Bob's Discount Furnature / service and quality
I purchased a sofa and love seat from Bob's. I live quietly alone. Within one year all the stitching in the cushions started coming apart. I called about the issue. I was told I did not purchase the extended warranty and my original warranty ended a month earlier. They said they would not help me out. They said I could call customer service and wait at least a half hour on hold to get through but that they would not do anything for me anyway and hung the phone up on me. The service was awful and the quality of the product was worse. I learned my lesson.
