BlizzardWhite Terrible customer service!

When I initially ordered the free trial I was not aware that I could choose between the pens or the tray. So, I order, I'm excited and the next day I receive 2 packages. First package had 1 pen, second package had 2 pens. I read the directions for the pens and tried one pen for 2 days... the directions say to smile for 15 minutes while the product is on your teeth. Fine. I do, and it hurts to keep your lip up for that long. On the 8th day (which was yesterday) my card was charged $94.13. I called and talked to a lady and I explained to her that I am perfectly fine with paying the $94 but I asked if I could send back the pens and receive a tray instead. After going back and forth with her she tells me "once you have received the pen you cannot receive a tray." I said "ok, but I never PICKED the pens in the first place, so can I send you back the pens and you send me a tray" she says "no I can refund you back 35% of your money back, and cancel your membership" WHAT? 35% of my money? I never wanted to cancel my membership to begin with. I wanted the tray. She says "sorry." I said "can I please speak to someone else who understands what I am wanting?" SHE HANGS UP THE PHONE ON ME! I am totally pissed and WILL NEVER-EVER order a damn thing from these people! I called back. Spoke with a man named Jake. He pretty much says the same crap, except he says he can refund me back 60% of my money. Again... its not about the money... ALL I WANTED WAS A DAMN TRAY PEOPLE! He gives me a number and an address to send the product back and says once it's processed I will receive a full refund, and if I want the trays then I can order again online. Real funny! I will never. The product may have been great and I will never know because of the people they have working for the just ruined it for the consumers. I am MAD!

BlizzardWhite Fraud not free

Call them, Blizzard white at [protected] and get a return merchandise authorization number, send package back with that number, be sure to get a tracking number on package, call your credit card company and dispute the charges, oh and just to be prepared, take a picture of package with all info before you send it. You should have the money in your account soon, maybe they will get the message if everyone does this, it takes a little time but is worth it, don't let them win... Mad Mary

BlizzardWhite Teeth whitening product

I sent for a free sample, I paid for the shipping cost, I just received it yesterday and haven't had a chance to try it yet to see if I like it, I was charged for an order that I did not authorize, my credit card is already at the limit, they put it over the limit, I think that the B.B.B. needs to intervene, this is fraudulent behavior and it needs to end now. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Mary Richeson

Nice lady called my cellphone and claimed she represented Sams Club and is offering a tooth whitener promotional for $5.00 and if I liked it I could continue it. Since I'm a faithful Sams Club member I thought "sure". I was vacationing in CA at the time and my husband fell and was hospitalized and in physical therapy for a little over two months. Well, when I got back to Kansas City I saw I had two packages and today when I got online to pay my bill I discover I was charged a total of $105.22 each! Can you believe it? I called Sams Club and the manager said Blizzard White is not sold by Sams Club and he asked for the phone numbers as he was reporting this fraudulent activity to the top. Then I look up Blizzard White website and discover they make a claim that they are not responsible for any representations that have been used to direct you to order. This is obviously a rotgut company and anyone who would work for this company is obviously dishonest also if they have to tell lies to trick people into buying the product.

My story is the same, except I had first cancelled both products online with their Easy Cancel Button, within minutes I received confirmation emails stating "per our conversation today, you will be charged $38.71 (from Bella) and $9.41(from Blizzard) for products we've already shipped to you..and there is no need to return any of our products.."
First of all, there was no conversation with them that day because I cancelled online..Secondly, if I cancelled the trial offer, was I being charged for the products they said I need not return?
So I called a BellaAtHome rep who kept saying I cancelled past the 8days for the trial offer because the trial starts the day I placed my order. I put my foot down and told the rep (who was starting to get irritated by my questions) that there is no way any trial offer of a product can officially begin before I even received the product. It's not effectively a trial until I have the product in hand to try out. So the rep told me to keep the one trial whitener & return the other 2. Then was told to make sure I had some sort of personal authorization code on the return label. The rep finally said he would be sending me a cancellation email stating the directions he had just given me, along with the authorization code and confirmation that I was only being charged for the trial offer plus its shipping/handling fee.
I tried calling the Blizzard number [protected] to speak to their rep BUT somehow I couldn't get a connection. I thought my cell service had been cut off so I called from a friend's cell. This time the call went through but right away the automated voice asked that I punch in the original phone number that had placed the order. So after I punched in my cell number, the call was disconnected and I haven't been able to get through since. My cell number has been blocked so I can't complain or argue with them! I'm just going to cancel my bank card so they can't deduct funds and since I can't contact them to get my authorization code, I guess I'll have to keep the products.
I'm so angry that these 2 companies have the nerve to treat people with such utter disdain & disrespect. I guess that's what happens when a SCAMMER SCAMS YOU! Beware of these Fake Trial Offers! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I received a phone call from them after I was stupid enough to fall for the free trial bs and I asked the person over and over again if they where going to charge my card he stated only if I like the product bla bla bla and kept asking do I need to cancel prior to them taking money out he kept beating around the bush I finally stated I wanted to cancel it right then and there and he hung up on me and proceeded to call me and every time I answered they would just hang up on me two days later they charged my card... called to get it back and they basically told me I was SOL.. this so called company needs shut down asap

