I was banned from Bonanza with no explanation. I asked why and I received this response -

We apologize that we are unable to provide further details about this matter, but we strive to keep Bonanza the safest possible marketplace for our buyers and sellers to use. Therefore, it is our mandate to be proactive in suspending accounts that have been associated in any way with site misconduct. We make the best decision we can at the time. I created a blog to promote Bonanza, I made a sale, I participated in Christmas in July, and I bought a member a Secret Santa gift. I was still banned though.

I undestarnd guys i got the same situation i got ban, i paid the fees, store with serious comment clients all good. The thing is the staff need fired or rotate get new ppl, who really care of costumers. Sorry if i sound rude if the staff dont do the job then fired. We need serious ppl stay on and help if continue in that way the company will be down, we dont want this but is show the way. So consider the ppl who have serious reputation let on.

Same experience. Banned and they will not respond to me. I was never given a reason . I email once a week and they choose not to respond. I just want to know why I was banned? My successful business is their loss. Doing just fine on Ebay. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I had the Same issue. I was Diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Notified Bonanza.com and I owed them No Money. The Same Email came to me and everything. These are Sick People. They have no Courtesy or Compassion for the Sellers. This is actually the same way Employers are about Employees. Just another Warm Body. I feel like is you have Proof of Explanation that this should be Considered. This is Absolutely Disgust. Absolutelyjlees

Same here, banned with perfect feedback, I had closed an account. I then tried to open one years later and was instantly banned. Bonanza will ban on you a whim, for no reason, no appeal. Don't waste your valuable time making something so unstable a part of your business.

DONT SELL ON BONANZA! EVERYONE WORKS VERY HARD TO LIST PRODUCTS, MAINTAIN THEM, DEAL WITH SALES AND CUSTOMER QUESTIONS, COMPLAINTS, RESOLUTIONS ETC., AND PAY THEM HEFTY FEES IN THE PROCESS FOR THEM TO TURN AROUND AND BAN YOU FOR NO REASON AT ALL! ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND EFFORT THROWN OUT THE WINDOW AND THEY GIVE YOU NO CHANCE TO APPEAL! THIS SITE IS BS ALONG WITH EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE! GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS THEYRE NOT WORTH A SINGLE PENNY!

Mark, I hope you're reading some of these comments. I had a store long ago that I closed due to moving away for medical treatment. Any shipping issues from when I was quite ill were resolved satisfactorily. I now have staff working for my store, have a very successful eBay business, and went back to Bonanza. After entering credit card info and paying $$$ was immediately suspended with no explanation and given no opportunity to respond or appeal. This is nonsense. My newest hire has just been tasked with pursuing the matter with the Better Business Bureau and legal counsel. What a shame that Bonanza has come to this. As a totally legitimate seller with a glowing reputation, I didn't try to mask my identity. Bonanza staff long ago were aware that I was closing shop due to serious medical issues and had indicated they looked forward to having me back. Not so, apparently. As there is nowhere to appeal unjustified "immediate suspensions, " we are forced to pursue other routes.

I agree..
I had same experience just like you.
My account is suspended without notification and explanation. I pay extra to be gold member for a year and they suspend my account.
They steal my money, bonanza.com thief!
