Bloomex delivery of flowers

Bloomex is a florist that comes up when you do a google search - florists name of city (eg: florists Kelowna British Columbia) - it will come up no matter what city you put in DO NOT USE THEM.

Here is my experience:

On May 26th I ordered flowers (order # 815497) to be delivered to my granddaughter who had been seriously injured the week before. The flowers were to be del’d to Kelowna General Hospital. I never received an email confirmation of my order. I sent an email asking for a confirmation, no response. Later that afternoon I called and changed the delivery to her home in Maple Ridge for delivery the next day (Tuesday May 27th).

I confirmed the flowers were NEVER delivered. I sent another email today re this; both emails were sent to [protected]@bloomex.ca. I requested that a credit be sent to my Mastercard account number and asked for confirmation by email.

On Wednesday May 28th I rec'd a t/c from 'Caroline' shortly after sending the above email - I told her I didn't want the flowers any longer as it was moot - after a few phone calls and checking, Caroline advised me on Thursday May 29th that it was a '2 day delivery' for Maple Ridge - I was never told that; in fact the guy who took the order on Monday afternoon commented 'we get a lot of orders for Maple Ridge'. In any event even by that policy you were already late as that should have made delivery the latest on Wednesday May 28th.

Caroline also advised she could not 'stop a delivery in transit' - I questioned how that could be when here it was Thursday morning (3 days later after the order was placed) and the flowers still weren't delivered. Again I said I DID NOT want them and I wanted a full credit. Caroline said she would get back to me - she subsequently left me a message saying the flowers were in transit, would be delivered that day (ie Thursday May 29th) and I had a choice to refuse the delivery in which case I would get a credit but HAVE to pay the delivery charge or I could accept the delivery and I would get a credit for the delivery charge.

Well guess what, the flowers were not delivered until Friday May 30th, 5 days after the order was placed. While I appreciate not being charged for the 'delivery' I question that more of a credit is not being issued to me after all the hassle I have been put to. I even explained to Caroline that the reason I had to call and place the order by phone was that when I tried to do it online it kept increasing the number of items, i.e. I ordered 1 vase and 1 teddy bear; as I would go to the next screen it would be 2 vases and 2 teddy bears and even tho I would change them back to 1, the next screen would have them at 2 and of course the cost of 2 for each of those items - I finally gave up and phoned in the order.

I have NEVER had so much trouble trying to order flowers online, NEVER had so much problem getting flowers delivered (if this were for a funeral parlor the person would have been long gone from there) - to say I will never use that company again is an understatement - I will be sure and 'share' my story with as many people as I can.

Today (June 2nd) I rec’d a confirmation email, that the flowers had been delivered and looking forward to doing future business with me.

Bloomex flowers and gift basket

I purchased flowers and a gift basket from www.bloomex.ca for my mom for Mother's Day. The flowers and basket arrived 4 days late, the flowers were the incorrect order, half of them were dead and the other half didn't open. The gift basket treats were cheap and had the wrong card attached to it. When you call the service center you only get an answering machine that tells you to leave a message so your issue can get resolved quickly, what a joke...it's been over 2 weeks now and my mom has been waiting for someone to pick up her dead flowers at the office with everyone watching out for the MIA pick up man, how embarrassing! We would just like to warn people that if you would like the correct order and flowers that aren't dead not to do business with this company! Save yourself the frustration and disappointment!

Bloomex is a real joke. My mom wasn't there for her birthday on the date i asked for the delivery, so now 1 week later i am still waiting for something to happen. All I have gotten from bloomex's crappy customer service (through email of course, they don't do phone support which just shows how bad their service is) is them asking me for the address/phone number THREE TIMES with generic emails. They do not even read my replies obviously. They also do not offer refunds saying the refunding fee would be the same cost as the flowers?

Never ever going to use bloomex again, nor should you. they obviously do not care about their customers AT ALL.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend from Bloomex to be delivered in Calgary for our anniversary, I had to be away on business so I wasn't able to be with her for our special day. I entrusted Bloomex to relay my love to her, and they did a fantastic job! She got the flowers on time and when I returned home 3 days later, the flowers were still beautifula nd fresh, the blooms just starting to open nicely.

I am very glad I made the choice of using Bloomex, and I will continue to use them in the future.

After I made my order from what I saw regarding comments online I got worried but my delivery was made to the hospital the day requested and from all accounts the flower arrangement was beautiful. They even remembered to include my special request of yellow roses my friend's favourite which really cheered her up.

Thank you.

The experience was very positive, starting from the lovely lady in the Maritimes who took the order, she was helpful and very friendly. The flowers were perfect, and my granddaughter loves the little teddy bear. I would use this service again, for sure. I have had bad experiences with another florist, resulting in lots of extra charges. With your service, I knew exactly how much I was paying right from the start. Carole

I ordered flowers from Bloomex to be delivered in Lake Lousie to my daughter. The flowers when they arrived had a couple of broken lilies, my daughter said they were beautiful except for the broken stems. i called Bloomex and told the customer service rep about this, my hopes were that the courier company would take more pride in the packages they deliver. The Bloomex customer service rep was very helpful, she apologized, and explained that when deliveries are outside major cities they use a courier company. There are those drivers that do not take the care they should when delivering Bloomex flowers, and the customer service rep told me he would send out a new bouquet FREE of CHARGE for the inconvenience. I was very impressed with the way they dealt with my small complaint. I found them to be very accomodating, and I understand that things can get damaged during delivery- God knows Canada Post has kindly delivered fragile Christmas presents in thousands of shattered pieces, and then told me "well we aren't responsible for damaged items"! At least Bloomex was ALOT more accomodating and my daughter was doubly surprised.

Order #[protected]- Thanks to Gilbert for the great service!

