Bob Evans food at montrose oh. 5 16 19

Ordered lightly grilled ham and cheese. Always get. Hate burnt bread and crusts. This was so light barely warm.. The ham now shaved made a nice half of sandwich. So paltry . It was cold not grilled at all. I had ordered platter not half sandwich so I tossed 1 slice of bread away to make a decent sandwich. a slice of barely melted cheese doesn't make a grilled sandwich. Horrendous. And the coleslaw? It was so dry it was like eating straw. I eat at this place once a week and have through many managers. Nick and john and lamarr always make it fine. This group just threw a cold sandwich together and tried to pass it off. Then i was charged wrong. They were not that busy. Additionaslly the counter is never cleared off. I refuse to sit by dirty dishes from others while I eat at counter. I also do not like the attitude I can't clean that spot because it isn't my assignment on counter.. Clean it people! Next time I give you 5 minutes after I sit down to clean the counter or I walk out. You don't seat people at dirty tables and my money is just as good. And does jen the manager do more than just walk around. ? She needs to look more professional.

Bob Evans the food I received last night

Orded the white two piece chicken meal the stuffing was dry and the chicken was over cooked, this is the second time in the last two weeks i have gotten chicken over cooked .Something must be wrong with the cooker or the cook .Ithought it was on atimer. Our famil eats at bobs in jackson ohio as often as three to four times a week, hope this problem is resolved thank you.

Bob Evans lack of service

Went to Bob Evans on May 9th. Was arriving in Kentucky and wanted a quick meal. Didnt realize they closed at nine. The waitress sat us down and gave us menus. We proceeded to wait for about 10 minutes and no one ever stopped by to take our order. Someone else came in after us and the waitress did aknowledge them so once we heard her talk to them we left. Maybe one less customer doesn't matter but an unhappy customer should. I will be happy to let everyone know that we were ignored and not provided with any service.
In Louisville Kentucky they are not the only game in town. Right across the street was Ihop. Maybe they care maybe they don't?

Bob Evans service

I dine out with my mother at bob evans on a regular basis. I have never have had the horrible service that we received on mothers day.
My family and I went to bob evans on e main st and mcnaughten rd in cold ohio and I was just stunned. I ordered the 6oz. steak dinner with onion and mushrooms. I added the baked potato with butter and sour cream and green beans with ham. I received my meal with a
potato and steak and green beans with onions. I did not receive the butter, the sour cream or the onion and mushroom. I asked the waitress and she said I will be right back. She came back 5 minutes later with a small saucer of onions only and informed me that they are cooking the mushrooms? I asked again about the butter and the sour cream and she left. 5 minutes later I received the butter and the sour cream which the potato was cold at this point and would not even melt the butter. Never did I receive the mushrooms with the mean and there is an additional charge for the mushrooms and onions. I informed the waitress since I did not get my full meal I wanted this taken off of the bill. My son decided to treat us all to the dinner and the mushrooms and onion was still charged to the bill and he paid it. Trust me I was not going to walk out of there without serious complaints but, I had to attend to my mother who was with us., I have been a waitress in my life and never did I remove a plate that required mushroom and onion or any other toppings from the cooks station until the plate was complete. I am not sure of that waitress name. I just wanted to address the whole ordeal because as I said I go there with my mom a lot for dinner. I love the food but, this special day was horrible...

Bob Evans pot roast family meal

Bob Evans Restaurant in Middleburg Heights, 16500 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142

After ordering the pot roast family meal I waited 45 min before the meal finally was completed. The meat itself had no gravy on it, and was in very large hard chunks, unlike tender and shredded like normally. In this condition, we needed to use the gravy from the mashed potatoes just to pick through and find some edible pieces of meat. The carrots were not even in the same dish as the pot roast, but served in a side bowl, hard as if extremely undercooked. Also, the biscuits (though we ordered a different bread but they had run out) seemed to have been sitting out for a very long time, they were hard and cold. it will be a very long time before we decide to go back to any Bob Evans resteraunt.