BlizzardWhite Don't pay for the teeth whitening, they will ask you to more and more

I paid money for the teeth whitening to the company Blizzard White Global Henderson US. The rep told me that I needed to pay about $100 in total. I sent them payment, but the rep told to pay more. I wasn’t happy about it, so I tried to cancel the agreement, but the rep refused and started to diddle-daddle. I heard some ###, but I couldn’t return the already paid money. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

BlizzardWhite They charged me for whole sum, but it was only trial

People, be aware and don’t subscribe for the trial from the company Blizzard White. I ordered trial from them, and it cost only $1. After that I could subscribe for this trial and paid the whole sum. I checked my account recently and noticed that they charged me for the whole sum. WTF? I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

BlizzardWhite Teeth whitening scam

I placed orders online for a free trial order of a Blizzard White teeth whitening product and Action Pro White teeth whitening product. The price for each was $1.03 for the shipping. I suspected some inaccuracies with my debit card and when I checked it, I discovered that I had been charged by Blizzard White the amounts of: $94.31, and $1.03 and $3.87. I was charged $1.03 and $3.87 by Action Pro White for a total of $104.11. I called to try to resolve the issue only to be told that I didn't "cancel" my order within the required time frame. The only problem with that is I never got the free trials or the actual "order" that I didn't ask for. I never received anything. They also threatened to hang up on me twice

If you are smart do not even order the trail offer and just have to pay shipping. I ordered this for my husband and he said it would not work on his teeth. So I called the company to make sure no more would be shipped automatically.. I wanted to ship back the order I received and to cancel the account.. I wasn't trying to keep anything for free. But because I went onto the automated line to cancel the account that I had agreed to paying the half price amount of $38.71 instead of $90.00 some dollars.. The recording doesn't say that when you hit the #1 button that you are agreeing to pay this amount. By now I am totally confused. I get hold of customer service and all she wanted to do was argue that I had canceled the account and agreed to the half price. They would not help me at all. They told me even if I shipped the whitner back they would not give me back the $38.71 they charged me. Even though I was in the 10 day trial period and product was not opened. I told her that I wasn't given an option to accept or not accept. She told me to give it away.

BlizzardWhite free trial scam

I recently applied for a free trial from blizzard white, which I received some 7 days later, for a small fee, ..only to my surprise several days later they had taken over fifty pounds from my account, The strange thing is I was a bit unsure about this so cancelled the whole thing before comfiming my bank details, some how they still managed to take my money. What are my chances of getting a refund, as my bank tell me they could not of stopped this going through, It was taken without consent.ive tried emailing the company to no avail.Does anyone have a address for these artists.

BlizzardWhite Overcharge

I ordered what was referred to as a free trial teeth whitener online for $1.03 plus shipping charges. Apparently, there was very fine print that I did not see in this ad because when the order arrived 7 days later at 5:00 in my mailbox, and I opened the box the very next morning, I had the free trial plus a Complete Program in the box. I immediately called their number and was told it was too late to return for a refund because the free trial offer was for 7 days. On 6/12, they debited my account for $94. 31, plus a card fee of $2.83. Whoever heard of a free trial that ends while it is in the mail to you? I was led to believe the free trial meant I would have time to try the product, then order the Complete Program if satisfied with the results. This unscrupulous company should not be allowed to conduct business online

Also got taken the very same way by a company called Bella at Home. You ordered both trial sizes at the same time because they supposedly worked together. They took me for $92.43. Got the same run around when i called to try to get refund. I believe both companies are probably the same place, just took the opportunity to scam me twice since once wasn't enough. I am disgusted.

I got treated the same way. Ordered trial size andt agreed to the $1.03 charge and $3.87 s&h. Then they charged my bank account for $94.30 for a 'membership' that i knew nothing about. Said i was supposed to call and cancel. Cancel what? A membership i never agreed to? I also did not authorize them to take that money from my bank account. When i call they are very rude, say i am not eligible for a refund and then when i persist, they hang up on me. I am an honest person and never thought i could be scammed. But they sure did get me.

I ordered a FREE copy of your Blizzard Teeth Whitening for just 3.95 delivery charge but you charged my Credit Card with £ 61.43 on the 01.08.2013 (01/08/2013 5404********6097 Auth: BLIZZARD WHITE DIRECT, [protected].31 USD XR 1.535243 Debit -£61.43)
Hi same happened to me and this should not be allowed this Company should be charged by Law to give Free offers and then charge People as they just take unauthorized money from the Bank Accounts or Credit Cards and this what I wrote to them by Email and I will take further Action if I do not get my Money back.
I never gave you the Authorization to take off this Amount off my Credit Card and urge you to repay the amount back to my Card a.s.a.p all I allow for you to take off are the 3.95 delivery charge for what I got the FREE copy of the Blizzard White.I already talked to my Credit Card Company and filled in a Transaction Dispute Form.I give you 24 Hours to repay the over charge amount off £53.53 back to my Card or I'll take action against your unlawful Advertisements and also I'll advice my Solicitor to take Court Action against you. Also I'll write reviews about this matter in Facebook and Twitter.

