your account. I spoke to a guy named Benjamin that wouldn't give me his last initial because he say he couldn't do that. I told him you have all my information and I can't get your last initial? Anyway, I told him that the staff need not to tell customers incorrect information and then they expect to get something and was told no. This is very poor customer service for the supervisor because it's his shift and staff and the customer should come first. I have been with boost for a long time and to spend $800 and receive such false information is unexcepable. All I wanted is what I was told I was going to get. Employees/Supervisors should at lease give their last name initial. Please advise your staff to give proper information to customers.

Boost Mobile worker on a break for over half hour

Went to pay my bill pulled in at 410. Got situated. Checked my phone went to go in was locked. Note on door said back in 10. Went back to car moved to a closer spot to watch and see when they come Back. Checked time we 415. I say there played with phone listened to radio. Waited another 15 min. For all i know whomever could of been gone way Before i shown up. So left drove to another location. So 452pm got the bill paid. I tweeted boost mobile they don't care. Told me to pay online. Even though i live five minutes away and drive by the buffalo ny walden ave location everyday of my life. Its just the principal i wasted allot of time. It delayed my day and me being home with my family.

Boost Mobile lg x charge phone

I have been with Boost for over 5 years. I have my children on one plan and myself and my husband on the other. I recently took advantage of the online deal for phones and bought a LG X Charge. I paid for expedite shipping. I understand that since I did'nt place the order till 5pm cst. Then my order would not be processed nor ship till the next day. Per the website says:
Orders placed after 12PM local destination time will not be processed and shipped until the following business day (Mon-Fri excluding Holidays). Shipments going to AK and HI are only eligible for Two Day service.
I never received tracking information so I called Boost sales department and was told that I would receive my phone with standard shipping because I order after 12pm.. This is not what your website says. I use my phone for business and needed it by Friday March 2nd. I cancelled the order since I was told I wouldnt even receive a tracking number till 24-48 hours. Im so upset with Boost. The service has already been horrible and for them to not follow whats written on their website seems a little mis advertising to me. I will be switching companys soon. All 4 lines.
