I ordered a desk and they sent a different one. Two months have passed and they haven't exchanged the desk nor refunded my payment. I filed a BBB complaint but the follow up is poor. Paypal, method of payment, said 'this purchase is not covered' so they won't refund either...I wonder why?

    Did you return the desk? The complaint is very unclear and makes it sound like you just expect them to fix the problem without you doing anything???
    Just let me know if I am wrong.
