Device. Installed unauthorized use of my Bridgette Yeager [protected] Nokia phone BLU B131DL ending in 6733 is illegally accessing my accounts I want charges to be filed stalking me a long time I have made multiple complaints to Google I want it stopped I have no privacy my play store chrome all Google services and apps installed and uninstalled are breached by the subject money and personal damage has occurred I have sent the anylitics to you several times before please make it stop

BLU Products Cell phones

I bought a phone thru Walmart. Walmart wouldn't refund my money and I had to mail the phone to Blu in FL.

They ask for you to reset the phone to factory settings and remove the pass code which I made sure I did. I didn't hear from them over 6 weeks and when I finally did they claim that I didn't remove the code. The phone would hang up on all my calls. In the meantime I bought another Blu phone from them and it did the same thing. It wasn't the phone service as I bought a Samsung phone and didn't have any problems

Desired outcome: Refund. Just want others to know they're a scam and not registered with the BBB because they have so many complaints

BLU Products Cameras on blu phones and image quality

Worst phone ever! Image quality not as advertised. Total hype. Camera doesnt work right and has blurry low quality images. A cheap samsung has blu beat by tons. Phone easily hacked. Phone screen image far too dark. Very low quality & waste of time & money. Better to save up & buy a high quality samsung or iphone. Screen gets darker and darker as time goes by & no way to adjust it. Photos are even worse when sent to an iphone.

BLU Products G51+ smartphone picture quality

My name is Carl Fox, Just got my 4th BLU smartphone a short while ago. Really liked my Vivo... recently purchased a G51 + and am very disappointed. Phone pictures are very poor quality, which I figured would work well as it has 3 lenses... Was I wrong... Pictures are very blurry and grainy... Can I possibly get an exchange for a similar model that takes better pictures?

save your money & buy a different brand. blu products have cheap junk cameras, so forget all the hype lies about their cameras . you wont get any help from blu ... They DONT CARE ! They got their money. You got ripped off as well as the rest of us out herethat fell for the hoax. Plus their batteries are not removable and wearout so you are stuck having to buy another one. If you manage to make contact ... you have to pay shipping/handling fees, your own insurance, pay to have signatur requirement and a high restocking fee. they send it back in very poor condition after promising to send a replacement phone ... mine came back with the back barely hanging on with wads of tape sticking out and its totally unsealed ... they want more money and me to pay allover again to send it back. dont mess with them... the scam should be very illegal ... but apparently they legally have found a way to rip off the public with hype and junk merchandise and make bunches of money with no consequencs or responsibility. just wise up and spend your money more wisely and try something different.

I purchased this phone on 4/23/2022 after leaving lingo communications for the 6 years with them did not know anything about Blu phones until I was on this free program on 4/22/2022 was it for me the Blu C5L that I purchased 1/2021 after they sent me a new sim card replace with old card now I have no phone I had enough filed a complaint after I purchased the Blu C5L Max that they said would be compatible to get a low cost plan see attached pricing information. Got phone set up may 24,2022 there was not issues with the phone that I could see the data refresh to 0mb as it should have but when it came to 6/24/2022 there was an issue with the data resetting it did not first thing I did was called T-Mobile told them what was going on they went into my account and assured me that my data had reset back to showing no data usage 0mb I had also in May 2022 file a complaint against lingo I was sent a replacement phone a Blu J5L was I received it left it in the box cancelled my services. Called you people on 6/27/2022 phone was reset then I was told that I could send the phone back and that I would only get a used phone told your warrant department I don’t think so I paid 107.00 for the phone then I received a case #[protected] then on 7/24/2022 same issue data did not reset to 0mb but reset to 1.19gb which was totally incorrect I was checking to make sure and that is what was recording at 1:00am 7/24/2022 also when I went to delete YouTube library music now it was telling me an internal error and not allowing me to delete called T-Mobile regarding data issues again told it was reset in my account both times I went back to T-Mobile that is when I tried to return the phone back to target for only a exchange at that time when they refused on 7/24/2022 I decided to switch phones using now the Blu J5L instead of the C5L max hoping that would solved the issues only to see that this phone is a piece of crap will be suing lingo for my full refund once I am done with this I have file a complaint against blu on 8/2/2022 with no response requesting a full refund and I would not send phone back to you people until I received my refund you have not responded so I am now going to file a small claims asking you for the full amount I paid for the phone who has a 14 day return policy I see why I do believe you people are selling used phones in these stores I have had it.

Desired outcome: my full refund of 107.86 i purchased it a targer 1300 university ave west st paul, mn 55104 i did try to upload but it is in pdf form i can be reached at [protected] if i do not hear back i will take action in small claims court

BLU Products Blu 140bl

I have had nothing but problems with this model phone 140 bl had to completely reset to factory three times and now I can't get into my Gmail account or any other account lost all my apps and pictures extremely aggravated with this phone

Desired outcome: Either money back for buying the phone from Walmart or a better blu phone than the one I have with no cost on my end

BLU Products cell phone

This phone is the BIGGEST POS I have ever owned! I never receive phone calls, they always go straight to voicemail unless I have just made a call or sent a text, then sometimes in will ring if someone calls within a few minutes. It's also slow...even just "waking" my phone up is extremely slow. I hate this phone! I wish I had never laid eyes on it and stuck to my iPhone!

BLU Products blu life one x

After moderate 1.5 years use, battery of BLU Life One X became swollen. Customer service advised that it's because I overcharge it and it is normal for battery to swell. This representative's response made me believe that swollen battery is normal thing for BLU Product. I then asked to talk to supervisor, who promised to forward my complain further. Moving forward, I am not going to buy anything from this company.

