I have purchased two ink cartridges from www.bluedogink.com but did not receive them. When I made my order it was said on their website that cartridges were available. But after weeks of waiting I found out that they did not update the information and that actually these cartridges were not in stock for a long time. It also took a lot of time to get my money back. In my opinion this company is highly unprofessional and I as a customer don't want to deal with the in the future.
Ink not received
I needed this ink to keep my printers working and thereby keep my business running. Paid for ink to be sent overnight. They say UPS lost my package and bluedogink would not send replacement ink until the investigation was complete which was expected to be almost a week after I was supposed to receive my ink. In spite of having been a long-standing customer they state sorry, 'that's our policy.' You're taking a real gamble if you use this company. The owner Justin Omanoff doesn't know the meaning of customer service.

The seller is scammer and didn't inform about the status of order
I recently ordered from the company www.bluedogink.com. I bought ink and cartridges from them, and it was mentioned on the website that all this stuff was in stock. After that I waited couple of days, but no one informed me about the status of my order. I tried to call, but no one replied. I sent emails and received the response that my order was out of stock. WTF? Total scam, so don’t buy from them and post comments about your experience with this company.

We returned several ink cartridges on December 1, 2010 to bluedogink.com after receiving a return authorization and was promised a credit of $385.15 (I have comfirming emails from bluedogink.com). I have called and emailed them several times over the past months and still have not received the credit. I have not received a response from my latest phone call or email.
