Bongous.com / They lost my order and refused to pay compensation

I paid money to the company www.bongous.com and thought that they would deliver the order to my doors. But on the delivery day, they called me and told to pick the order from their office. I wasn’t happy and started to argue with them. Finally, the rep agreed to deliver it to my doors, but they have lost my order. I called them afterwards and asked to pay the compensation, but they only laughed at me.
