BoatFix Inc / sent wrong item
Received the wrong item. Their website was wrong. I was unable to get a response regarding the problem. I had to dispute charging with Credit Card to get response. They did update their website after I pointed out the issue but then stated it was my responsibility to send item back before they would ship out the correct item. I refused and after much hassle they sent a UPS call tag. I sent item back but never reimbursed my credit card for item and shipping charge. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I will not use this company again and I suggest the same to anyone else considering it.