What a crock! Thank you Bloomex for removing my complaint on your web blog. NOTE TO EVERYONE. WHEN YOU POST ON THE BLOOMEX WEB SITE YOUR POST REALLY DOESN'T GO ANYWHERE. YOU CAN SEE YOUR POST, BUT NO ONE ELSE CAN! MY SISTER COULDN'T SEE MINE AND I COULDN'T SEE HERS, BUT WE COULD SEE OUR OWN. THEN THEY ARE REMOVED. BLOOMEX, BLOOMEX, BLOOMEX, YOU GET SHADIER AND SHADIER... I see that you screen the complaints and only leave good reviews. I will post again. To everyone out there who can read this (even for just a short time)my experience with Bloomex was truly horrible. I ordered 70 dollars worth of flowers. They were delivered 5 days late and were totally DEAD. I spent the better part of June trying to get in touch with someone in their customer service dept. I could only get an operator who works out of their home. I even asked the operator how she could work for such a fraudulent company? She had no response….I sent Bloomex pictures of the DEAD flowers my friend (who was recovering from surgery) had to take. After a least a dozen e-mails and daily calls to any number I could find (by the way if you look up FRAUD in the yellow pages, you’ll find Bloomex’s number) only to be informed that I would have to pay an additional 9.95 on top of the money that they already took from me for DEAD flowers so that they could send a driver to pick them up. Apparently they need their DEAD product back in order to issue a refund. It took them 2 weeks to send someone to pick up the DEAD flowers, which by this time were so decayed that even CSI agents would have a hard time figuring out what the heck was in the rotten box that everyone had to trip over for 2 weeks! Great customer service BLOOMEX. You should be ashamed of yourselves. May Karma bite you in the butt. I’m sure you will remove this complaint as you did my last one. Go right ahead. I am letting everyone I know know how horribly I was treated by your company. Shame shame shame.

RIPPED OFF BY BLOOMEX!

This company is a complete rip-off. I think Google should take them off the list when googling "florist" or "flower delivery" because this company cannot handle either of those.

Their service, product and price is ridiculous.

Customer service is at the bottom of their list!

They charge insane prices for crappy, late, product and good luck getting in touch with anyone.

I am a very disappointed almost BLOOMEX customer.
I will call the local grocery store in the town in which you would like to have your flowers delivered and you will probably be pleasantly surprised!

Always ask for a picture of the flowers you have delivered to ensure you got what you paid for.

You do not have to spend $80 plus dollars to have beautiful flowers delivered.

Stop BLOOMEX !

Bloomex Worst service ever!

Do not buy here, It is the worst service online ever! I ordered 12 red roses for Mother's Day. I paid delivery time 12 -5pm. Flowers were delivered almost 9 pm and there were 8 red roses and 4 yellow! What on earth some serious company would do that. Customer service doesn't work, they tell you to send email to [protected]@bloomex... but They never reply you. The guy on the phone doesn't have any good response.

Worsttt ever!

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral and was told by the clerk that it would be at the funeral home by 11:00 a.m. May 15/08 in time for the service. After the service I checked to see if it was there and it wasn't and then they brought it in about 15 minutes later. I checked it over and saw that it wasn't the colour I asked for. This is the last time I will ever order flowers. If you can't trust a florist to get the job done you may as well put the money to good use and donate money to a charity.

Beware of BLOOMEX

Bloomex flowers not delivered

We ordered flowers on Fri May 9, 08 to be delivered on May 10, 08. We added a special delivery note that should the recipient not be home, then they could leave the flowers at the back door.
Saturday came and went, no flowers. On Mother's Day, we received an email that states that no one was home so the recipient was called and they asked to have the flowers delivered on Tuesday. We called the company and asked why the flowers weren't left as per the instructions. No answer. Delivery was placed under investigation and some one would contact me on Monday. No one called. I phoned back and said that Mother's Day was over and that there was no point to delivering the flowers, I wanted the credit card charge reversed. I was told the order is under investigation. Tuesday arrives, still no flowers and they hang up on me when I call. Email sent at 4:00 saying that a the full amount will still be charged to my credit card.
These people are scam artists. I contacted my credit card company and they are disputing their charge. This company should be shut down.

I ordered flowers from Bloomex on Jan.6, to be delivered to a funeral home on Jan. 7. They were never delivered, but they were quick to take the money from my Visa. They mixed up my order number, now claiming that they can't find any evidence that I ordered anything. I have tried to call and left several messages with no callback. I have sent at least 7 emails, with no response back. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone that has any position other than taking orders. I have spoken to Live Chat but I keep getting referred back to Customer Service. I have copies of all emails and my order.

I totally agree. I had the same bad and frustrating experience with Bloomex. They play with people's feelings and steal their money. I ordered a nice bouquet for my son's care taker on Sept 23, on Sept 24 by 7 PM the delivery had not been made yet, besides the fact that they charged me more than the regular price displayed on the website for that arrangement. I tried in vain to contact them over the phone (had an answering machine, left messages but no one called back), then I ended up chatting for almost 2 hrs with a customer representative who apparently had no decision making power and no power whatsoever, not even to check with the delivery company to see what happened, she was only taking the complaints on-line and apparently forwarding them to the "upper management who is working hard to solve the issue" (she kind of admitted that the delivery was "delayed" so I have at least a proof for that...). And I know for sure that the recepient was at home 12 - 5 PM, due to her job (she has a family daycare), therefore they can't give the excuse that nobody was there, in case they would dare to say they delivered.
After reading the comments on the internet I understood that I was one of the many cheated customers so I only hope they won't make the delivery at all, I don't want to make ashame of myself in front of the nice lady who is looking after my son, in case they will send some faded ugly arrangement.
This company is a shame and a scam, it should be shut down, why doesn't anybody do anything? There is Office pour la protection du consommateur...I was thinking to contact them, can they do something?
Thank you.

Bloomex late and dead mothers day flowers

This is formal email I sent to the Bloomex customer service email address:

Dear Bloomex Inc. Management and Staff,

My name is K and I am a client of yours in Toronto. On April 27th, I preceded to order Classic Iris Bouquet from the Bloomex. website.
My information pertaining to the order is attached as an adobe pdf. format.

This is how the disaster began,

May 9th, the recipient my mother - T receives a phone call at 4p.m. from an Ottawa CanPar delivery driver indicating that she is receiving flowers and that he couldn't find the house at noon. My mother explained where exactly the house was located and the driver told her that it wasn't his problem, the flowers were going back to the warehouse and that she would not be receiving them till Monday and that they do not delivery on Saturday and Sunday. My mother further stated that the delivery driver should notify the florist as well as the sender, because she suspected they were a gift from her eldest son in Toronto. The CanPar delivery driver then stated that it wasn't his problem. - end of phone call leaving my mother crying.

