Blue Angel Automotive store / We are loyal customers and are shocked by treatment at this store
My boyfriend went to the Blue Angel Automotive store (on Blue Angel Pkwy , Pensacola, Florida 32507), yesterday at 3pm and was refused service by ' Melissa' the extremely heavy set girl who was running the auto center. She told my boyfriend ' they were too busy to sell him 4 new tires, and mount and balance them. Come back tomorrow before 5:30 PM and we will take care of you'.
He took off work today to be there ontime, he arrived at 5 pm. ' Melissa' was rude and stated: ' We are too busy to help you today. Come back tomorrow and we will help you.'. We then went into the wallmart store to speak to a manager as the eight car bays had only two cars in them and the workers were all just standing around. We contacted the store manager , ( a black man named ' Ricki') who was laughing with 'Melissa' saying ' We have more jerks.'
Needless to say, it was an awful experience and my boyfriend is gone now to Pep Boys to buy 4 new tires and mount and balance them. This BlueAngel incident cost Wallmart around 400 dollars. I wonder how many others they turned away...
We told the manager that we were going to call the corporater office and his reply was : ' So what. Go ahead. I don't care.' This cost my boyfriend an entire shift's pay and it was an extreme inconvenience to us as well as it is delaying our departure to North Carolina. This problem needs to be adressed. , by the way the manager, ' Ricki' smelled like marijuana and had red eyes and could not stop laughing at us.
