Had pre-booked cleaners with this person who never turned up. After numerous phone calls and promises and waiting and missed appointments was guaranteed cleaners would be there the next day from 6.00am. Once again, never turned up. Not answering my calls. Now have to pay 5 more days rent and pay for another cleaner ASAP which has cost me twice as much as the keys were not returned on the promised date due to the unit not being cleaned. Have since done my research and this guy has a history of ripping off people for years. Why is he still allowed to run a business?
This low life is ripping people off already 3 years. he has pocketed hundreds of thousands of Dollars (literally - I took the time to calculate based on all complaints that I found about him). Go to the police and report him, the more reports, the better. Do not leave it alone or you will have this feeling of unfairness and loss while this thief is laughing and enjoying your money. I will get him one day...