My mother, T called me to thank me for the flowers and told me that they had not arrived. I immediately called CanPar with my delivery tracking number and asked them in regards to what to do with the order. A gentleman at CanPar said that he understood why I was so upset but that there was nothing he could do but file a formal complaint with the florist company Bloomex. Inc.

I then proceeded to call Bloomex's 1-800 number and furthermore there Toronto office numbers to figure out what was happening with the flowers. I received no answer the five times I called and left three messages to call me as soon as possible in hopes of resolving it before Mother's Day on Sunday.

I did not receive a phone call, so again I called the 1-800 number Saturday May 10, around 10 a.m., then again at 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Shortly there after I received a phone call from a Bloomex Customer Service Representative and I explained the above situation. She apologized for the mistake and re-assured me that my fresh new flowers would be sent to my mother the following morning for Mother's day and that I should call to ensure they arrived by noon on Sunday May 11th. The address and further delivery information was added to the account to ensure nothing got confused.

On Sunday, I call my mother at 4:00p.m. to wish her a Happy Mother's Day. We talk a bit and I ask her what she thought of the flowers, she explains that they hadn't arrived and that they will probably arrive tomorrow because of the mistake on Friday. I attempted to call Bloomex 1-800 number as well as the Toronto regional number and left 3 messages indicating that my mother had not received her flowers.

I also filed a message with the on-line live help system.

I called 3 times this morning and left three messages, finally only getting through to a customer service representative by selecting I wanted to place a new order.

Her name was S and she was from the Toronto office as the caller ID said 416. She answered my call around 1:00p.m. today May 12th and I explained the above story. She apologized and said that she would speak to management about the delivery company and how they made my mother cry. She said the delivery fee would be waived and that I'd be happy to know that the flowers were delivered at 12:44p.m. today signed for by my father M.

I asked to speak to a supervisor and again explained the situation, she apologized and there was a conversation about the nature of time-sensitive shipments and how could the company decided to send flowers two days in advance of the delivery date with no notification to the sender or for that matter the recipient. I also stated that if this was a wedding or a funeral that it would be even further devastating and could result in legal action. She again apologized and thanked me for my patience and assured me that fresh flowers were delivered. - end of phone call

My father unpacked the flowers and noticed that the bouquet a stench to it and that all of the flowers were in full bloom and wilting and that the green foliage was turning brown and rotting around the bag and water in the box. He took several photos of the flower arrangement and send them to my email address.

When my mother got home she saw the flowers and I called to see if she received them and if they had turned out all right. She thanked me for them and began to cry. My father took the phone to give my mother a chance to blow her nose and explained how the flowers arrived very close to death and that most of the bouquet was rotting. He took several photos of the flower arrangement and send them to my email address at around 8:30p.m. May 12, 2008.

These photos are from 2 hours post-delivery and were very much dead.

I attempted to call Bloomex. Inc at 6:30p.m. tonight and again at 7:45p.m. and left two messages indicating my frustration and dissatisfaction with the flowers as well as the anger with having my mother in tears and my father having to explain the whole mess to me.

There are many things that have went wrong with this order and if I do not get a phone call to further discuss this order and resolve it - I will be notifying VISA of my dispute with the remaining charges from the April 27th order and will be sending email and all attachments with a signed affidavit indicating the nature of the incident and lack of good customer service practices. You shouldn't promise clients something you can't provide.

1) The delivery date was April 11... not the 13th and the flowers should have been fresh and alive.

"Twenty gorgeous, vibrant, fresh cut blue iris are perfect for any occasion. To allow these beautiful flowers to last much longer, they are shipped fresh, budding, and ready to bloom. Measures approximately 15" tall. Vases are available during check out"

The website says for longer lasting flowers they are sent before they've even budded which is very obvious these are NOT in bud-form and furthermore the recipient as most recipients do, works and would not have been able to receive the flowers, it would have be arranged and me as the sender should have been notified.

2) The Delivery company made my mother cry and furthermore over-complicated the matter by providing poor customer service on the recipients end.

3) I ordered this on April 27th, because I knew Mother's day is a busy day for florists and that in order to ensure my delivery was on time and available I ordered it twelve days in advance and received no notification of the delivery date being changed.

4) I was lied to three times by Bloomex employees and management in regards to there being a fresh bouquet of Irises being delivered to my mother on Today, Monday May 12 at 12:44p.m and again when I tried to call customer service I was left on hold for 15 minutes and then sent directly to the machine.

The amazing thing is I'm a brand new client and one would think that as a company that pushes itself as a customer friendly business:

"Bloomex has a 99.7% customer satisfaction rate and we are continually working to improve this rate. We welcome and appreciate your feedback to help with this process."

may want to consider some adjustments. I could be a funeral director, a doctor, an actor or wedding coordinator and should be treated as a client that could offer a company further business and recommendation.

Disappointed,

K

I ordered a special bouquet for my girlfriend to be delivered today by noon. She had a very special presentation that she was gonna present today at 1 and I wanted to wish her "All the Best" for her important presentation. I told the lady (Kelly) while placing the order to make sure it's delivered by 12 as it won't mean anything if it was delayed. The service was extremely unprofessional as a baby was crying when I called and the lady didnt have much information as she repeatedly went to website to check things. Anyway, long story short, I paid extra delivery charge for it to be delivered at 12 and the order was placed almost 48 hours ago so that they have enough time to process the order. It's been 4:47 p.m. now while I'm typing this complaint and my girlfriend still hasn't received the flowers. I called them 5-6 times and everytime I was asked to leave a message (as their agents were busy, wonder why?) and somebody will call me back. I also spoke to Karen through their online chat and she said the difference between standard delivery and special morning delivery will be refunded to me but they can't cancel the order. I had to tell my girlfriend about this and ruin the surprise just because of this ridiculous, extremely unprofessional customer service. This service was referred to me by one of my colleagues and I will not recommend this service to anybody. They are a bunch of scammers and nobody should ever deal with them. I will be contacting my credit card company tomm. to report this.

This company should be shut down. Why are they not helping their customers and trying to resolve issues? Would it not be in their best interest? All the blogs being posted reflect bad about their process and product. You would wonder why a CEO of a company lets things go this bad...wow! Stay away from these guys and save your money.

