We paid Bold Media Signage a deposit of R1200.00 on 3/11/2017 for flyers which they had promised to deliver the following day.
The owner, Stan did not deliver and switched off his phones the whole weekend and was non reachable besides leaving messages.
He then promised to instead make banners for us and deliver but despite sending the required specifications, he again failed to deliver.
We held an event without the banners and lost out on customers due to the non delivery of flyers.
On their website: www.boldmediasignage.co.za they pride themselves in same day delivery, which is not true.
Up to now, we have not received our deposit back and promises to do so have not been honoured.
Scam, and fraudulent, and i would make sure you live to suffered how much you have made me suffer with my client, you are fraudulent, and your services are poor and unprofessional
Boldmedia has a same day delivery service, customers has to pay a deposit and artwork must be in by 9 am and delivery by end of day. The customer did not meet the stipulated deadlines, the customer had no ready to print artwork, the artwork was done and send and they took longer to approve the artwork. They promised that they had ready to print artwork, Boldmedia only accepts jobs that has ready to print artwork
