Contact information: made a confirmed reservation at a hotel in St. Maarten and then 5 days later called with a "urgent" message that the hotel was overbooked. Then lots of chatter about how they would help resolve this with their managers, Wendy and Todd calling the hotel and then getting back to me. Never heard a word from these managers. Remember talk is cheap and actions require real effort.

Apparently can do the talk part.

    Airline oversold seats to cancun, called Bookit who called property and said that we would recieve refunds and fees waived. 2 months later many calls they still have my $1700.00. They can talk.
    next step is to serve them in small claims court.
