Blue cloud immigration, CEO Jeffrey James and assistant Deepak Pyakurel. These guys had mentioned that they have tie ups with employers in Canada who interviews candidates via skype and provides sponsorship (work permit) if the candidate is suitable as per job requirements. They asked us to pay Aed 7000 as an initial payment. Its been one year exactly, they have given false hopes via emails and skype. The ceo refused us to call him again and again for follow ups. They send generic emails saying they will respond and that they are working on out process, however no information since last 6 months. This is also one of the fraud companies in Dubai. Pls be aware of these two people and do not pay them any money.
All documents in relation to job verification and australian police check was sent on time to this company Blue cloud migration. Jeffrey james has not been responding over a year after taking the money. If they fail to maintain documentation of customers and I am extremely shocked to know that despite sending all the details to them they still havent looked into it and are quite disorganised and mismanaged. Paying money to them will be greatest mistake of someones hard earned money.
All email ID’s on his websites are deactivated except his own. He blocks his customers on linkedIn to whom he owes money. His Assistant Deepak is also a big fraud.
Yap its same me to same blueclod blongs to mr jroffry james and he is fraud. He took money from me also l. Its already more then 4 yesrs. He promise me to arrange work permit for canada but until now no connections. Even email he will not respond.

i have the similar case they have taken the money and after that they just had sent a couple of emails that he was busy or with surgery and all excuses, this is gone on for one year and they have not done anything with my file or returned my money. i trusted them a lot but eventually they turning out as frauds. i also had explained that if this is not gonna work our return the money but they keep saying that its still in progress. no update on the file and no update on the return of the money.
I have been asking for my refund since two years now, they are fraud for sure. The CEO doesn't respond but is very active on LinkedIn.

This particular individual; Ranjita Samyal, a citizen of the Republic of India, is unable to get a Police Certificate from the UAE due to an outstanding debt of 22, 000 AED that she has walked away from and a very serious criminal charge in the UAE. Moreover, she has been unable to provide a Job Reference from her last position held in the UAE, nor a Police Certificate from her last location; Australia. If and when she clears her criminal charge in the Emirates and gets her Job Reference then we can assist her. Noting that Citizenship & Immigration Canada require these documents in order to be considered for a Work Permit. It is regrettable that she has chosen this method that publicly disgraces her. All documents with regards to last job and Australian police check has been submitted. Surprising to see the extent blue cloud is disorganised with regards to documentations. Not responding to the client for a year is the greatest strength of your company after taking the money. Stop fraud!
Furthermore, my contract was terminated as company downsized due to recession, and in one month another job was a challenge as Dubai visa conditions are strict and unfortunately I had to exit. Disgracing others after taking benefit out of their situation is no humanity. All the details in regards to my status was disclosed to Bluecloud immigration and you still asked for money and flew away with it. I hope no one ever pays their hard earned money to Blue cloud immigration and I will ensure i people of aware how blue cloud immigration does a fraud. Blue committed refund and when asked, stopped responding to the client.
Good that blue cloud has chosen this platform to respond, I am gonna post all the conversation over last one year that will be an eye opener for everyone as they are not willing to respond or refund.
All job references (offer letter, exit letter, job description, organisation chart, bak statements, salary slips were provided) and Australian police check will be posted here so the people are aware that blue cloud CEO is still lying.
