Bloomex, I'm suprised this company is still able to operate. They are not reputatable company whatsoever, BEWARE of the the SCAMS! Recently, there has been a death in the family and my aunt wanted to send a basket full of imported cheeses, etc. not only did the basket NOT arrive the next day (as promised by Bloomex) but 3 to 4 days later and not at all what was ordered; what was received was a cardboard box filled with chocolates seemingly just thrown off the shelves and sent, no card or basket included. And what makes the matter worse is the reciepent of our "gift" is a diabetic. I would love to congradulate Bloomex on their great customer services, reputation, and professionalism...Please do not fall victim to this SCAM and unethical company like we did. Lesson learnt.

    Before ordering flowers or fruit from Bloomex be sure to read all the policies, check the fee's for different things, there is a charge for picking up any of the damaged or rotten product that you return, that they sent you.
    As well check out cancellation fees and other charges.
    Be SURE TO ASK FOR A TOTAL BEFORE GIVING YOUR CREDIT CARD, THEN CHECK YOUR INVOICE TO BE SURE TOTALS ARE THE SAME, THEY TEND TO CHANGE.
    Also be sure to search the company itself and see how many complaints have been filed against this company ..
    And if you choose to order with this Rip Off Company,

    With regards to my order, I have received notice from the recipient - Uxbridge receiver of the floral arrangement who tells me she was absolutely overwhelmed with the beautiful arrangement you prepared. I thank you so much. This was my first order with Bloomex and definitely not my last, your staff were extremely helpful, and courteous and the confirmation of delivery is very reassuring. Thank you again, Jo-Ann

    Its so funny to see all the good reports about Bloomex, and its so obvious that the reports are being done by the office itself ... because there is not a chance on this green earth that more than 1 person let alone 10 in a row good comments could be made by anyone other than the office staff ...
    No matter how you look at it ... Bloomex rips everyone off from the moment you give your credit card you have been ripped off ... ask for a total before giving your credit card # then check the price of the invoice they email you oooooopsie its increased ... ha ha glitch in the system ... and if you don't notice the differece they don't let you know ...
    Im still waiting for my last weeks pay and I guess when I tell the world I was PMS'ing as Dimtri suggested maybe I'll get my pay ... lol
    I plan on putting signs on my car and driving around the Ottawa and Toronto area's ... it will be worth the investment ...

    These scammers screwed me out of $160 10 years ago. I will never let it rest. I have been trying to get a refund for 10 years, I have posted more than 100 scathing reports about this company. Canada's biggest scam company by far! Do not order from them, unless you are willing to lose your money!

    They are in fact the worst company I have ever dealt with and that was as of June 9, 2017. I recommend that you do not deal with them unless you want to get ripped off. Flowers ordered for a funeral viewing did not arrive until the next day. $20 rush delivery charge (I ordered at 1:00PM for 5:30PM) did not arrive until 8:00AM the next day. When I demanded a refund on the rush charge they gave me $4.99 telling me it was the difference between regular delivery and rush. The customer service, well there wasn't any. You can't call them as the phones are for sales only. You have to email or on line chat. I tried the chat and when they found out what I called about they put me on hold and never came back. When I emailed they auto responded with a notice they would be in touch in 24 hours. When I did get the email they told me the flowers had been delivered by 3:20PM the day I ordered. The funeral home told me they had not been delivered until after 8:00AM the next day.
