I ordered five cute looking dresses from Boohoo with and paid extra for my items would e delivered within few days. Later they contacted me and told there was a problem with my post code, but it seemed strange. I also ordered some things from others sites using the same address and post code. And there were with no problems. I asked them about the problem, but they didn’t reply anything about it. Three weeks later my order still was not delivered. I sent them many emails, but their email system is so slow. Then I found their account on Twitter! But I was shocked, because it was full of negative comments about their customer service. Later I received an email from them stating they have no idea where my order was. And each time they said the same thing. I also left a negative review about them on Twitter and I will continue doing that!
