If you are ever looking for a rental in Chouteau / Pryor Oklahoma area do not contact this person for a rental. Bob Snodgrass is nothing more than a slum lord. These mobile home park is nothing more than a disgusting trailer Park. We recently moved to Oklahoma and were staying in Claremore while looking for a place to rent and found an ad in The Pryor Okahoma classifeds saying 2 bedroom mobile home for rent . We called [protected] and Mr. Bob Snodgrass informed us he did indeed have this property up for rent . We went and met up with him and looked at it. This place is actually off of a road called Mazie Landing the place is a dump every trailer in this so called mobile home park is in total disrepair . The place we looked at wasn't livable even for an animal. We went in I was apalled when I saw this place the ceiling was soaked and fallen in, the fixtures on the wall were haging from the rot in the walls. He was asking for 400.00 a month for this dump plus a 600.00 deposit non-refundable. He stated though that he was making repairs my husband thinking that making repairs meant that the ceiling and the walls would be repaired gave this man 360.00 . When he went to check if the electricity had been turned on the door to the trailer was wide open, the ceiling at this point was actually fallen in, the place stuck of Mold and the only repairs that had been made were new heating vents. When my husband called to ask him about the repairs this pig told him that he had put in the new vents and he was done making repairs, my husband told him forget and to return his money because we weren't moving in . We gave this POS 360.00 he gave us back 100.00 of our money and kept 260.00 for nothing we never even moved in. He did this to another person we know took money from them they changed their mind and he only returned 100.00 dollars back to them also. This man is in the buisness of renting out places that unsafe and ripping people off. If you're smart you'll stay away from this mobile home park and this slumlord he has other rentals in Bartlesville Oklahoma that are just as bad. Living in one of his trailers now but will be moving soon. Haven't had plumbing in almost a month. Literally had [censored] backed up into our bathtub. Instead of having the septic tank pumped (cause it's full) he dug an open hole into the ground for waste. It's disgusting beyond words and surely illegal. And I bet he is evading taxes as there is only 2 mailboxes for 6 trailers... Not because he doesn't want to put up more mailboxes but because there is only 2 addresses listed to recieve mail. So he's only claiming income for 2 and paying taxes on 2 but renting out 6... Definate fraud that is about to end.
Just got out of court with this pos Bob Snodgrass. We refused to pay rent for December because our ceiling has been leaking for a damn year. They attempted to fix it three times and it still rains in my room. The judge gave us till the 15th to be out. Appatits legal to provide less than addiquit houseing for the public. The judge wouldn't even look at the pictures I have of the holes in our ceiling, it's gonna have in soon. The black mold appatdidnt matter either. [censored]. If I could afford to move we would have been out already.
Russell Waggoner also has a daughter Hannah who he sends over to sign leases to thrick people. They are nothing more than common thieves.

The good ole boys network in Chouteau Oklahoma are still thriving renting homes to the poor. The city of Chouteau must be afraid of Bob Snodgrass and his friends since he likes to play in politics. Bob Snodgrass and his buddy are still renting homes that are dangerous and in dire straits to low income families. Many of the homes have mold, electrical which is not up to code, plumbing that is leaking, and broken appliances and heating and air conditioning. The people who they rent to do not complain in fear they will be evicted and left homeless. A good lawyer and a class action suit against good ole Bob and his buddies might do the trick! I have a feeling we will soon hear about ole Bob on the news about tax invasion, fraud, and cruelty towards humanity. The county of Mayes and the Cities these homes are in need to force Mr. Snotgrass to clean up his act! The phone numbers the previous poster posted for Bob are still in use today.
