My name is Sherella Nelson. I received a phone call two (2) times, each time they let the phone ring and then hang up then I call ed back each time and asked why was someone calling me then hanging up. The first(1st) time I did not get the lady name. The second (2) time I got her name Sandra Simmons ext 101 trying to sell me the same products as the first lady. I asked where the location was and she stated George Utah, so I asked why did the number of Harvey IL come up [protected] come up and she explained they are a Phone Network Company. They are selling these weight loss products that were featured on the Rachel Ray Show this Month. Natural ingredients, nono extract ect. The cost is $75 per month but you will receive a free trial for 14 days, the first lady told me 30 day trial both announced that the only price you have to pay right now is the shipping and handling $.99 and you can cancel at anytime before your time is out. The first lady also stated it was not FDA approved I asked. The second lady Ms Simmons stated it was. That your Insurance will cover the cost. Steve is the guy to handle the Insurance part . GNC is supposed to be marketing this program after completion of the trial but it is not in their office just yet on retail right now through Body Lean Health Products. It only comes in Capsules. I just wanted the world to know what is going on that this is a SCAM. Also the first lady informed me they were located in Harvey at 3323 Hacienda Street ste 401. I also want them to stop calling me and this is my cell number they have. Should I try to get more information on this company. They do want your credit card number and I asked can you mail me a brochure, no that comes with the free sample. I've alredy commented. I do not have time to go through it again.
My bank is going to try to help me get the charges refunded. I sent the pills back to an address in Atlanta which I was given on the telephone, together with a letter saying I thought it was a scam and the company fraudulent Tiffany promised to refund my money when they received the pills.

I saw all of these messages too late and got a $139.90 charge to my account. Thank god I noticed it, because the withdrawl caused my account to go into the red and I had to transfer funds from another account. The fee is still pending to my account, but I called my bank to report the fraud since I did not receive a product so hopefully I am able to get my money back. Wish me luck!
I am also a victim and have tried and tried to get the charges removed from my account. If ANYONE can help please post a message.

These people called my sister, my mother and I. They told all of us the same things. You just have to pay the shipping and you get two bottles of body lean and body lean slim to try for 60 days is what they told us. This lady said the product would arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Of coarse it never came. I called them back and they said something about bad weather in Salt lake city so they had to reroute the shipment and so on. So I thought ok I will just wait another few days. That is when I found the site with all the complaints above. I called them right away and cancelled, and then called my bank to cancell the debit card account I used for the 3.95 shipping. I thought it was a scam when the number of a Rhonda Jackson called me. Then she said after you have taken the product for a week call me personally and let me know what you think. She made it sound so good and easy, But when I called her number to tell her I never recieved the product the number was all of a sudden disconnected. Duh I should of had a clue then. Thank you for the heads up. I think it might have saved my mother, my sister and I from losing out on that money.
This just happened to me! I had no idea and they billed my debit card 4 times! Twice for $79.95 and once for $189.95 and then the $4.95! And i never enen recieved the product until i called and demanded my money back. They are very rude and when i stated they withdrew money he told me he didnt see it and i told him it was there and he said "well i must be blind". BE AWARE DO NOT EVEN SPEAK TO THESE PEOPLE, TOTAL SCAM!
i got a call from this lady that said they're sending out samples to people and its free. all they need from you is your testomonial saying how this product helped u. she said you only pay about $2 and to call them back in 10 days. ten days later, i still haven't received anything. got a call from a guy this time saying they're sending out the order. i told him to cancel it i don't want it and that i haven't received anything from them.then he said "oh maybe we got the wrong address". i told him i dont want to be charged with anything anyway and to cancel. he said fine but im still gonna get my samples. about a week later, i still haven't received nothing and found my credit card was charged $159.99. tried to call them back the number was disconnected. MY ADVICE !WHATEVER THEY TELL YOU DO NOT BELEIVE THEM. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!TOTAL SCAM
i to have been scammed by this company they told me it would help with my diabetic problaem and high bp and colesterol and all it did was raise my blood sugars to a dangerous level and my BP went completly out of control. and also they charged our credit card twice for a total of $140.00 i was suppose to only pay $1.98. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD.
bodyLean Slim IS horrible, they called me and LIED big time. They said all you have to do is pay $2.00 for shipping for our free sample, 2 weeks later my account was charge $79.95 TWICE and I still didnt get the money back. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM! They are VERY rude when you do call they say well you gave us your credit card and they do not help what so ever!
And the pills are very bad for your body my doctor did a test in them and they lied about the all NATURAL part, the pills are loaded with caffeine and even had guar gum, which swell the stomach to provide a feeling of fullness.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!
