Bookit.com made a confirmed reservation at a hotel in St. Maarten and then 5 days later called with a "urgent" message that the hotel was overbooked. Then lots of chatter about how they would help resolve this with their managers, Wendy and Todd calling the hotel and then getting back to me. Never heard a word from these managers. Remember talk is cheap and actions require real effort.
