boost mobil Boost Mobil Account

I had been with Boost Mobil for well over three years, I called to suspend my account indefinitely because I was going on sabbatical. The representative who I spoke with knew I still had money on my account, we discussed that. But yet when I called to reactivate my account and upgrade my phone I was told that my account was closed and the money was confiscated by Boost Mobil. I asked why; then she stated that my account was put on a thirty day hold and my account was oh hold for over two years. I know that, I was the one who put my account on hold, and if the original rep that suspended my account would have informed me of this, I would have just asked for a check to be sent out to me. I got no letter, telephone call, notice, or any information that my account that my account would be closed. I spoke to the rudest customer service person in my life {Paren Matoden} and when she put me on hold for periods totaled to two hours and fifty two minutes was no help I asked to speak to her supervisor {Sherry, op #ms364961} both located in Manila Philippines. When I originally asked Paren her op# she said she had none, but when I spoke to her supervisor, she gave me hers and stated that Paren did have one. This proves your workers candidly and boldly openly lie. I know that approximately $30.00 should not cost you a loyal customer, but it has; do to the rudeness of your customer service personnel and supervisor. I would like to have this matter resolved with a total refund of my money and an apology for rude and ignorant service. The service around my address( 2373 prospect ave. bx, Ny 10458 ) has not been working properly. The service goes on and off( usually off), and i paid my for my services monthly to USE it not to! Not to be stressed about a non-working phone! So please reply to my complaint by sending me a text at my number [protected]) to let me know whats going on with the service around my address. Hopefully you can work towards fixing the problem. Thank You.

boost mobil Fraud

I bought a phone from eBay. The seller said it was new. When I got it there were phone #'s in it and a lock code. I contacted eBay to return it. They contacted the seller who then started contacting me through their logo with threats. He got my phone number and started calling me. He has sent 9 messages through eBay with these threats and called my phone 37 times doing the same. He had the DEC code from the phone and had my service turned OFF. Boost has no record of my account. I have specific documentation of everything. Including everyone that I have ever called from my phone number. And all of the emails he sent me and the #'s that were in the phone. I have had to buy a new phone, and connect it again as a new customer with a new number. Ebay will not call Boost and Boost will not call eBay. What can I do?
