My food was cold there was no gravy and I was suppose to have gotten a slice of pumpkin pie and instead they gave me apple that was the worst food I've gotten from There. They rate -0 stars from me. Thanksgiving day 5:30pm.

The expiration date on your family size original mashed potatoes is 10/25/2013. I just cooked your mashed potatoes by your instructions. I took them out of the microwave and could smell a spoiled smell. Then I tasted them. It was absolutely discussing! Today's date is 10/10/2023. Tell me how this has happened 12 days before YOUR EXPIRATION DATE!

Why has it been deleted? BE had tasty bean soup and deleted it. Introduced tomato-basil---I predicted it would disappear. Had great chili and made it seasonal. Don't know status now.

Gosh most everyone likes vegetable all year round. Seems like veg would be more of a hit than cheesy potato!

I suppose the corp. bean counters are responsible!

I have purchased this product several times. This time the potatoes tastes like dirt and have chucks of black stuff in them.

I completely lost my appetite.

I will be returning the used portions back to Walmart where I bought them.

Probably will not purchase them again.

Today I visited the Bob Evans in defiance ohio. I was told I had to wait 5 to 10 min to be seated with at least 10 empty tables and booths empty I see no reason my party could not have been seated and had to wait

I have been coming to bob evans has long has I can remember and there is one server that I will always ask for

Ordered a BLT and fries on July 17, 2023 at 1:35 pm. BLT is soggy, some of the bacon isn't cooked thoroughly, lettuce is flimsy and gross, french fries barely done. Whole meal is barely warm and I picked it up 10 min before actual pick up time.

7:20pm July 2, 2023 Check number 890251. Asked for corn with ham meal and extra gravy. They were not in there. I called store and was put on hold and was never answered.

there were numerous pieces of something very dark in the container.

this is the first time I have seen this after purchasing potatoes numerous

times.

i purchased the product at krogers on college ave, normal il on 6/18/23.

She was rude and discourteous. And acted as though she didn’t want to be at work.

I have been enjoying the mashed potatoes for a long time. The past month or so, I have bought them and after trying to eat them, I have thrown them away. They have been terrible. They have little peelings in them, little lumps, they are watery and have a different taste that is not good. I don't think that I will continue to buy them anymore.

I ordered the southwest grilled chicken with avocados. The avocados were brown and completely distrusting. Mushy with barely any flavor. I thought okay.. happens with avocados. No biggie. Then I opened my childrens meals with bananas which were also brown and old. Extremely disappointing. Won’t be ordering for a while

Went to Bob Evans at 915am on 6-4-24 on West Saginaw in Lansing for the second time with no acknowledgement that we were even there. Workers looked and us and put their head down to avoid eye contact both times. Not even a we will be with you in a minute. Just rude, we went next door and service was great start to finish.

Where are they? Went to Olentangy Rd Columbus Oh and we’re told that corporate took them off the menu. Why?

I'm so absolutely disgusted. My mother just pulled a grub out of her mouth from the mashed potatoes.

Just purchased, the mashed potatoes and heated up. My mother took a mouthful and felt something solid and gross, she spit it out and it was a grub.

Made us all puke.

Unbelievable. Never will we eat this crap again.

Guessing that filthy floors and base of toilets doesn't bode well for the cleanliness of the kitchen, where my food is prepared?

I ordered a online order (check#890085 Circleville, OH.)for my mother and I. When I got it home, just a few minutes away. I found as on previous occasions the food was cold. And the omelette that I made on " make your own omelette" had ingredients I had not selected on it.

This is the third time we have had issues.

I ordered 4 biscuits for takeout expecting the usual flaky tender product. However these turned out to be more like solid hockey pucks—totally inedible . These were meant to compliment my homemade soup. What a disappointment.

Dining room was 39°F. Food was cold. Sausage was raw, I had to send it back. New sausage barely cooked. We as told they could not control the thermostat. Gave us a lousy 15% off after all that.

Very disgusting and off-putting feces like chunks of God knows what inside this product when you put it in the pan to defrost and cook.

I noticed many other complaints about this product.

I already ate some of it without seeing them and promptly threw out the whole thing.

Very very disheartening.

Today 10/2/2022 I purchased 2 containers from Shoprite in Paramus NJ. When I opened them up they had foreign black specs and what I believe to be some sort of black bug! This is grossly unacceptable.

When you put a single container in the microwave and turn it on, within a few seconds it flips upside down. We have to put it on a plate or bowl to prevent spillage.

My husband and I frequently eat at Bob Evans. I have noticed recently that their coffee now tastes terrible. I thought it was a one off but apparently not. Ours was regular and not decaf. I have now decided I will no longer order any coffee when I eat here as the coffee is so bad.

For over 25 years we have always chosen to eat at Bob Evans for the main reasons of their coffee, nice atmosphere and good food. However, the past several years at every local Bob Evans restaurant we have eaten their coffee is too strong. We asked for fresh coffee on 2 different occasions after tasting their first pot; the fresh coffee was no better both times. Last night again we struck out. We did not enjoy their coffee, although I really enjoyed their broasted white meat chicken dinner. Wonder if they could offer both on their menus: their original mellow coffee in addition to the strong they now serve? That change will keep this couple continuing to choose to eat at Bob Evans.