I also order flowers for Mother's Day. I ordered them 1 week BEFORE Mother's Day requesting Saturday delivery as their website boasted Saturday delivery was available. Instead a CanPar driver (in Burnaby BC) left a note saying he tried to deliver the flowers on Fri but there was no answer and that the next delivery day would be Monday the day AFTER Mother's Day!
She got them the following Monday, all right, but instead of beautiful roses she got dead tulips!
All (both my mother's and my) calls/ emails to Bloomex have gone unanswered. I requested either credit to my credit card or delivery of the correct flowers. No reply yet! Now if we can get google to dish up the complaints BEFORE their website by the search engines that would be perfect!

Bloomex terrible service, late delivery

I ordered 2 bouquets for same day delivery, They were delivered the next day and I paid an extra 9.99 each for same day. I tried calling the 1-800 number but all you get is an answering machine telling you to leave a message and they will get back to you within 24hrs. I left three messages on line for them to get back to me to confirm delivery, they never called back. The flowers were not what I had ordered, some were dead and others had petals falling off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT is a scam!

Bloomex flowers damaged and delivered two days early

I ordered flowers for my step-mom for Mother's Day and requested they be delivered on May 11th - as the site states that "they deliver on Mother's Day". Reasonable expectation, no?
Apparently not. Not only did they deliver the flowers two days early but more than 1 dozen of them were broken. The flowers were on their side in the cardboard box that they were delivered in.

I contacted the company and they requested that we send a picture of the broken flowers. Nice that they screw up and we have to jump through hoops to get restitution.

Anyway, that was the extent of the reply AND THIS WAS LIVE CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I asked again why they were delivered two days early, I never received a response. Ever! I finally logged off after several minutes of nothing after my query "Are you still there?!?"

I sent two subsequent emails with my phone number (as suggested) including the one with the picture they requested, and never heard anything back.

I will never order from them again and will ensure that as many people as possible know how terrible their service is!

Beware of this company!

Bloomex No delivery!

Ordered flowers on Friday to be delivered today (Tuesday) for my wife's birthday. Thought that it would be a nice surprise for them to show up at her work. Well, it WOULD have been, had they actually shown up. I paid extra for a morning delivery, which should have got them there by noon. My wife left work at 4pm, empty handed.

The customer service is the pits. They're very vague and their answers are not consistent. One person told me that once the delivery person is out for the day, there is no way for them to track where they are. Another told me that he'd spoken with the delivery driver shortly before and that "they were on their way". No specifics about times.

I wish I had googled them before ordering. I normally do that before all online orders and it looks like the lapse in judgment cost me. From everything I've read, it sounds like I'm going to have a hell of a time getting my money back.

It's funny, their site states a 99.7% satisfaction rate, yet I am unable to find a single online recommendation.

Yes! Another complaint about Bloomex for who may be interested (it mimics many of other stories you’ll find on the web --- rude, no callbacks and no delievery).
I had placed an order online for my partner’s birthday as well as our anniversary on Jan 13th, 09 and to be delivered on Jan 14th, 09. Received order confirmation and another email indicating my order status is “confirmed”. Fast forward to Jan 14th after 5pm (according to their delivery procedure for $9.99 guarantee delivery from 12pm-5pm) my order still has not arrived. I went online to seek help via live chat on Bloomex website at approx. 5:10 pm on Jan 14th and waited for 45 minutes before a screen popped up and said “"Sorry no operators are currently online to provide live support.". I proceeded to call customer service and left a message asking for someone to call me back with the status of my order. Although I was very disappointed I was still hoping that it will arrive the next day. Next morning Jan 15th I called back and left another voicemail. This time a representative was kind enough to call me back, however; they have no record of my order no. She asked me “are you sure you order with Bloomex?. I thought I was crazy for a second. I replied “would you like me to forward a copy of my confirmation email from Bloomex?” Then she said someone from customer service will call me back. On the same day, I also sent an email to customer service explaining my situation and asking for someone to call me back with the status of my order and if they are not going to delivery my order and then please don’t charge me for it.

In summary, as of now on January 17th my order still has not arrived, Bloomex had already charged my credit card for the total of my order, no live help online via chat window, rude and incompetence customer service representative, no reply to my email, no phone callbacks. I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO MY ORDER 4 DAYS LATER. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE.

EXTREMELY FRUSTATED…I must thank Bloomex for being extremely unreliable, wasting my time and most importantly ruining our special day. I must ensure that no one in my social/professional circle will ever order with Bloomex.

I was charged for flowers that were NOT sent to my Mother on Mother's Day. She never received anything and nobody has got back to me after I have called twice.
I am also in the position to have the charges reversed. Also the number on the website is not for the USA although it is on the USA site!

Bloomex buyer beware!

Note: This material is subject to legal complaint

Bloomex is an online florist, based in Ottawa, that offers same-day delivery across Canada.

But the company has strict policies on returns and refunds. And customers say they can't escalate their complaints when things go wrong.

Colleen Clarke ordered two plant arrangements on the morning of Dec. 31. One was going to Calgary, the other to Edmonton.

"Bloomex guaranteed same-day delivery, which is why I chose to use the company," she says.

The Calgary basket arrived on Jan. 3. The Edmonton basket didn't show up by Jan. 4, when she left for an overseas trip.

Her aunt in Edmonton said the flowers were upside down and out of the basket when they finally arrived. Bloomex has a policy that customers can't get replacements unless they send photos by email. But not everyone can comply.

"My aunt, who's over 75, told them four times that she didn't have a camera and had no way of taking the picture. Finally, she told them to forget it," Clarke says.

Back in Toronto on Jan. 21, she tried to speak to a Bloomex manager. She reached only a call centre.

On Jan. 28, she got her Visa bill showing a refund for the Edmonton order. Bloomex had picked it up from her aunt's home on Jan. 15.

But she was still charged $9.95 each for the two late deliveries.

"At this point, I am spitting mad," she said. "I want the two delivery fees deleted and an apology for the horrific treatment, live on the phone by a management person."

I found many Bloomex complaints online. The Better Business Bureau had processed 37 complaints in midwestern Ontario and 63 complaints in eastern Ontario. (There's no BBB in Toronto.)

"The company has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB due to its decision not to accept or respond to complaints from the BBB," both bureaus said.

When I called president Dimitri Lokhonia, whose name I got from the BBB website, he called me back right away. He said Bloomex delivered 10,000 orders a month. By cutting out the middleman, the company could offer fresher flowers and lower prices.

Clarke should have read the terms and conditions, posted online and sent by email to her, he said.

