Blinq.com crooked, bait and switch

Don't be fooled!
Dishonest and unresponsive merchant.

Bait and Switch.

Bought a new Lenovo PC for Xmas. Came factory sealed, finally hooked it up today.

Login screen came up with a PHOTO of a couple that owned it first! On top of that, it's PASSWORD PROTECTED, so unusable by anyone else.

Box had LENOVO branded tape sealing it, fooled me until I hooked it up.

Contacted them (a nightmare, they have no phone number) and they didn't apologize, didn't offer "to make it right" like their website says. In fact, they told me via email that "it's outside of 30 days, we won't help you".

I bought the PC around Black Friday as a Xmas gift as a NEW item.

They sold me a used, locked PC.

I call that FRAUD. Protect Yourselves, this outfit is crooked.

I would try for a different rep. Their number used to be [protected], but I haven't used it in a while. While they can't replace items normally they do have free returns, no questions asked. For 30 days, as you now know, but I'm sure the right rep will get an exception especially since the condition was wrong. Explain it was waiting to be a christmas gift and appeared to be factory sealed. I've used them for years and despite having to send back a few wrong/problem items I love that I can snag low prices and worst case scenario I have to return it for a full refund if somethings not right, no real risk. If blinq won't help then I'd file a claim with your credit card, you're protected there too.

Blinq.com fraudulent activity

Blinq allowed a hacker to use my paypal account to send products to an address using my name and phone number but an address on the other side of the united states. The address used was an unverified paypal address and should have raised a red flag immediately.

How does an online portal not offer a customer service phone number? They now only offer customer service via e-mail and as of yet I have not received any replies back.

This site should be shut down for the activity that is being allowed.

Blinq.com beats solo 3 wireless headphones

Apple is going to try to take care of the headphones, the right side did not work! Not only did your company send me broken headphones, you sent me headphones that the serial numbers do not match. When I purchased them online, it said open box only. Not that they may not be working or the entirely wrong headphones! No worries, I will not be using your business again and will definitely report this to the bbb and any other business review site I can find. I usually don't test electronics out before I wrap them for christmas presents, so the reason they were not returned before your unrealistic stupid 30 day return policy. Thank god for good, legitimate businesses like apple. Your slogan should be "don't blinq, or we will switch out or mail a broken electronic to you!" you're business is shady and very untrustworthy.

Copied from the email I sent them. I bought my daughter beats for christmas, and when she opened them up on christmas day the right side did not work. Blinq wouldn't except a return because out of the 30 day window, so I called apple. They were wonderful and let me send them to apple to repair. But they immediately sent them back because the serial number I gave them (from box) didn't match the serial number number on the beats themselves. So imagine my anger! So hence the email above. Don't buy anything from that website.

Blinq.com samsung galaxy tab 3

Purchased a samsung tablet as a christmas present late oct. 2018. Tablet delivered end of october and was sealed, so I did not open packaging. Wrapped and gave as gift on dec. 25th, 2018. Tablet would not hold a charge when opened. Contacted blinq's customer service the following day and was told could not be returned for replacement or refund, but to call samsung. Called samsung and was told the tablet serial number was over three years old, out of warranty, and would cost no less than $75-$150 to repair! Contacted blinq's customer service once again to be told my purchase was days short of their return policy of 60 days for christmas, which began nov. 1, 2018. They passed me from person to person until I finally gave me to a customer service senior associate... Ha. This employee informed me I was out of luck..."I do see that this was listed in factory refurbished condition at the time of purchase. Factory refurbished items, like this one, have been professionally refurbished and restored so they look and feel like new". So here's the catch... "look and feel like new"... Not necessarily working like new.

I order a Hp laptop from them,for some unknow reason they didn't inform UPS,if no one is home,to leave notice. Contacted the so call c.s,in so many words the,who cares,we don't go file a police report! I file a case against them with my credit card company,either they never reply or my credit card company didn't like their reply,I got my money back from them. If this coney island white fish was in NYC,I would beat him from one end of NYC to the other!