I also called for free sample, but agreed, very specifically with my wording, that I only want what I called for- the free sample to try, not at all a trail to have to cancel after so many days, even. I have been charged not only the separate "shipping fees" of $1.03 and $3.87 for the "free stuff", but the same month was charged $92.13. What was free? The next 3 months was charged $103.04 that I NEVER authorized! When I called, got no help. wanted a supervisor.. think he was another phone rep..extremely rude and of no assistance as well. I told him to listen to my call that month, since they are recorded. Was told they are recorded, but they don't have recordings. What? He also kept insisting they do not even have an offer for a free sample etc...

BlizzardWhite Scam

It seems I am not the only person to have a complaint about this company's fraudulent selling practice. I answered an advertisement which was a link from the BBC homepage, for a free trial costing just £1 sterling for postage. When I received an e-mail saying that the full program would be included and that I would be charged almost $100 if it wasn't returned by 20th. April, I cancelled the order and asked them to close the account. I received confirmation that the account was closed and I would not receive any further products. Three more payments have been taken since then. The product is rubbish and declared, for customs, as worth $19.99!
How dare they! If I hadn't put a stop on my account they would have been sending me this garbage and stealing my money ad infinitum.
There is an affiliated company called Pro Action.
Beware and stay with Crest White Strips who offer a guarantee.

Blizzard White is also in with a company called "Bella at Home". They do a fake email from Costco saying "The Costco Reward Points are about to Expire". I got took for $94.31 plus two freight charges also, but I called my bank and they are refunding my account and ask that I call Costco and let them know. Looks like they already know about it. What jerks!

ITS A BIG SCAM, I was charged $94.31 before the trail bases was up. I called and canceled the product but after reading these comments it seems I will also cancel my debt card so no future payments will be deducted. Worse thing to ever order from this company.

I cannot believe I've been scammed by you people how on earth are you allowed to do this. I cancelled my order immediately, but you still sent me the product. You have not even provided me with an RMA number. I want to return the product NOW!

I have found this in the Terms and Conditions Contract drawn up by the Constant Dazzler Club aka Blizzard White.

By clicking on the box or button at the time of order and accepting the How The Offer Works conditions, you are providing an electronic authorization of a charge to your credit or debit card under the Electronic Funds Transfer act.

I did not click on this box.

I have had this communication with thiscompany today:

This is the same rubbish that you fraudsters send to all the people you steal from. Prey tell me how I can return goods which I am not in receipt of?

I am demanding my money back with immediate effect. How dare you remove £112 from my account without my authorisation?

I have just read through all of the investigations with regards to your so called company and it is without doubt, you are in the process of duping honest, unsuspecting people of hard earned money. Do you honestly believe that anyone would enter into such an agreement with you, to remove ad hoc monies from their accounts and that any court in any land would accept that? I think not.

I have a legal right to have my money returned, I am already in touch with trading standards and the Serious Fraud Office. If I have to sell my house to sue you then I will do it. You people are an abomination.

First, they get you with a FAKE health care web page with FAKE user comments. Then they tell you it will cost you only about 1$ for a free trial which you can cancel then another 1$ from another product. So far you think: "2$ free shipping for white teeth, not to bad!"
When you order you realize that to cancel the monthly renewal of 93$ you need to pay 9$ to cancel the trial for admin fee. Times 2 because you ordered the 2 products. So you have now a grand total of 20$ (if you are lucky and been able to cancel in time). 2 Days later, you realize that your PHONE NUMBER is Spammed and your EMAIL even more. A real nightmare... Then you receive the products. Total junk, and ruins your teeth.

I TOO was conned by BlizzardWhite, they advertised a tooth whitening product on Facebook UK for £1 - so I ordered the product, there was another product costing the same price that was necessary to make the first product work, as this was only £1 I ordered it too. Today I received an email from Blizzardwhite, informing me that I would be billed $94 ! for my items and would be billed monthly the same price for the same product as apparently it last approx. a month for each product. I have emailed the company cancelling my order, but something tells me that, I have wasted my time in doing this. Therefore since this co. have my debit card details, I notified my bank of this scam, I have been with my bank 30 years and they know me well, so they have cancelled my debit card, and will be issuing me a new one, which means that should BlizzardWhite try to take money from my account they will be unable to do so as they will not have the correct debit card details. its an inconvenience, but worth waiting 7 or 8 days for a new card, as at least I wont have these scammers taking money out of my account. I know numerous people have complained to various authorities about this company and cannot understand why they have not been closed down or at least prosecuted for fraud, which is what they are doing, albeit, stealing to put it in its proper context, so anyone else who has ordered this special offer from this company, change your card now, or you will be paying up to $100 per month to them. please do it now, or at least contact your bank and explain the situation to them so that something can be done to stop this company from fraudently taking money from your account.