Bloomex doesn't deliver on Sunday and statutory holidays. Nor does it offer same-day delivery in Edmonton. That's available only in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.

Because she'd placed her order on Dec. 31, she couldn't expect same-day delivery.

"Some people are not happy. As a consumer writer, you can understand that," Lokhonia tells me. Posting a comment at the On Your Side blog, he tries to explain the many complaints.

"We compete against all local overpriced flower shops and sometimes owners of these shops put their comments online, pretending to be an unhappy customer."

He sends me Clarke's file and I can see why she's angry. All the communication is at her end and she never gets a response.

On Jan. 23, she asked for someone in authority to call her or she'd go to the newspaper. A note on her file said: "Order was picked up. She was refunded. Nothing we can do at this point."

Bloomex boasts about caring for customers and uses [protected]@bloomex.ca as its email address.

But if Lokhonia truly cared, he would pick up the phone when customers asked for a manager, stop badmouthing complainers and start co-operating with the BBB.

Then, he'd see his online business really start to bloom.

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day and the flowers were not delivered. I have called Bloomex, left messages, sent two emails to know avail. I used their chat line but when they realized I was complaining the line was disconnected. I was sent an email stating this...
Dear Customer, thank you for contacting us. When you placed the order you saw a message “Due to COVID-19 Pandemic to assure the safety of Bloomex employees and recipients, Mother’s Day deliveries will occur between May 10th and 12th.” According to this, the order will be delivered between these dates. Please kindly wait for the delivery and thank you for the patience. Thank you, Bloomex
But when I placed the Order there website stated this...
COVID-19 UPDATE: YES WE ARE OPEN / CONTACT - FREE DELIVERY!
Do not buy flowers from Bloomex.

On December 23rd, 2019, I ordered a package (https://bit.ly/2S8fhkB) to arrive on December 24th, 2019.

Let me make it clear that there was NOWHERE on the site that said orders couldn't be delivered on Christmas/Eve.
This wasn't even shown on the calendar.

Now I'm here waiting hoping for the intended recipients to send me an e-mail saying that they received the gift.

I didn't get anything. Now I'm starting to feel concerned.
On December 24th around 9 pm, I spoke to an 'Anna'.
She told me that they're closed on the 25th and 26th which meant that my order that was supposed to be delivered on that day wouldn't get there until the earliest, 27th!

After that, I talked to their live support and was shocked to see that my order had been pushed up to January 2nd, 2020 without my knowledge! They claimed they weren't told either, but I find that hard to swallow.

Come January 2nd around 7 pm (PST), I'm connected to a 'Matt' who apologized for the delay and gave me a tracking code along with a discount code as if Bloomex was going to be my first option next time.
At this point, I'm starting to think these names are made up.
He also wrote that somebody would get back to me by e-mail the next day, but legend says that e-mail is still on its way.
In that same chat, I also asked for a refund and he finally gave me an answer after trying to dodge it: no, I could not get a refund because apparently it's a "Custom order".

Between December 23rd and now, I've sent multiple e-mails, started numerous chats, contacted them through Twitter, and even called their number today.

When you call, it'll give you the option to start a new order (1) or follow up on a previous order (2).
When 1 is clicked, you'll almost immediately be connected to someone with a thick accent. However, when you press 2, an automated voice says something along the lines of "Go to our website. This phone line is only for people who want to get scammed out of their money."

I started collecting receipts, screenshots and anything I could from the minute I ordered and got the confirmation e-mail which I'm now realizing was the best thing to do.

I hope this company is sued or at least goes completely out of business

To sum it all up, Bloomex is a SCAM that I wish I could've seen before I bought something worth of $100CAD on their website.

Bloomex should be shut down. especially winnipeg location. I ordered funeral flower's to be delivered the next day for the funeral. got charged the delivery fee of $14.99. I spent all day on the computer with the online help chat... aka automated answer's. I finally got ahold of an operator kelly, to tell me that it hasn't even be shipped. I got an email saying it got delivered to a man that I don't even know in saskatoon. I am so embarrassed!. horrible customer service, they once again a week late, they delivered the wrong flower's. again, I had to get ahold of customer service... and of course to everyone's thought's. they were the wrong flower's. it was a horrible experience ontop of grieving.. disgusted with customer service first offered me a 15% coupon... wtf. also fake advertisement's. worst experience and horrible horrible company! i've learned not to use bloomex ever again. I will let friend's and family know how disgusting this company is. ruined a funeral! screwed up 3 time's. good job! should be out of business!

BLOOMEX MOTHERS DAY NIGHTMARE! My husband lovingly tried to order me flowers for my very first mothers day with this company. What a mistake. For one, they delivered the flowers on the WRONG DAY. How a major national company like Bloomex can screw up delivering flowers on Mothers Day is beyond comprehension, but they delivered the flowers a day early.
When I opened the box of flowers, over half of them were dead. Not just wilted, but dead. The package my husband ordered also came with a chocolate box: instead of good quality truffles they sent dollar store liqour bottle chocolates.
SO...we tried to go through customer service. They would not return calls, or emails, for weeks. From a floral perspective, my first mothers day was ruined. They eventually got back to us, and, despite pictures of the dead flowers and incorrect chocolates sent, refused to give us a refund. They said that they would send replacement flowers, but they never came.
Customer service was deplorable and exhaustive. Owners should be embarassed.
SAVE YOUR MONEY--RUN DIRECTLY TO A REAL FLORIST AND PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH A FLORIST YOU CAN TRUST AND SPEAK TO IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS.

read the comments that people have posted you are not alone ... All the sales agents work from home no one is bonded ... and Dimitri couldnt care less what you think or anyone else ... Dimitri who is the owner is only interested in who he can rip off believe me I worked for Bloomex and am still waiting for my last weeks pay ... which Im not getting because I told people that he was ripping them off with each sale ... after you give your credit credit info the price changes "A glitch in the system"... As a sales operator I was told not to give the total till after the credit card so they wouldnt have to do refunds ... all the operators were told the same thing .. actually I still have the email from head office if you would like to see it .. Keep posting your comments . Even the BBB won't accept Bloomex.

REVIEW OF BLOOMEX
ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE!
BLOOMEX IS THE WORST FLOWER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED TO DATE!
IF YOU VALUE YOUR PURCHASE AND VALUE IT BEING ON-TIME, or just value a REASONABLE level of service, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SERVICE!

