Blue Ridge Healthcare Billing / Billing errors
I have had a total of 10 major billing errors. One medical test they never submitted to my insurance until 2 years later when I went back and checked. They will turn things over to collections that I have paid for, they do not return calls nor letters. When there is an error on the part of how much something was or that they billed me for something I did not receive; they just ignore it and send it directly to collections. When I disputed 3 things that were wrong [$2, 500 in mistakes] they told me not to call back and that I was being labeled in their system as a "difficult customer".
