Bobs Furniture / damaged home, defective, non delivery and poor customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. Their furniture is of inferior quality, the delivery team damaged my hard word floor and door frames. Moreover, one of the items still has not been delivered more than a month after the original delivery date.
In regards, the repairs, bobs dismissed me and just told me to contact the delivery company and although I have tried to return my order, because of damage they will not communicate with me. I have spend hours and many many calls with their inept customer service department..
Like any business, they depend on referrals for a lot of business, I have my own business, and I will make sure that people know the facts about this company.