To the management of bloomex flowers:

That is not true that the flowers were delivered on time. Bloomex obviously was not there is barely anyone working for this company in any department. The company is an automated service that is setup by an incompetent IT person. DO NOT TRY AND CALL THEM AS NO ONE ANSWERS or RETURNS YOUR MESSAGES when A PROBLEM OCCURS. I did receive an email from a manager 5 days later which called me a liar that the flowers were delivered on time. The manager responding has no idea what he/she is talking about. So far Bloomex flower service has been the worst I have used to date. The flowers were not on-time even though I paid for morning delivery and the quality of many of the flowers in the bunch were marginal and did not last more than three days. The card was printed from the computer and you could see various website and html jargon on the face of the card which looked really bad. The balloon was a weird green color which did not match the card or the flowers. The flower arrangement was appropriate and put together properly but the overall package was lacking in many areas. My girlfriend actually liked the flowers because I spent a decent amount of money but they did not last over the weekend. She asked me today to go buy more flowers because she did not get to enjoy them for a reasonable amount of time. My main concern is that the service I paid for, especially the service of morning delivery was not performed.

As proof, I was on the phone with my girlfriend at 12:27PM on Sept 10 and it had not been delivered yet. She immediately called me back when they were delivered which was sometime after that. We had a conversation and I said I was really upset with the service and told her that I had paid for morning delivery and called and emailed and left messages all morning and that no one from your company called me or contacted me. I tried to call corporate office as well as the Calgary division and was forwarded to the same annoying voice mail message. The more I called and emailed people to try and find out if I needed to buy more flowers the more upset I got with the company's terrible service. I spent the whole day wondering whether or not I had to go buy more flowers and deliver them to her myself.

In my eyes, the consumer is the most important. In this company they try to avoid you once they have your money. The manager called me a liar implying that they had no intention to reconcile the issue or provide any reasonable level of compensation or service for the screwup. I read a review on google about the management from Bloomex giving customers a hard time and being late with delivery. Apparently another customer had the delivery one day late and received only a hard time when he/she tried to follow up on it. Unfortunatley I had to experience it and I am going to add to that person's comment as well. I am also reporting bloomex to the better business bureau to spite their poor attitude, service, and to try to reconcile the money which I paid for a service I did not receive. Furthermore, I am posting this email on google for all to see.

I hope that other online shoppers find this message prior so that they do not end up hoping and wishing that they get what they paid for when it matters most. Maybe Bloomex will realize that they have to treat people properly and provide people with what they pay for.

Bloomex don't use this, please!

I'm hoping someone will check this before ordering (what I should have done) and save time and money.
Please DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX. I ordered flowers that never got there and then got the runaround from there operators, "we will investigate and call you back", "they will be delivered today (4 days late) and we will send you a email confirmation", etc... They never call you back, never send you an email. I'm trying to get my money back now and getting the same "if you have not heard back in 48 hours call us back"

Needless to say, I'm not to hopeful for the refund. I had used FTD in the past and wish I had stuck with them.

Bloomex horrible service!

Awful service from Bloomex! I had ordered flowers to be delivered to an address where my Mum was at for ONE NIGHT ONLY. Flowers not delivered due to weather (understandable, but why not call and TELL ME so I could cancel?!), and since they were closed Sunday, I couldn't call. I called in Monday to see about their whereabouts, and was advised they would be delivered that day. Provided new address to deliver to. Called back 10 min later to ensure they would be FRESH flowers, and again the new address was not on files, so I gave it to them again. My Mum called me on Tuesday to say that the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address, the one from Saturday - so she drove half way across Toronto to pick them up! I called to complain, and all they offered was to pick up the flowers to take them back, and refund money. Still no flowers! I have called 8 times asking to speak to a supervisor, and left numerous messages/emails. They are hiding... and refuse to get back in touch. Obviously I should have read this article first http://www.thestar.com/article/308355

I will be contacting Bloomex's President, Dimitri Lokhonia at [protected].

They are NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau, because "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record BBB Definition:

unsatisfactory record - A company has an "unsatisfactory business performance record" with the BBB is based on the experiences reflected in BBB files. This file condition results when the company has failed to resolve or respond to complaints, repeatedly failed to respond or resolve issues in a timely manner, failed to resolve the underlying issues for a pattern BBB Definition:

pattern - More than 2 complaints involving the same allegations usually within 12 months that are significant in relation to the company's size and volume of business. Of complaints, failed to honor their commitment to mediate or arbitrate disputes or honor mediated agreements or arbitrated decisions, failed to substantiate, modify or discontinue false advertising claims that are challenged by the BBB, or failed to discontinue unauthorized use of the BBB name and logo, a Federally protected trademark. bloomex is the middle man ... ask them the address of the shop flowers are coming from,
BLOOMEX is guaranteed to Ruin your special occassion, rarely do you get what you order, in all the orders I have placed not once have the receiver received what I actually ordered for them, my daughter received chocolate covered alcohol dipped chocolates, they advertise bottecelli chocolates, she doesnt use alcohol ever, at all. But because I was an employee I didnt complain, actually I did say something to the manager Angela and she laughed thought it was funny, needless to say the chocolates are still untouched, unopen...and I most of all know the hassel to get a refund.
There are lots of good florist out there, read up on Bloomex before ordering, be sure to read the policies on having to pick up the dead flowers or rotten fruit they send .. its a $9.99 charge for picking up the quality product that Bloomex sent and charged you for!

Bloomex delivery disaster!

I ordered flowers to be delivered between 12-5 p.m. The flowers were brought to the house in the morning (wrong time). No one was home. Attempted delivery again the next day. No one was home. The next week when I learned of the situation I phoned and emailed several times and was offered a refund for the flowers ($37.99 plus tax), but not the $9.99 delivery fee. I asked for a full refund, not willing to pay for a delivery service that was not done properly (wrong time). My request was sent to a disputes dept. I received an email, and reimbursement of $29.22, less than what I had been previously offered on the phone ($37.99 plus tax). Subsequent emails have gone unanswered.

