Bonanzle favors one seller over another, depending on thier sales.A seller tried to lay claims to a particular image even though the item in question was not even in thier booth.Bonanzle sided with them even though I gave proof of the other persons mistake. All of my attempts to prove what I was saying where basically ignored.Tom, a customer service person was rude and condescending. Will not do business with them again, as a buyer or seller.Filed a discrimination complaint with the BBB.We will see what comes of it.

We are sorry to hear of this unfortunate situation. The Bonanza community is designed to bring buyers and sellers together. Ultimately the transaction will be between you and the seller and also whichever company you used to checkout (PayPal, Amazon Checkout or Google Checkout). If something should happen the first step would be to attempt to resolve with the seller. If that cannot be done than we are happy to step in and attempt to mediate a resolution via our Order Resolution Center. PayPal, Amazon Checkout and Google Checkout also offer a level of protection. Currently PayPal requires that you file a claim within 45 days from the transaction and Google Checkout requires that you file a claim within 90 days of your transaction. Amazon also offers their "A to Z Guarantee." Here are a couple of links that may assist:

Bonanza Order Resolution Center --> http://tinyurl.com/BonanzaOrderResolutionCenter
How to file a claim with PayPal --> http://tinyurl.com/FilePayPalClaim
How to file a claim with Google Checkout --> http://tinyurl.com/FileGoogleCheckoutClaim
How to file a claim with Amazon Payments --> https://payments.amazon.com/sdui/sdui/helpTab/Personal-Accounts/User-Agreement-Policies/Amazon-A-to-z-Guarantee

We surely would not want to have sellers within our community that are not following through on transactions. If you have not already, please contact us at support and provide the transaction number so we can follow up on our side.

Regards,
Mark

Bonanzle Non receipt of merchandise

I ordered a Whimsiclay Cat figurine through above referenced website/individual on 9/28/2009. I never received the merchandise. I repeatedly emailed the seller, but did not receive a reply. When I tried to lodge a complaint with Bonanzle, the contact portion of esite would not allow me to contact them. I lodged an inquiry/ complaint with PayPal regarding the transaction. After waiting for a reply from the seller, PayPal ruled in my favor & said they would issue a refund. However, when they tried to collect the funds from the seller ; the funds were unavailable in the seller's bank. I finally received a reply from the seller, after PayPal undoubtedly cost her a charge at her bank, and/or pending suspension if her account? She was all apologies & excuses about bad health & surgeries, however after two weeks I still did not receive a refund or the merchandise. I have sent her repeated emails, but no response & of course, still no $ or figurine. I checked her status on Bonanzle, no seller activity since 10/16, but another buyer complaint on 10/23 of no merchandise received. I hope everyone will remember this woman & her email: [protected]@msn.com PLEASE don't use BONANZLE, total ripoff site & merchant!

This weak system of importing eBay stars destroys good sellers because many scams lend eBay accounts to import stars.
And whoever wants to work right, Bonanza tries to destroy with total lack of commitment to sellers.

I just need to know why.

Without it I will be entering the justice

The star import system benefits many sellers of fake products.

In other words, it's a crime and you're insinuating it.)

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us. Our system is preventing us from opening an account on Bonanza for you at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience. It is our priority to keep Bonanza the safest possible marketplace for our buyers and sellers to use. Due to security restrictions, our team is unable to provide further details involved with this action.

Fortunately, we are able to recommend a few great alternatives such as ioffer.com or ecrater.com, both of which have strong monthly traffic and a good base of buyers and sellers. eBid.net is a good site for those who wish to deal in the auction format.

If you have any further questions, please see our terms of service, which provide complete details about our user policies, including our right to suspend an account at any time.

Thank you for your interest in Bonanza and we sincerely apologize again for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors!

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Buyers Always to Blame

As a past seller on Bonanza, one thing we will say, is that BONANZA IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF ###! Especially from that ### Mark. Was only on that site for 4 months and it was a complete nightmare! That Ahole will go to a seller's buyer and tell them to file a dispute against you without even telling the buyer to contact the seller. He will then charge your credit card 90 times a month for bogus charges. When you put a legitimate card on file and he cant charge it 1000 times Mark will make a big stink and remove your listings. Then when you relist, they dont even bother to take down the old feed. So you stuck with feeds for 30 days until Google expires them. You contact support, and they make every excuse possible to blame someone else instead of them. As far as the google example, we all know the only thing Bonanza had to do was delete the feed and the products would be gone. Instead these a-holes try to blame Google and everyone else. The bottom line is that these idiots will close your account instantly and charge your card repeatedly in the same month without jusifying anything. They are more worried about losing 50 cents then actually maintaining a site. Their phone number is another scam, its a Google Voice number.

