Bluefly, Inci'm still waiting!

My husband ordered me something from Bluefly as a Christmas gift! Order was place in early December, but nothing ever arrived. Their customer service was quite nice and gave us a store credit. But unfortunately I forgot the password to my account. I could not find a "forget password" button, so I contacted their support team. They promised to fix the problem. Two weeks later I contacted them again and they said they were very busy, but this time they'll actually look into my issue. I'm still waiting!
