We have applied passport for my newborn daughter. In UAE you should stamp visa within 120 days from the date of birth, now the passport stuck with BLS, we ran out of grace peroid. We are fed up, of BLS service in Dubai, We want right change soon, Their tracking system is not working, and they are not answering any call, We were left in dark after we given our valuable passport to BLS. Please do the needful if you can do something.

I recently had the problem with the Rotterdam NL BLS bureau that they charge me a one Year business application fee and i gotten in return only a halve Year visa. Difference is EUR49, - I do think this is a little bit of a scam as the response on this question was that the Embassy decides what kind of visa period I am entitled to and no refund will be done? So what happens with the difference? Are there any other people with same problem. The turn around time of the application was actually very fast so no complaints there!

I am SO SO PISSED OFF with BLS right now. VFS was 1000% better and effecient. Why would they change to an agency who is so LAME.
I am trying to call all their contact numbers given for different centers and none of them work. I have valid passport with no blank pages left. BLS website does not provide any information about such cases. If i assume and apply for reissue of passport, i have few weeks left before i fly out. They suck!

Indian Embassy in SFO never takes any phone..It seems the new BLS phone number is not in service..Also they dont respond to Phone..I am ashamed of being an Indian...Hire me ..i will do good work.. Is Indian Govt listening.. I am not sure why they cannot imporve.The BLS site is full of contrary information..Sowhere in the check list the photo says 3.5cm * 3.5 cm...in the requirement it says 2 inches... the postal information says ..only money order allowed...but in the postal checklist..only DD or Bankers check allowed...Give me Life... Pls create online petition to improve system...

Wow! The customer support number given in the website is no longer in service.! What the heck? It is my passport, not a word document that I printed and sent to BLS. No response from support when you email them. Did I send it to right agency? Looks like a black hole !
At first I thought the cgi website was hacked and a link to BLS was put in there! I mailed the CGI, SFO also but in vain! C'mon it is a passport and has a VISA on it!

BLS started service in USA just a week ago, and it is chaos everywhere. I wanted to call them to track my passport. The phone number number never works, and the customer care never responds to email. Another funny thing happened yesterday. My friend had an appointment for 2:40 PM in Chicago BLS office. When he reached, the door was closed and he was told that the office is closed between 2 PM and 4 PM. He was supposed to come back by 4 PM. After he begged that he came from long distance, they let them in. What a service!

yes, I agree. BLS sucks !
They are now also there in United States now. Choking and chewing and trying to grind all the passports bit by bit. I think its not a bad idea trying to open a company and name it ABCD or something and then offer to work with confidential foreign passports, lets group up and ask the Government, it doesn;t have a lot of time, we'll get there :)

Absolutely BLS service in dubai is a nightmare. Bloody hell people are working and they dont give a proper information to the customers. Even thought If you go for a renewal passport they make errors in writing date of birth in new passport. I am a witness for this one. Where we can get the compensation or we can make a complaint against BLS service? It is really a bloody hell office.

BLS is in Canada now. I am supposed to be in India with my husband today. After a month and different stories I still do not have either my passport or visa. I have a husband and family in India. I feel held hostage. This does affect India a lot. The distress of Indians abroad who most often send money back to family in India. The tourism business, the business people. This is Canada. They are paid Canada dollars. We are fast paced here and need to be. There are also laws about holding and care of passports. For here if they do not get much better or the Indian Consulate does not get another visa processing company to do it. Foreign Affairs and Passport Canada will step in. I strongly urge Indians to protest to make it clear India and everyone else suffers form this service. The head office is located in Delhi. Those of us who rely on visa service can't do as much. We are being held hostage. I don't know when I get my passport back. I don't know if someone else has been issued a passport under my name. This is serious stuff people. Seeing Dubai issues and BLS is expanding into other countries, not good. What is good is the pride and shame Indian people have about all of this. I have a pension and freelance profession. Does India want us to spend this in India? Or will we be forced to choose another country? Back to prayer that the forces will move on this.