BLU Products warranty repair

I sent phone in to fix an issue with the screen orientation while using the camera and internet. They sent it back to me in the same condition. Cannot call them, always on hold.
The camera will take photos and videos sideways once the screen is turned to landscape mode. It will not return to portrait mode, unless it's upside down. This is not normal behavior. Somebody I know has an identical phone and it behaves properly.

BLU Products lack of customer service. unable to download any device drivers.

This phone 'Blu Studio XL 2' cannot be connected to any computers as the phone is not recognized. It is not plug and play compatible. Computer will say it needs device drivers, yet there are none to be found when Windows searches.

Repeated attempts to contact Blu products and leaving messages on their website have netted no response.

Buy beware. This phone is cheap for a reason. There is 'no' customer support and no drivers that can be unloaded on the company website.

BLU Products poor service from a blu store

My first purchase of a Blu phone was in July 2014 in Las Vegas (Blu Advance 4.0) . Loved my phone. Only had issues with Whatsapp not recognising and supporting my phone and the Bluetooth not connecting to my car device for hands-free use of my phone; but, other than that, it was functional if the camera was not material to you.

My phone fell and the screen cracked on 23 August 2016. In December of the same year, a Blu store opened in my neighbourhood in Botswana so I was very excited. I went to see them and asked if they would be able to replace the screen. They said "not yet" but that they would be able to in January 2017. There was a Chinese man who attended to me.

I ordered the replacement screen for and eventually received it in April this year (it took a long time because the US stores do not deliver screens to Botswana), when I then went back to the same store and advised them that I had the screen and would bring the phone in when I had transferred my contacts and other information onto my new Blu phone (Blu Advance 5.0).

There is a gentleman and a lady in attendance at that store who do not bother to speak to when you go into the store as they are busy on their respective phones. The Chinese gentleman was not there. I explained the situation to the gentleman. No name badges, I therefore do not know his name.

On 14 June, I went to the same store to give them both phone and screen. The same two people were in attendance. I was ignored by both. I approached the gentleman and explained that I had brought the phone in with the glass, which I showed him. He said nothing to me at all, got up and left me.

He came back and spoke to the other lady. I asked him what was going on because he just took off without speaking to me and then he said he was speaking to someone who said "I should take the phone back to where I purchased it from, as they were not willing to assist me". I was shocked.

After all the months of engagement, suddenly they turn around and tell me to go back to the States to have the phone repaired! He became argumentative and defensive and tried to speak to me as though I was an imbecile.

It is apparent that the Blu store in Botswana lacks customer service in a huge way. I do not know who the manager or owner of the store is, but I can attest that the lack of professionalism of the people in the store is consistent. They are just not interested in providing a service and can't be bothered to greet or assist the customer.

I hope that Blu will look into this as it is your name that is coming into disrepute. From being excited that I will have local assistance, I am now discouraging people from purchasing a Blu device as the aftercare is appalling.

As a result of that unfortunate incident, I had to find an alternate service provider to replace my screen. I went to a store called Hello Mobile with the screen that I had ordered for my Blu Advance 4.0. They replaced the screen (Wednesday 21 June) and, after doing so, the phone wouldn't work. It had a mind of it's on and was clicking on different icons, opening screens and making calls all by itself. The attendant explained that it was the wrong screen for my phone, yet I had ordered it with the specifications for my phone:

Now my phone doesn't work at all and I had trouble even switching it off because the screen was going haywire. I have no phone for my business.

Desirable Resolutions:
1. Train and enforce customer service standards to the Blu store in Gaborone, Botswana (at Mowana Mall). Failing which, it should be shut down. Customers should not have to have a bad experience.

2. Replace my Blu phone as I cannot rely on receiving yet another screen that may not work again. I also do not want to be a victim of incompetence or unprofessionalism in dealing with the Blu Store in Botswana.

This is my first correspondence on this issue so there is no other correspondence to attach.

BLU Products cell phones

After buying 3 cell phones and subsequently returning all 3 due to firmware issues/ wi-fi issues/ rebooting by itself and others. I attempted to reach out to this local company here in Doral Florida. After speaking to their Corporate Office I was never forwarded to anyone that could resolve these issues-but told to go on line. When on line- they had a drop down menu- so I sent 5 e-mails to sales/support. Finally after 2 months of attempting to reach someone- a Mrs. Rose Logo their Senior Resolution Specialist called. She accused me of falsehoods- stated had no record of my calls- my e-mails- and denied anything I attempted to display to her. This company has made millions in South America whereas here in the USA they are unknown. Nice product- if only it would work. I have spent 2 months- time-mileage-gas-phone calls- e-mails- been called a liar- and told there is no record of any attempts to communicate with Blu Products Inc. In closing- for $200- I can buy a Motorola X with 4g and 16 gbs- or an Asus with the same- excellent well known phones- and a great customer service team. Rather than deal with Rose Lugo- who has failed to take any ownership for her companies lack of productivity. Folks save your money- avoid this firm-it is awful.

i know ! and not only that but i seriously suspect customers are spied on and phones are totally controlled. Customer gets nothing & they gather bunches of data. its a rip off on the American public !

doubt if anybody cares.

i switched to a new phone after 3 different crap blu phones that are a total hassle on a daily basis, struggling with dark screens getting progressively darkerand blurry camera images. features on camera dont work .. its just a bunch of hype to get people to buy but get very little in return. lies ... lies & more lies. only useful for making/receiving phone calls. you can get a $49 phone to do that !
