I got three charges on my credit / debit card from the above company. I looked it up on line and located other complaints form the same company. The company is for on-line gaming, thing is I dont play games on-line. If this company has so many complaints then how come they have not been dealt with.

Sir, from my account 6074.67 + 6074.67 + 6074.67 + 6074.67 + 6074.67 5 times the amount has decreased, although I am poor, I am doing a little bit for our family and thus you are cutting off my Amount what to do is return me the amount. Four charges showed up on my bank account from Blizzard Online Entertainment for $59.99, $59.99, $59.99, and $20. It is only my wife and I in the house (we are older) and no one plays games, especially online ones, which we are vehemently against since they are intellectual junk food with no redeeming qualities. The bank said they got not only my card information, but also the CCV number and address, and I have NO IDEA how they did this! I am disputing the charges completely but this needs to be investigated by authorities. I am very angry!

I never even heard of this website, this morning they took out 59.99 I was very pissed, went to the bank and made a claim and I have my lawyer stand I am suing them for fraud. This is my money and I have never heard of this site nor did I ever purchase anything on this sites. I'm very angry.

Just noticed a charge on my bank card for this company in the amount of $10.80. I don't do online gaming, I am 60 years old. Also noticed four charges from Microsoft in the amount of $43.19 each. What is going on with this crap?

I just got a charge of $14.99 from this shady company as well and have never, ever been on their website nor play any online games. How can this be going on for at least FIVE YEARS now (complaints here start in 2010) yet nothing is done to stop them?

I was charge $10, $179 and $108 from Blizzard Ent Onl Store and I never purchases anything in this company I never in this site. It aint much... But i was charged $10 from this blizzard ent store & i have Never once in my life been on the site or even made a purchase on the site... It needs to be refunded cuz i am already short for the week... Contact me at [protected]

I was charged 10 time of Rs 3857.28 and 2 times Rs. 64.31 and i never made any purchases on been on the site POS/BLIZZARD ENT*ONL.Now, I want that return my all deducted amount before i take any action. My Mob is +91 [protected] and name Baleshwar Patel

I just received two charges from Blizzard Ent* Onl Store in the amounts of $14.99 and $74.95, after an initial charge of $1.00 from Blizzard Ent* Wow Sub. My daughter does not have any of my bank or credit card information and I have not made any of these purchases. I had to deactivate my bank card and get a new one. Also, I have not yet been able to reach anyone at Blizzard. At this point, if I do reach them and if they do remove the charges, I am still going to pursue this matter with the Illinois Attorney General so that this does not happen to others or that I am not a victim again. I read in one of the complaints that the fraudulent charge was traced back to using a credit card at a restaurant. If we can't be safe when we dine, where can we be protected from this sort of scam and fraud?

I have the complaint with you and your company! My daughter had a account there. She set it up monthly. I did not know this until I got my bill. There was no way in H----, that you were going to let me off of the hook. She does not live with me, I am raising her daughter, and I did not give her permission or you to give her rights to use my checking account again. So on December 9, or 10, 2010, there it was. Blizzard ent*onl store $39.99. Now who in the hecks fault is this? I said no more to you, no more to her. But yet there it is. Last time I was going to feel out a police report, but I paid it instead, and told both of you do not use my checking. So this time you both are in deep water. I couldn't believe the bad reviews you got! I called you to talk. A 26 minute waiting period. Now come on. Either you have a lot of unhappy people or a understafted team workers. I want this to end now. I will get a police report this time, because you was told to put her on the NO, BLACK list, and she was told NO. We are raising her child, 12 years old, and if I was going to get something, it would be for her. Now I want some feedback, as how this happened again, after we straightened it out? She lives in Montpelier, IN. Shawna Rahschulte. She has no job. She is living in a old building, and I am her mother, but she has taken everything she can from us. We cannot keep letting her. What does spelling have to do with it? I had a charge on Blizzard several months ago, and I told you then, I would pay it then, because my daughter got into my banking, but I will not pay anymore. Now I see I am charged again for $39.99 on December 9, or 10, 2010. I did not use my checking for this, and when we talked the first time, when this happened, I said this is a one time thing because I didn't want to have to get a police report. Now I am furious, because I did not authorize the purchase. That would come under fraud. It seems to me, you have a lot of that going on. Especially around the Christmas time. I want it taken off of my bill on my checking account, at once. I will not pay for it again. I told you that, not to accept anything from her, but evidently you need the business. My phone number is [protected]. I would like for someone to call me, before I take action.

The same thing is happening to me. I am being charged on my debit card, I even had to have a checking account closed because of this company.