For Mothers Day I ordered flowers for both my wife and mother to be delivered on Saturday May 10th. The flowers were delivered on Thursday May 8th. Contacted Bloomex and they confirmed that the flowers should have been sent on May 10th. The Roses sent were wide open and after 1 day petals were falling. Lastly, asked on 3 occassions to have a copy of the bill sent to me with no success. Will have credit card company put a hold until we can get a copy of bill.
Since we send out gift baskets to clients, I have advised my staff not to use Bloomex again.

Bloomex late delivery and poor quality!

Ordered 12 roses for delivery as advertised next day. Delivery was 4 days later. Only received 9 roses, they were in terrible shape (pettles dead, did not open, lasted only a couple days). Did not match the advertised photo, which showed a nice arrangement. What arrived was 9 dead roses.

Called to complain, told i should receive an email, its been a week and nothing.

Stay away from this company.

Order #[protected]

I received the flowers pictured from my sister in the USA. I live in Canada. I started taking a photo of flowers received and sending the photo to the individual who purchased the flowers with a thank you. Often what was ordered is not what was received, as in this case. Although I was surprised at receiving flowers and obviously thrilled etc., after hearing that this was not what my sister ordered I felt she should pursue this because what she had ordered was clearly more expensive than what was received. The photo shows lots of carnations. My arrangement had not one! I hate it when people get ripped off!

With today's technology, it is easy to show the person sending flowers what was received with a click of a button. You'd think these florists would remember this and be more careful in sending what was paid for.

Late and worst quality flowers

We ordered flowers for my mother who was in the hospital in Victoria. They arrived a day late, were in a large box with no water or vase and they were all dead. My mother thought someone was playing ajoke on her. We had been told they would come from a local dealer but were sent from Ottawa. We followed their process supplemented by a half dozen phone calls, pictures, and several additional emails. Little recourse was given. We finally received an email telling us for 9.99 they would come and pick up the flowers. Are they CRAZY. I will never deal with this company again and will advise anyone to not use them. I wish there was more that could be done to hold these kinds of companies accountable.

I was amazed to find many people unhappy with the service and product. do not waste your money. use more caution in how you puchase online. you could end up wasting your money. I bought a fruit basket. it was to be delivered the day I purchased. it did not get delivered until 3 days later. I found it on the doorstep when I went to visit my sick brother. the fruit was frozen and rotten. the customer service rep was irate and defensive. my brother is now left with frozen and rotten fruit to eat for 90.00. any american should not purchase from them.

If you order a flower arrangement for your Mother-in-law's Christmas present and the company don't have the flowers to send to her you would expect them to contact you and say so giving alternatives to your gift. Instead, Bloomex took it upon themselves to send a gift basket, which they couldn't tell me the contents of. Upon complaint they never came up with a solution to this predicament and on asking for a refund they then tried to charge me to pick up the unwanted, and unordered gift. This is still ongoing...

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I think this is the worst online experience I have ever had.

I placed a same day delivery on sat oct 17, 2009. I wanted the flowers delivered on sunday but was informed by phone that deliveries are not made on sundays. depite ordering at 4pm (cut off 1pm for same day), I was assured that the delivery could be made that evening between 6-9pm. I received e-mail confirmation the same day. the next morning (sunday) received an e-mail notifying me of status change for delivery to be made monday due to the late order. the unfortunate nature of this is that the funeral was sunday, not monday. it took me several attempts to reach a voice to cancel the order. once done (on sunday) I was informed I would receive confirmation of the cancellation monday morning. so far I have not received anything (11am monday) and once again have made several attempts to reach a voice at the company. I left a voice-mail but have not received a return phone-call. the bottom line is that it was too late to order from another company... so no flowers were present at the funeral to represent our sympathy.

This is absolutely pathetic and I still don't know if the charge was cancelled! I will never place an order with this company again.

*buyers beware* I ordered flowers for my mom on mother's day. however, it never arrived. therefore, I emailed them to stop delivering them as there is no point in delivering the flowers after mother's day. the company delivered the withering flowers the day after I sent them the email and insisting on charging me. you can never get through to their customer service line and their sales would tell you they cannot patch you through to anyone in cs. I kept on pushing them for a refund then they told me "mother's day orders cannot be refunded". I mean seriuosly first you didn't deliver them on time, secondly, you delievered them even when I told you not to. I do not believe that I should have to pay for it. this company has caused me so much grief. do not be like me. do not order anything from them as they are a big rip off.

I've ordered flowers with a vase and a teddy bear from this Ontario based company two days in advance, to be delivered in Toronto. I've also paid a premium for morning delivery.

Not only were the flowers not delivered in the morning, the order was wrong and I was unable to get an update as to its status as this company does not have live customer service representatives and the online help has no authority to respond to anything beyond the simplest inquiries.

I would highly recommend that you do not order from them as smaller, local flower shops offer much better and reliable service at similar prices.

I am a funeral director in toronto. I feel sorry for people that waste their money purchasing flowers from bloomex to send to a family having a visitation at a funeral home. there are multiple areas of failure in how bloomex performs their duties:

!) the flowers are not labelled for whom the visitation is for (just the card indicating who it is from). how is the funeral home to know which visitation room to place the flowers?
2) when we call bloomex to advise of the lack of an appropriate delivery card (which all of florists have no problem using to label the arrangement) they never get back to the funeral home so the flowers will just sit in the flower room. if there is only one visitation then we will put it in that room but advise the family we are uncertain if it is for them as the florist did not indicate the name of the deceased on the delivery.
3) the flowers delivered never last more than a day - that's right, they already look like crap at the time of delivery. within 24 hours they are dead. not only do they not last, the way they are arranged is atrocious! very sparsely put together with too much put at the front so they have a tendency to fall forward if we don't jam something under the container at the front.
4) the card indicating who the flowers are from is massive! totally an inappropriate size of card and looks completely ridiculous. on smaller arrangements the card is bigger than the flowers!

I am always embarrassed when people see the garbage they have spent their money on. and I always tell them to charge it back on their credit card. you would have been better off making a donation to a charity rather than throwing away your money on the ugliest flower arrangements ever created. shame on bloomex because I consider it theft that you actually charge people for something that would look best in the garbage.

Please do not use this company. They sent frozen flowers to my 95 year old grandmother and it has take two months for them to tell me they can't see the picture that was sent to them. They've refused to refund me and only offered to resend the flowers. How do you resend flowers for a birthday that happened two months ago! They are incredibly bad, unbelievably rude and totally irresponsible. I will never use them again and would suggest that you take your business elsewhere if you want to stay sane and not filled with rage!

