Blue Dart Express Courier delivery

My waybill number is [protected]

I received a message on 16 November that a packet will be delivered.

It was not delivered. I didn't receive any message or call on mobile or any note on my apartment.

On contacting Bluedart customer care, I was informed courier will come on 17 November. No courier, no call, no message.

I am unable to contact customercare even after several attempts with a message "network is congested".

Please resolve this by sending me a clear message or call about the exact date and time of delivery.

I hope this also doesn't go unanswered like your customer care.

Blue Dart Express Courier service

My way bill no. is #[protected].My parcel shipped since July 4 ,23 and was expected receive on July 5,23 but yet they are lingering on to deliver the same. My parcel contains sensitive item i.e bank card. I am very much worried and contacted many times to the support team, but everyone is giving false date of delivery.

Please look into the matter and help me resolving this.

Blue Dart Express Awb#[protected]

The delivery executive (contact: [edited]), who didn't show up at the location, told me to come and collect the consignment at the other location, which I didn't agree to. And also, I mentioned my unavailability for the next-day delivery. which he arrogantly replied to and told me to collect the parcel at the office, which is far from my location.

This is not the first time I've faced this kind of issue with Blue Dart. It keeps happening. They've called three times and haven't called us back in a minute. If we call the unknown number back, they ask us to come somewhere on the road. The executives and the organizations are run because of the customers, not because of the executives. I've already stopped using BlueDart for personal reasons. where other service providers at least have some dignity toward the customer. This is the corporate situation where they didn't have any other options and where I'm having trouble.

Blue Dart Express Bad behaviour of delivery representative

Date - 15/Dec/22

The delivery representative was quite rude in his approach and since I was in office, he wasn't ready to handover the packet to my husband.

I was repeatedly confirming to him that I'm in office now and my husband is there at home and that he can see my ID proof and my Husband's ID proof. However, he was very curt in refusing to see any logic and did not deliver the packet.

He also said the reason was that I don't share my husband's surname! I don't think there is any law that I need to share my husband's surname.

Both myself and my husband have felt very insulted with his behaviour and will now be approaching the consumer court to file a case for such a biased and irrational behaviour by the Courier company in terms of keeping such stupid and dictatorial rules against the women of this country.

Desired outcome: The packet should have been delivered to my husband

Blue Dart Express Axis bank debit card / after right address / debit card not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

In reference to our above mentioned detail, we have many a time contact with Palwal Bule Dart office but your Officers not give any positive response.

I have already received one parcel by Bule Dart Same address vide shipment Tracking no. [protected] Dt. 16-6-22.

Our second shipment Tracking No. [protected] not received due to your delivery boy massage to me on my registered mobile number by server there no his any contact number that address are not right. He not called me before leave the place as well as I have not received any confirmation from his side.

He is totally tail a lie and generate wrong msg to me.

Kindly take action against this person, please arrange to delivery of my parcel on urgent basis.

Blue Dart Express received damaged speaker

i have received damaged speaker, as the product was delivered to me today in rourkela ,pincode-769042. on date: monday,23rd may. it was shipped on date17/05/2022. from trichy-pincode-620025. the consignment number is: awb# [protected]. the value of the speaker is 15000rs and its four legs stands are broken and hence difficult to be kept on the floor and susceptible to more damages because the stands are missing. i have been sending and receiving products from blue dart from years and i am really disappointed with what i received today. how will i be compensated for the loss. sending you the pictures before and after the shipment of my speaker for more clarity and please look at the matter with urgent attention thankyou.

Blue Dart Express consignment not delivered

Hi,

I am getting pissed off with BlueDart delivery Guy. Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but delivery guy is holding my documents and not delivering.

I am calling him since yesterday and he is not ready to delivery and holding my important documents. I called him so many times and he picked only once and said that he will be coming by 2:30PM . Now again, he is not picking up my call and switched off his phone after i called him multiple times. This package is sensitive to time .

