Bobobobo review: mislead in refunding

Dear Online purchase,

Please beware of this website when purchasing.
I have been making a purchase from this website (May 2017), most of the items )are low quality local made products hence i usually request for refund.
I requested for vouchers instead so i can purchase other product rather than waste it, (as they dont give full cash refund)
Other international brand are over priced so i would't touch those.

Lately i have refund the items, and was misled and agreed upon giving full cash refund. (July 2017)
The voucher that i spent was more than 1 jt and after which i have sent the items back, they only trf the remaining cash excluding the vouchers i paid for.

I have written to them but was told that i have used the vouchers, when all the clothing have been sent back to them.

For other online purchase, please beware of this website and don't get conned.