Can not be trusted for delivery. do not order from t his company.

They promise same day delivery but do not deliver. I order a 200 dollar basket and told them it needed to be delivered before 4pm. I ordered it at 11am. 2 days later the basket has not been delivered. they have no telephone support for orders. you can call and make an order but no one will help you with an existing order. the women was extremely rude on the phone when she finally called me back. she told me they do not guarentee delivery before 5pm - but the person who took my order told me it was no problem. two days later the package has not arrived.

When I called my card company, they told me I was the second complaint about bloomex that day.

Bloomex 7 days late. flowers were dead

Paid extra to have flowers delivered in Evening. They did not deliver at all. I called and no answer. Did not return calls. I called my credit card company to have them reverse the charge and reported them to the BBB. The BBB did not get a response from them at all. A week later flowers came dead. This company should be shut down. They are not even close to reputable. They take your money, and thats it. They hide from you. Horrible company. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM!

These people are extremely devious. Fortunately, in many cases it appears that they exceed the one-day grace period that they've given themselves for non-production site orders, which would still constitute false advertising. I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday expecting same-day delivery, and in typical Bloomex-fashion, they arrived two days late, completely useless. I initially made phone calls to customer service, but later switched to their online live help system so that I could retain a transcript as evidence. Interestingly, whenever the issue of a refund was brought up, the operator, whose screename was ims, and I would 'somehow' get disconnected. [Note: if you opt for online help, be sure to periodically copy and paste the conversation to another program. When the conversation is over, a box will pop up asking you if you want the transcript emailed to you. 0 of 5 conversations were emailed to me. Fortunately, I had made my own record of the conversations.]

Stay away from these people at all costs, but if you do have to deal with a bad order, take every precaution to watch your back!

Bloomex late delivery, flowers were almost dead!

Do not buy from bloomex!

Order no. 791830 approximate cost: $60

I ordered flowers from bloomex for valentines day at approximately 9:00 a. M.. They were not delivered until the next day. Their policy is to deliver to business addresses before 5:00 pm if order is placed before 1:00p. M. On same day. Worst of all was the quality of the flowers. Perhaps they were left out over night in the delivery person's car because they looked half dead. I have called them several times but each time I talk to someone they state that someone will get back to me shortly. So far, two weeks later, all they have tried to do is give me a 15% discount coupon. I guess they expect me to buy some more dead flowers! I am now going to contact the better business bureau as well as the ontario concumer protection branch. I will also call visa to cancel this charge since they failed to meet their end of the contractural aggreement by failing to deliver the same day the order was rendered.

Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and purchase your flowers elsewhere. My wife is a teacher and she has already spread the word around the school like a wild fire! Please do the same!

Never buy from bloomex.ca. Received dead flowers three days after birthday. Our daughter in England paid 45 $ CAD for dead flowers.
Complaints receive no answer and they say you have to send a photo in order to possibly get another bouquet of flowers. Does anybody wants to receive another bouquet weeeks after his birthday ?
This is a rip off company - Beware

My Grandma passed away at the end of January, and some friends sent a sympathy fruit basket, it arrived late and when we finally received and opened the box, the basket had been left outside for days and ALL the fruit was completely frozen.

We tried sorting out the issue with Bloomex, but the company has proved to be very unhelpful. They told us a simple email and picture would be enough for them to send us a new basket.

I still haven't heard from the company nor have we received a new basket.

I even filed a complaint with the BBB, but apparently Bloomex chooses to to deal with that company.

DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX.

Bloomex no customer service for half dead flowers

Order No. : 752092 Approximate cost: $100

No one from Bloomex has ever resolved my outstanding complaint (replacement or credit) for a shipment of almost dead flowers. I trusted this people and paid them in good faith and they have not honoured their part of the agreement (email PO).

Numerous emails sent, no replies. I even tried calling their toll free line - no luck. Bandits.

Very disappointing. I can only recommend that people avoid this company so they disappear on their own.

Today every one wants something for nothing and people are so fast to jump the gun and run at the jaw ... that they don't bother to read policies or emails regarding there orders .. they just figure if the stamp thier feet and yell and scream at the operator they will get what they want ... I have ordered several times from Bloomex and yes my order was even changed once, not really a big deal, , if you read the policy it clearly says that if that product is unavailable it will be substituted for one of equal value ... PEOPLE NEED TO START PAYING ATTENTION IN THIS FAST PACE SOCIETY THAT WE LIVE IN ...

Bloomex terrible service!

So, I ordered flowers (on the 14th) for my mother's birthday (on Sunday the 17th.) Hours after them not showing up, I decided to investigate. I go onto the website and amongst their ridiculous policies, I managed to find out they don't deliver on Sundays! When I selected Sunday's date, I was not informed of this. No where in the ordering process is this information revealed, like similar websites. Then I discover they can't deliver the next day either because Alberta has a new holiday. The website says they will deliver Saturday or Monday, whichever is closer to the date. (Call me crazy, but if I placed the order Thursday, Saturday would have been a good choice! Better a day early than 2 days late.) Anyway, I change the address on Sunday night to my mother's workplace ($10 fee), to be delivered on Tuesday since she would not be home. Tuesday rolls around and my mother gets home from work, without flowers. She does come home to a message on the answering machine, however. They tried delivering them to that address. (A fee is usually charged if no one is there to accept them. For their sake, let's hope not!) I tried to get in contact with Bloomex via their 'Live help online support.' Several hours and several different people later, they finally tell me they will be delivered to correct address the following day. Am I in the wrong to feel like I am owed... something?!

I wish I'd check this complaint board before I placed our Mother's day flower order through Bloomex, who seems to be criminally incompetent on-line flower delivery business. I am joining a long list of dissatisfied customers - our ordered flowers were also delivered late, with missing sender's information and were very poor quality. All my attempts to file a complaint (numerous phone calls and e-mails to generic "Bloomex management" received no response or proper follow up!) Bloomex has the worst customer service I ever experienced. All the appropriate on-line fraudulent authorities need to be notified to either force Bloomex to improve their customer service or to close their business down. I urge all of you that experienced criminally poor business service from Bloomex to report them to the RCMP-Canadian Consumer protection division.
In the meantime – customers should avoid at all cost to use Bloomex’s atrocious on-line services.
Mr. S.J. Turnbull