Kindly help me to get the documents today asap. It will not have relevance is delivered later. I will also forward this complaint to the vendor who has sent this package so that we can have another courier partner who is committed for guaranteed delivery not Fraud like BlueDart.,

Blue Dart Express fraud contact number registered on google

Actually there was one order which I was about to receive from Flipkart, I got a message from Blue Dart that your order is delivered but I didn't get any order., and there was no courier boy number in that message, then I pull up the Blue Dart number from Google, and I was not aware that will be the fraud number on Google. I called that number, and a guy answered that call, he told me that you were not at your address, so if you want to deliver it again, you will be charged Rs 9 for re-delivering it, I said Okay, I asked him for the courier boy number, he told me that you will be get automatically by system generated message after you will do the payment of Rs 9, He send me one link and asked me to submit my registered phone number and amount of Rs 9. Once I did it, that fraud guy deducted Rs 80, 000 from my SBI account immediately and then disconnected the call, and switched off that number. If you will check on Google, its still displaying there. Just because of Blue Dart fraud, I suffered huge loss, which was my hard earned money, and I can't bear that loss at all. I am very much disturbed and harassed just because of Blue Dart fraud, and I can assure that someone from the internal system of Bluedart is also involved in this Fraud, so I request you to please take this case on serious note and provide me the whole money and compensation as soon as possible as it's a not a small amount. I am attaching the snapshot of Bluedart contact number which is displaying on Google so please verify that as well.

Blue Dart Express delivery of credit card

Dear sir,
I saurabh bajaj applied for the credit card and it was dispatched, but did not received.
After calling the coriour service they said that it was returned back to hdfc bank.
Please arrange a call for me on [protected]. I am not able to speak on customer care number of hdfc bank

Blue Dart Express Unprofessional, rude and failed delivery of parcel "awb 356xxxxx91" by bluedart

Good day

This is regarding dispatch of my card through Bluedart Courier service with tracking number "AWB 35XXXXX91" to Amritsar, Punjab Address dated 18th October-2018. The service and response from Bluedart is annoying and highly unprofessional.

The courier company neither attempted delivery of the card nor contacted us telepathically. When we went to the courier company's office situated at "100/101, National Shopping Complex, Near Nandan Cinema, GT Road, Amritsar" on the 24th October morning, We were very rudely told by the admin staff that they do not service this area and the card was returned back to its origin. They told us to contact the dispatcher "ICICI Bank" and we
as customer should tell bank to not to book parcel's with blue dart as they will not attempt delivery of it next time as well and the same will be returned again.

This was very rude response from a courier service. If the area mentioned in the address is not under their service area, they should not accept the delivery of the parcel beforehand. Further if they do accept, they should at least make a phone call, so that we can arrange collection by physically going to their office. But they did not do either of these and the response was extremely poor.

If the company got some ethics and service policies and have access to this review, I want escalation of this poor service rendered by Bluedart company.
I re-iterate, there was not even a single phone call made by Bluedart courier company to us and no delivery was attempted at all.

Blue Dart Express courier service

My AWB no [protected] (HDFC card)
It will be delivered me on 24th Sept 2018. But in that day without my confirmation or without Contacting me your courier personal return it back to the bank . This is not at all acceptable for me because my current card will be expired on 28 the Sept and new card will be activated on 28th sept.

So inform you to take strict action against this process.
Inform them to confirm the customer by telephonic talk at least once. And after then return courier to the system again.

Blue Dart Express Reg credit card not delivered

On 7th dec 2016 received a mail for my mail account from icici bank credit card information credit card sent to me by blue dart courier service awb [protected] on 7.12.16
On 9th dec courier boy came to my address and not given my courier to me and said that address is not matched, even though i shown my id proofs and same address proofs ( aaadhar, voter id, and pan card) he was refused all documents i shown to him . [n this way he (Blue dart couriers)insulted me thus i feel very shame in my neighborhood
Please do any correspondence to me from any courier other than blue dart ifit is not possible for ur company please cancel my credit card and dont send the card through blue dart

