Blue Brick — brooklyn booking of an apartment
My family and I booked a apartment for thanksgiving through booking .com, we are frequent customers and have never been disappointed.
The pictures we viewed appeared to be nice. The purpose of our trip was to be with family.
When we arrived at 225a Wyckoff street we were extremely upset and disappointed.
The place was filthy, there is no tv
walls broken no inadequate windows with debris on the sill when you open old beds and furniture no kitchen table only 2 chairs in the entire dining living area and a dirty old futon that the buttons were falling off. I have used booking.com numerous times and have always been satisfied. Unfortunately this place did not meet the expectations and also was very deceiving from the picture on the site. I am requesting a refund as we did not even feel comfortable sleeping on the old bed and old linens and blankets and we had to find alternative arrangements for the night. Hopefully we can resolve this matter.
