Flowers were ordered online from FTD and Bloomsflowers. As you enter your email (so you can get a receipt/record confirmation) and put in your credit/debit card (you think just paying for the flowers & delivery), they claim you have signed up for a membership and charge you every month until you finally catch it and have to call to discontinue the "membership" of course w/no refund of your unauthorized charges. Total scam --if you see Bloomsflowers it is the same thing. You can have many. Shame on FTD. We thought it was a reputable company. I will never order flowers online again ever! From anyone. And shame on the attorney generals who allow this to go on & on.

    BLOOMSRWRD800-371-6048 HAYMARKET VA This is one of the most irrespectful companies in USA. If you have the idea to order flowers from them... forget about. They will be charging $9.99 every month from your credit card for a membership you didn't apply for. Them to be removed is a long way to go because they work only from 8 to 5 pm. So, if you are working you nedd to stop and take a long time with them to be removed. And no refunds, never. This is a real scam. Don't buy never from this company "YOU WILL BE IN PROBLEM" THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY IN USA!

    I got scammed too. My only advice is to contact the 1-800 number listed above during their business hours (Easter Standard Time) and fight fight fight! Do NOT let them off the phone until they have your name removed from the their membership list and verbal and written assurance that no further charges will applied to your credit or checking acct. Take their full name, Supervisor's full name and demand notes be placed on your accout detailing the phone call be made and DEMAND a confirmation number be provided to you "proving" the occurance of the phone call request and their acknowlegement and agreement that they will remove you PROMPTLY from a billing you NEVER signed up for nor authorized! *** note that they may try to tell you that any changes may take an additional billing cycle for this to go into effect. SCAM!!! Don't let them get you - but be prepared for this response. One DEFINITE action you can take is to ask your financial institution (bank or credit card company) to refuse payment on any billing coming from this location/company. You can site this Complaints Board Webpage (like I just did) link. That might make the problem go away quicker. But like the previous comment made, nothing can be done to get refunds from payments already made. Good Luck... to ALL of Us!!