Blue Dart Express Non Delivery of Consignment

Kindly refer to the attached in which Blue Dart claims to not find my address - my address is complete and they are the only ones who have difficulty in finding my address... They have never delivered important documents to me - my debit card, my banking documents, my cheque book etc to name a few... They are not reachable on phone. They have only updated a bunch of lies and false information on their website in their tracking info (screenshot taken 02.09.2015 @ 10.30 PM IST attached)...
Kindly penalize them heavily for running such a faulty courier service. They only employ such kamchor people who do not do their work. Why the hell are they taking money and simply returning documents?
At my address, I get deliveries from all other couriers including India post except for them - they are chors as they had tried to steal my debit card on the pretext of non delivery. I caught them. They are not calling me nor are they even making a delivery attempt but simply returning my important documents.
Please take strict action against them at the earliest.

Blue Dart Express Non Delivery

I received an SMS on my mobile number on 12/03/2011 that my consignment no [protected] was tried to be delivered,
and to contact their customer care for delivery. I contacted their Customer care and I was told that they were unable to deliver on the said date because my premises was locked. They will deliver on the subsequent day, and somebody must be present to receive it at home.

Here I would like to inform them thru this Forum, that my premises is never locked, and they never approached my residence
as stated, any how when I contacted them again on 13, 14, 15, 16th March I was promised that it will be delivered on the next day. I have sent them e.mails also for same.

now on 17th. March when I call them they say that it has been sent back to the sender.

There was a 'Sorry...'note recd. on the 5th Aug. The delivery person did not mention any date or details of shipper on the note. I have called the mentioned office no. and spoken to your staff and the parcel was to be delivered on the 6th by 9.30am. I waited for the parcel till 10.30am but it was not delivered at all on the 6th. I spoke again to your staff on 7th morning couple of times and was informed that the person had already left for the delivery and I should receive it anytime. It is 18.35 hrs and I have waited the entire day at home just to collect the parcel. Nobody has come for the delivery yet.Is this the way you operate? I have spent more than 8 hours waiting today and your person has no value for the customers' time.

Blue Dart Express Not Deliverd

We have ordered one Spy Pen Camera 16GB With Naaptol. They have dispatched the the said consignment through Blue Dart Couriers and we have received the sms saying you will receive the same within 5 days from the receipt of this sms. The order no is 115150. AWB no is [protected]. But these courier people are now telling that the said consignment has been re sent due to when they have come here the door was closed, the phone number was not reachable. But the real fact is that as we had given factory address for the said item. And as you all know the factory will run continuously and the phone number which we have given is running successfully.

So i request you people that in future dont use the Blue Dart Courier especially Peenya Bangalore Branch Courier Because the services which they are giving is Heart Bursting. And the people working in Blue Dart Courier in Peenya Bangalore Branch all are really mad fellows.

The above said people who are working in Peenya Branch the word they are using it is shame to each and everyone who are all consulting them.

These people are really mad people.

Blue Dart Express DOCKET

Everyday w send documents and samples to our customers through BLUE DART COURIER. However, courier dockets i.e., receipts are not given to us on the same day. Receipts are given next day evening.

Each day, our customers follow-up with us; we need to talk to Blue dart courier again to check the docket number and then inform to our customers.

We hope, Blue dart will take care.

Blue Dart Express Delayed delivery

I had sent my girlfriend's birthday card the day before her birthday from a Bluedart Office in Noida.
But, to my shock i found that the consignment had'nt reached it's destination, Kolkata after 3 days. They are telling that there was a flight delay.
Now the question is how can they run such a big company where their flight delays for 3 days.
I am really furious about this matter, and want my MONEY BACK. Bluedart is most expencive courrier service in India and i am really shocked at their such callous attitude.
I have vowed never to use Bluedart courrier service again.

ICICI bank had sent me two couriers with numbers AWB [protected] and AWB [protected] . Of these i have received only one. The courier with no: AWB [protected] has not been received yet.

ALso they say they send the consignment by flight, they dont all rubbish. does a document from bangalore to delhi take 2 days to reach