I request to let the restaurant know what is wrong, and have them take the steps needed to fix this issue so other customers don't have this same disappointment.

Bob Evans every aspect of our dining experience.

We decided to go to the harrison, ohio bob evan's for mother's day. This was a huge mistake. The entire staff looked as if no one was in charge, and the saddest part was that the general manager was present during this ordeal. We were seated in an area that was totally filthy. The floor was just destroyed and hadn't been swept in what looked like days. Our service lacked every aspect of your motto. The young man (connor) acted like he had a hard time remembering anything we asked for. Three times we asked for certain items and he kept acting as though it was a chore to bring us things like lemon wedges for our water, not bringing condiments we asked for, and disappearing into the kitchen; (which was in our line of site the whole time.) we saw him just standing there with other service employees playing around on there phones and really blatantly ignoring us, the paying customers! The food was another issue, but that is simply p#@$ poor management. We had to sit there and ask for our bill several times to get it right. We wanted a separate bill for half of our party of 6. It is as if the young man wasn't even trying to provide us with any hospitality what so ever. Here is the kicker though, upon checking out we spoke to the gm. We expressed our issues about the services at his restaurant, and we were told, we have been slammed and we aren't equipped to handle such a volume of people. 🤯🤯 it was the most sorry excuse attempt we have ever heard. When the mgr and gm are having to bus tables and run food out to waiting customers while the wait staff are lolligagging around, it was pitiful. Our invoice # was [protected] and we spent $38.50. Yes it was a very busy day and every other restaurant s are slammed to. They managed at least to perform in a courteous, prompt way without making excuses. We are going to await a response to our complaints before we never go to your establishment again.

Bob Evans I am not complaining id like to recognize a couple employees for superior customer service

My family and I often go to bob evans in finneytown and my child suffers from autism and your management staff and a server by the name heather she is great with my son and he gets a huge smile on his face every time he sees her. I always witness your management staff coaching and directing staff in a very positive manner as you know please and thank you mean a lot in todays society. Every one at this location is just so pleasant the food is always hot and it looks amazing.
I am sure people take the time out to complain but i'd like to say thank you to your manager michelle and our family server heather you guys are amazing and deserve something special for going the extra mile for my family you both possess qualities that cannot be taught.

Bob Evans seating

Ridiculous- - 6 tables not cleared for 20 minutes. Looked like only one waitress took it upon herself to clear tables - I asked her name and it was Jane. Finally there was an employee that came out to actually clear tables but he was so uninterested in his job that I would have fired him. Even after some tables were cleared people were not seated... just terrible. If I were corporate I would fire the manager and get someone in here that could run the restaurant

Bob Evans server was terrible

On Easter my husband and I stopped for supper. We had a server named lydia. I ordered biscuits with my salad.
She said let my get you jelly. It never came. I had to ask another employee for silverware since my waitress didnt come back except long enough to drop our meal off on her way to another table. My coffee cup was dirty! My husband never got his coleslaw with his fish. When she came by to offer coffee I said no my cup is dirty and she answered ok. She dropped off the bill i ask for a box it never came either. I spent 30 dollars and had a terrible experience. The restaurant was not busy. And the whole time my server was behind the counter with her back to customers talking and complaining.

Bob Evans carry out service easter

To whom this may condern:

Service (carryout) under staffed on easter day 4/21/19.
I am home sick and called in to order two meals. *I was put on hold for a total of 2 calls in for 8 minutes. *called a third time and they put me over to a manager who finally took the order.
The main (two problems) were 1. Not getting back to the phone. 2. The recording on line stated I could get a 4 family of meal for $19.99. No one knew what I was talking about. Secondly I couldnt just get a ham meal alone. Thirdly, you recorded message also stated if I order online I will get free delivery, when I asked the manager did not know that. So now I am getting in my car to pick it up and asked her if someone could bring it out to the car. She said that they dont do that anymore, but to call them back, now a 4th time and if they can they will bring it out.
Your employees need to know everything about bob evans and customer appreciation. Also I am a senior on a fixed budget. I would rate todays experience: 3

I expect more from bob evans but it seems in todays world appreciation to a senior isn't much.