I had the same problem with Bonanza, log in error 163 or 167, all because of a disputed item, I got a message to resolve a dispute, but when I tried to log in I got that error message, What a stupid place to waste time selling products, where they block your IP number and kick you out without any notice, I have tried to create a new account blocking my IP address and I was able too. If you think that you still want to sell in ### bonanza just have you IP address block. I think in the long run Bonanza will run into many problems and loose customers, no demand no supply. because when there is a dispute they have no way to claim the money from the sellers, if the seller chooses no to pay, bonanza will have to start paying the buyers, that is if they want to keep the buyers, I think this bonanza is a one man band, operated by a fat guy that sits all at home. stupid place to try to make business. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

You are complainig non-reciept towards pegcox28@msn.com, right?

Bonanza, eBay, Etsy, Ebid .. etc they are all marketplaces and are offering a platform for buyers to meet sellers.
Funny why didn't you complain to your ISP or computer because they show a internet site ?
Or you would procession to ebay headquarters if you found a individual seller there cheating ?

Complaintsboard is for sellers to compliant websites ( that is not doing well with sellers ), and Paypal is for buyers complain sellers.
You are totally abusing this site and picking on a marketplace.

Remember Paypal have the seller's credit card details ?
Furthermore, if you found Paypal is not helping you, you should get touch with payPal.

Many of you also sold something on eBay before, should you called " con-man " because another individual seller has problems ?
what the hell its related to a marketplace, ISP ?

On a marketplace you are DIRECTLY dealing with the sellers there, and PayPal is taken effect.

Funny you shout loudly not to use Bonanza, but not against PayPal, your ISP, or your computer manufacturer. They all took part of having you dealing with that seller !

I totally agree. They are just a bunch of wannabes. Don't forget...Go Etsy. But Bonanza is nothing but a joke and a HUGE waste of time. Their customer services is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Nothing but a bunch of idiots running the thing who obviously know nothing at all about online sales/shipping, etc.

BONANZA is GARBAGE. Pure, disgusting, filthy, piss-filled garbage! STAY FARAWAY from these old, ugly, pathetic scammers! Go eBay, Go Amazon, Go Craigslist, Go YARD SALES! Bonanza only wants your Credit Card so they can use it for their own scamming and fraud purposes. Believe you me, you sign up with these pigs, you're bound to get your ### handed to them. AVOID!

Bonanzle Over billing

I subscribed to their internet store and listed tee shirts for sale. While I was making sales on E-Bay I failed to get any sales while on Bonanzle, so followed their oneline instructions to close the store and moved on. Now, two months in a row they've hit my paypal account for $25 and claim I never closed the store. Obviously, I have no evidence of closing the store but I successfully desputed the first fraudulent charge and I'm now forced to do it again! Beware of Bonanzle, an E-Baby wanta be.

HEll yeah. I was kicked to Mark's dog crud infested curb, too. Bonanza sucks and its infested with old, smelly, trailer trash hags all around. That place sucks now, period. The crap they sell can sit there for ages and never budge. Man, I've seen a load of things there from 2 years ago... AND THEY ARE STILL THERE, not moving, not selling at all. It's so hilarious. And yet they cry, moan and whine and whine about why their stuff ain't selling. Bonanza sucks and Mark is a closet homosexual. He has no life either, he spends his entire time on front of Bonanza kicking everyone to the curb and keeping all the grandmas, grandpas, soccer moms and trailer trashes aboard instead. eBay is thousand times better man, Bonanza can rot in hell.

Hi Charles,

I'm Bill Harding, founder of Bonanzle and occasional supervillain. I'm sorry to hear that your Bonanzle experience wasn't what you'd hoped it would be. I presume the $25/month that you speak of was the monthly charge for a premiere membership that you had signed up for?

For the reference of future visitors, this membership can be canceled at any time, either through the link to your membership on Bonanzle (near the top of the "My Bonanzle" page), or directly, through your Paypal account.

It's difficult for us to modify Paypal subscriptions ourselves, because Paypal stores all of the subscription information on their system, and we don't have a direct mapping from that to our users. I suppose we could try to figure out a way to allow our support team to directly access Paypal accounts, but in the six months since we started offering memberships, only a couple sellers have been unable to find the link to unsubscribe. And now that we're offering memberships directly on site (as of a couple weeks ago), we'll have a much easier time canceling memberships via support requests, when our subscribers are unable to find the link themselves.

Still, as you mention, even for the couple people we've had who haven't managed to unsubscribe themselves for whatever reason, we've went ahead and refunded the month they hadn't intended to pay.

Hope this helps yourself & others to understand this situation better.
Bill
