I placed an order on may 5th 2018 to have flowers delivered to my mom for mother's day. Delivery was scheduled for saturday may 12th. She did not receive the flowers. She was crushed and now I would like a full refund for the flowers and delivery which I paid for. Live chat said that they can give me store credit or send flowers to her next week.
