I signed up with Ardyss in September 2010 with high optimism and confidence when I was told it’s an American company
I wish to register that my first consignment of Sept 20, 2010 with order no: IZV995400457741614 ([protected] ) and that of my direct underline Austin Afam Ugorji ID number [protected] worth $300.00 each have not been delivered to our address at 40 Guthlaxton Street, Leicester Uk. UPS your nominated carrier went once and nobody was home and they left with the goods to an unknown address and have since made away with same consignment till date. 3 months have elapsed and I have made 2 additional orders. One has been delivered correctly whilst the first and the 3rd are yet to be received. I wish to clarify if Ardyss is really ready to tap into the Nigerian Market with the sloppy services standards its operates?.
My downline has given me a legal notification through his attorney to reimburse his $300 if am unable to deliver his goods before 24th December, 2010.
I am by this mail requesting that Ardyss refund the $600 to my dorm account number [protected] with BankPHB Nigeria through our correspondent BKTRUS33, Deutsche Bank Trust Co Americas New York. Failing which I will institute a legal action against Ardyss for the embarrassment they are causing me. I am currently working in a Bank and cannot afford any financial embarrassment of any sort.
I request an urgent return of my funds and that of my down line or the resending of the goods in the next one week. Also note I have only received an $80.00 cheque since then. My other benefits have also been withheld for reasons best known to Ardyss. Records of my activities are the in systems and should speak for itself.
