I have placed an order with bobsaonline.org since January, 22, 2008 and still have not received any product. I have called on a daily basis #[protected] and only get a recorder. I have left several messages and no return call. I have sent email and no feedback. I don't know what to do. I guess this is a Rip Off. Hopefully someone will see this before purchasing anything form this website. I will not think anything differently, until I receive what I have purchased. The way it looks, I probably never will. They have received My Money, I have not received anything but money deducted from my bank account.

Sam and BOBSA helped my wife and I open a Beauty Supply store this year and I can say as a meter of FACT, that Sam Ennon is the real deal. He is doing great things for the black community and for all the right reasons. He is a selfless business man who provides his outstanding expertise at minimal cost. We are on the phone with DAILY getting business advice and I can say without a doubt that he is a man of integrity. I cannot speak to the above situations but I can say that knowing what I know about Sam, it was likely an IT error/communication misunderstanding...HE IS NO CROOK. I have 24 years of military leadership and experience, I would know. Getting hooked up with Sam to open our store was THE SINGLE SMARTEST MOVE WE MADE, we could not have done it without him.

I ordered products from the BOBSA site and never recieved my order. There was no response when I called and no way to get my money returned. I would not do business with any BOBSA companies. They are unreliable.

There were some IT issues but they have been resolved. BOBSA is a great organization and does a great service for the community. Every company can experience these types of issues especially with the sheer volume that BOBSA manages on a daily basis.

Every business has lumps and bumps, Staff issues and IT as well. It is a huge animal to manage and he does a good job for his community. I have known him in the industry and have watched as people that should be supporting and understanding the stresses of growth have slammed him instead Yes, there is a work-up for something like this and really; Are any of you giving back to the Black community?Giving jobs and education to the Black community? I doubt it and I would also guess that you missed the point of BOBSA all together.

Having contact with sam ennon and bobsa over a year ago I came back to see if his distribution center was up and running. I had a business deal we spoke about and I needed to wait until it was live. I'm glad that I did my research again and found all this information. The good news is I have contacted sam and declined doing business with him and his organization. The bad news for the black beauty supply businesses I choose to go with the American beauty supply association.
I built my business! contrary to statements made to this Nation and I choose who I support

A [censor] is the best way to describe Sam Ennon! My company joined BOBSA thinking it was a network of like minded individual's but in reality this piece of S##T stole my idea then did not post our site on the BOBSA website for exposure. When I contacted this piece of S##T he told me "we are building a new site and because that site was built in India we are finding it hard to get into it but we will put you on the new site", But every month the news letter was changed. Then after going on the net I realized why we were not listed, because he was running our same program as if it were his. The problem is we sell REAL 100% IMPORTED INDIAN VIRGIN REMY HAIR not that BS he sells in a package. Check it [censor] you will get yours! I hope anyone reading this has not joined or invested in BOBSA and if you do just remember you have been WARNED! Your's Truly You know who [censor]!

Yes, Sam Ennon is a ###, liar and total scammer. He told me that he has over 3000 members at BOBSA and he would send out 2 email to his members promising that I would get at least 30% of the members hitting my website. It costs me $250 and guess what? 3 people hit my website. I really doubt that he has 3000 members. After he received my money, he never returned my phone call. He is a total scammer.

Don't trust him. Sam Ennon is a Real Scammer.

I hope bobsa read these comments and make drastic changes to their customer service, if they intend to offer a black alternative to the korean dominated hair care industry.

This organization is a huge scam! Please don't order. You will never get your money back or your goods. Once they have your money, they break all the communication. They do no answer phone calls or emails from you anymore.

The main guy Sam Ennon is a crook. Smooth glib scammer and does not deliver. Thieve is the best way to describe him. He belongs in a Jail.

BOBSA - THIS ARE THIEVES. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE MAIN GUY, Sam Ennon for details @ [protected] IS A BIG LIAR. I ORDERED HAIR IN NOVEMBER FOR $1500 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. I TRIED TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM SAM ENNON BUT NOTHING. WE ARE NOW IN APRIL AND HE IS STILL PROMISING TO SEND THE HAIR TODAY. WHAT A JOKE. THEY ARE RIPPING OFF THE VERY PEOPLE THEY WANT TO HELP. NO WONDER THE ASIANS OWN THE MARKET. THEY DO NOT DO PEOPLE LIKE THIS. DON'T BE FOOLED BY BUYING BLACK. IT IS A RIP OFF. SHAME ON YOU SAM ENNON.

Beware! Please do not invest in BOBSA Online Stores or any affiliated BOBSA entity. BOBSA Online Stores, LLC is nothing short of a fraud for both the investors and the customers. Do not fall victim to the “act now” propositions or any misleading statements about the online stores profitability. The President and Founder is a master salesman who will take advantage of the emotionally charged state of the Black Hair Care Industry. Unfortunately, many have been conned out of tens of thousands of dollars since the inception of the BOBSA Online Stores.

Once you invest your money with BOBSA, you will have an easier time communicating with Osama Bin Laden than with BOBSA. You will not receive any financial statements concerning the health of BOBSA Online Stores or whether revenues have come through an investor “owned” store. Furthermore, BOBSA does not issue any documentation or evidence confirming your investment. My advice to those who have already invested in BOBSA Online Stores, make sure you keep documentation of your check or wire transfers.

Contrary to what the President and Founder says, the BOBSA Online stores ARE owned by BOBSA. BOBSA is responsible for marketing, sales, fulfillment, and shipment of the products. Any problems with the online stores should continue to go to BOBSA and not the individual investor. In most cases, the investors are unaware that a product has been ordered via the website or whether the order was actually fulfilled.

This is a sophisticated scheme wrapped in a promising mission. Anything invested in BOBSA is a waste of money and a waste of time
