Mr Walker bought the boat on May 16 2011 He was informed by us to pickup in 4-7 days ..This contract condition was given to him 3 times. On the original Ebay add that he agreed to and on 2 subsequent bills of sale. He decided not to pick up the boat. Sold for less than $260 and to go on vacation. Then after two months when he found the donor non responsive he asked for a refund. Yes we do give refunds within 7 days when someone waits 2 months to pick something up. They are not entitled to a refund as they have abandoned the item. The donor was issued a tax receipt for the donated boat the buyer has an obligation to follow through with pickup.