On 04/14/2019 at 4:55 pm for a carry out order. I ordered two pick two combos both of the soups was cold and gummy, the sandwich was ordered with out cheese and it had cheese on it. Hello, I came into your restaurant with a party of 10 & I called ahead to ask if you had reservations and they did not, and they said they would put tables together to fit us. When we arrived the host was very rude to us saying they couldn't put tables together for us & we would seat us separate. The hostest kept making rude remarks at us and looking at us while we ate SEPARATELY.

Our family of four went to this location on 4/7/2019 @ 5:30 pm. It took 40 minutes to be seated in a half empty restaurant, but almost an hour to get food on the table. We have gone to eat @ Bob Evans for a long time. We were there on4/2/2019 and ordered a cobb salad. I couldn't believe the lack of lettuce in it. I don't believe there was even a full cup of it. I told the waitress about it and she said that they were doing it the right way now and it was being measured. How do you measure lettuce??? Your prices keep going...

Bob Evans cashier

I ate at the restaurant in New Philadelphia Ohio on Saturday January 26, 2019 for lunch at about 12:30pm. The waitress was very good and efficient, but we were seated in a closed in area and soon after we were seated a young couple with 3 small children were seated immediately behind us in very close proximity. The children were misbehaving and screaming and the parents were scolding them all throughout their meal. We finally gave up and requested the bill and left our meals to escape the chaos. When I paid my bill, the cashier asked how everything was. When I told her that it did not go so well, and said it was because of the children who were screaming, the cashier said, "Well that's not our problem." I explained that this was not the first time this had happened at this restaurant at that same seating area, the cashier told me that I didn't need to come back there again if I don't like children. I just turned and asked out, but I really wish I had reported this to the manager. It was shocking to be treated this way, as I have never been thrown out of anywhere before.

Bob Evans quality of the food

Ordered carry out 1/17/2019, for fireside salads, there was only one person working the register taking calls ringing out resturant customers, taking orders for walk ins, and carry out orders, while 6 servers stood back there chatting, the receipt says ashley, she was the nly one working in the place, not sure it was ashley just because the reciept said that, she was amazing, when I looked at the salads there was no fireside sauce on the chicken (well it is called fireside salad) the cashier offered to get me some on the side to go, I guess all packets of dressing were gone, we received bowls of dressing (skimpy). Banana bread not cooked all the way. It was an awful experience. The salads were 90 percent lettuce only and other ingredients very slim, and no fireside sauce

Grant you the restaurant was busy being noon on a Sunday. The counter was empty so we sat there or it would have been a 30 - 45 minute wait. The counter was dirty with dirty dishes. Some one did clean it off and pushed the dishes aside. She did not remove them, she pushed them aside, wiped off the counter and got our drinks. It was sometime before someone else took our order. The waitress doing take out was our waitress. She finally took our order which took about 45 minutes to get. My husband did not get his milk, which he asked for when she brought the meal. He also asked for honey at that time. The milk and honey never came. She finally came around 5 minutes later which he asked for it again. She slammed the honey down on the counter at him and brought the milk. We never saw her again until we we're done eating. I order a hamburger/ fries. The bun was so toasted that I could not eat it. When we we're done she came back and asked if everything was OK. By that time we we're finished and there was no reason to say anything. I told her just to bring us the check. We never received the check. We went to the register and told the cashier. She never asked if everything was good or not. I asked if the corporate phone number was on the check, she had to look at it to tell me no. We eat at this location quite often and it had never been this bad. Sitting at the counter you could tell how unorganized the food staff was. Why do the men with beards not wear coverings over their beards?

1st complaint order 2 turkey dinners, no silver ware and both cranberries sauces was missing, now got a grilled salmon dinner with a bake potato, potato no sour cream or butter, rolls no butter either, 2nd dinner grilled chicken breast rolls no butter and also no silver ware, and wife said they was very dry, I work hard for the money i make, and go to bob...