We are facing the same problems in Canada too. I am attaching the experience I had and lot of other people do have the same concerns I applied through post for Indian Visa for my daugher and myself on 4 April at the BLS centre in Vancouver.They received the same on 5 April and started processing it.Checking the website showed that the passports have been couried on 10 April.My house is in Grand Forks BC.On 12 April I received a parcel from Victoria BC by Canada post sent on 10 April and arrived Friday morning.My worry was that if a normal pacel can arrive in 2 days why is the courier taking longer? I asked my friend in Vancouver to go check with them and get the tracking number as they do not answer your phone nor reply to emails.The person in BLS centre in Vancouver hardly spoke English and did not know what a tracking number was.I decided to wait for the week end and on 17th we got my daughters passport through Purolator.I went to their website and did a tracking to know why it took too long. The route was as follows, Vancouver - Edmonton- Calgary - Castlegar- Grand Forks Instead of putting BC they put AB and the package travelled all the way though Alberta and someone realised the postal code is not that of Alberta.Yestrday I contacted BLS and got the line and asked them to get my tracking number.After 2 unsuccessful calls the third person actually helped and gave me the tracking number and she called me back on my cell number.I checked with the tracking number on Purolator and the route my package took was Vancouver-Edmonton- Grand Priare-Edmonton-Calgary-Castlegar. Immediately I informed Purolator and they said instead of my city Grand Forks BC they had typed Brand Priare BC. The BLS person from Vancouver office had screwed things up. Does he know that Grand Priare is not in BC? VFS service was really good. The purolator office created a case and put the shipment on hold as per my request as I did not want the package to travel to another province.The tracing specialist called me yesterday and confirmed all details. He promised that the delivery would be done today. I received the same today. It is really painstaking that nothing is done about this, the service agents are really pathetic.However I must admit that finally the lady named SIMRAN who works at the call centre in Brampron did help me.Indian Counsellate must cancel the contract and reinstate VFS Global or let the people in the Indian counsellate do the job. Why do we have to pay a service charge to someone who does not provide proper service.They need only one photo for Visa and ask for two in the website.

Indian GOVERNMENT SHOULD CLOSE DOWN THE BLS AND ASSIGN SOME OTHER AGENCIES... THE PEOPLE WORKING OVER THERE IS VERY RUDE AND IGNORENT... WE SUFFERED WITH THEM LOT FOR APPLYING PASSPORT FOR MY NEWBORN CHILD... THEY ARE EVEN REJECTING THE PHOTO TAKEN THROGH LEADING STUDIOS IN DUBAI.. THE PEOPLE SITTIN OVER THERE ARE FORCING REJECTING THE PHOTO (SIZE EVERYTHING AS PER THEIR NORMS) AND FORCING US TO TAKE PHOTO FROM THERE... FOR ADULTS THIS IS ALRIGHT... I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE DOING LIKE THIS FOR INFANTS... THE BLS CENTER SHOULD CLOSE DOWN IMMEDIATELY... GOD KNOWS...HOW THEY GOT THIS HUGE BUSINESS... EMPOST IS FAR FAR BETTER THAN BLS...

BLS PREMIUM SERVICE IS ALSO THE SAME..THEY DONT GIVE FULL INFORMATION AT ONE TIME, WHICH WILL TAKE JUST FEW MINUTES TO TELL AFTER CHECKING THE DOCUMENTS..THEY WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME AND ARE INEFFICIENT.WE ALL SHOULD SUBMIT COMPLAINTS TO THE PRESIDENT AND PRIME MINISTER OFFICE AND TO THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE CONSULATE ABOUT THERE INEFFICIENCY..WE MUST STAND TOGETHER AND BRING DOWN THIS WORST AGENCY WHICH IS A BLACK MARK TO OUR INDIAN SOCIETY IN DUBAI..

The staff completely unethical and misbehaves staff named Clara Deepa, misbehaved with an aged visitor, he insisted to meet manager.

Upon his request, she asked security to remove this person from office. completely unacceptable at any service center. I sure embassy staff are more polite and prudent.

I have been trying to track the passport application but everytime i am trying ths page is not available. It is shame to have this website (BLSINDIA) name attached to india as we indians dominate the industry. well i suggest that empost shall be given the works again till u cannot find and hire competant company to carry out the works.above all the funtioning of the sharjah ofice was not as per the standards..come on, you guys are representing india, bring up ur standard, if u want to understand proper funtioning and administration just go to a local bank or some government office in dubai they are better than this private foolishness.

Submitting all required paperwork on April 9 for registration of birth and new passport for my daughter. According to their website, the procedure requires 10 working days. Today is May 3 and I have no word on what happened to my application. No one answers their phone number. BLS International has brought shame to the Indian community.

I Have submitted my passport for endorsement of spouse name. They have given expected delivery days Five working days from date of submission. Eight days over. No news from BLS. Even they are not answering any call.
After getting my passport I have to apply for NOC from Indian Consulate for my daughter passport and then I have to apply Visa. I have 25days time. I am running short of time. Kindly do the needful. If need I can provide my passport tracking number which I got from BLS.
