I paid my bill in August at an AT& T store.
I tried to take care of this over the phone, but could not get any assistance.

I proceeded to another provider after my dissatisfaction with all of this.
I have returned all of the equipment belonging to AT & T, yet my account continues to be charged (without my authorization) for services that I have cancelled and am no longer receiving.

This behavior constitutes fraud and I am going to file a complaint against AT & T with the Attorney General's office. I am sure that they will not look favorably on a company that is guilty of miscommunication and taking advantage of senior citizens that are on a fixed income.

Please, resolve this matter immediately.
A lack of response and action on your part will confirm your fraudulent actions and will be reported as such.