Blinq.com false advertising, did not receive item as described

I purchased an iPad Air 2 with cellular, paid for item. Receive iPad Air 2 no Wi-Fi, and no charger, and no USB cord. Have emailed company many many times they stated that they would send me a partial refund that never happened is this a lawsuit? They took total advantage of this senior citizen! In an attempt to get this resolved, I spoke with Charlotte she told me that I'd be getting a partial refund within 3 to 5 days, I told her I only wanted the item that I paid for nothing has ever happened there's nobody to get a hold of what this company when am I supposed to do I'm tired of getting ripped off!

Blinq.com lenovo laptop

I purchased a "Like New" laptop (definition: Q: What does "Like New - Open Box" condition mean?
A: Like New - Open Box items look and feel new. The packaging may show wear.) The laptop came in Lenovo packaging.
However, after a few months of use, the mother board failed to work and the repair person advised me it was actually refurbished (which is another description used by BLINQ: Q: What does "Factory Refurbished" condition mean?
A: Factory Refurbished items look and feel new. They are in special refurbished packaging.

I contacted them regarding the broken laptop and loss of all business documents and they advised me to contact Lenovo.

I have requested a response from their legal department for false and misleading advertising, as I would never have purchased a refurbished product.

I also contacted Optivo, the parent company- no response yet.

Blinq.com computer sales

I purchased a 4K UHD Dell laptop off of eBay from Blinq and received a basic HP laptop instead. The difference between what was advertised/paid for and what I received is shocking.

In the eBay ad it was almost too good to be true - a 4K Dell laptop with 8 gigs of RAM and a 1 terabyte solid state hard drive for 591.

I could not wait for it to get here so I could start editing videos and when I open the box and saw that HP laptop I was shocked.

It was not 4K and did not have a solid state drive and not designed or suited for editing.

I contacted eBay and they gave Blinq 10 days to respond and we are on day 8 and still waiting.

This has turned out to be nothing but a huge hassle and you couldn't pay me to buy anything from Blinq again. From what I have read, this seems to be their business pattern and practice.

You have been warned!

Blinq.com new thinkpad x1 carbon, 4th generation. order#or2660123

On 10/6/2017 I ordered:
New ThinkPad X1 Carbon, 4th Generation.
Order#OR2660123.

On 10/10 I received a damaged Thinkpad X260
The lid was scuffed up and cracked, likely from a drop, and the display housing was bent and popped open.

They admit that their listing was incorrect but will not exchange for the correct product, which they DO have in stock.

Blinq will not REPLACE "damaged, defective, or wrong items"
Customer service is wrong to call this an "Exchange". Please complete my order by shipping me the correct item, which your inventory lists as IN STOCK.

Blinq.com buyer beware

Dangerous to buy from here. I mean they sent items without needed protection, so the risk to get a broken order is too high. What did they try to do? To save a little money on wrapping or what?
I ordered a laptop and it was poorly packed. As poor as you can imagine. As if it was a dress, not a laptop. Of course, it was broken.
so if you need electronic products, you better choose a different place for ordering.

Blinq.com dell inspiron 555 touchscreen

Bought Dell touchscreen used, Their classification(Very good condition fully functional0 .
Laptop keeps on restarting and over heating, also keyboard stops working from time to time, When Contacted them they claimed its over a month for return and to contact Dell since it still have warranty, When I contacted Dell they informed me that Warranty is not only expired but also its under someone name .
Very disappointed and I'm considering filing dispute with BBB.
I don't recommend BlinQ for their misleading of item description, here is how they advertise:

Blinq.com insignia tablet

I purchased an Insignia NS-P10A7100 from this company on eBay. It has a 30 refund policy. The unit quit charging after 45 days. I contacted the seller and they said they could not help after 30 days and suggested contacting the manufacturer. It turns out the brand is exclusive to Best Buy and since they didn't sell it they will not honor the warranty. Beware of buying Insignia from this seller!

Blinq.com counterfeit hp ink cartridges

I purchased HP ink that was labeled as authentic HP ink in unopened packaging. HP 950XL Black and 951 Tri-color (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) Combo Saver 4 cartridges in one pack. The packaging appeared authentic. I received the ink in a timely fashion and put it in my office drawer for when I ran out of ink. My HP printer won't print if one of the colors is out, so I wanted to have refills on hand so I wouldn't lose any work days of printing.

Two months after I received it, my yellow ink ran out. I opened the authentic looking HP package and found... a totally fake counterfeit cartridge. Didn't look at all authentic. No HP logo on it or anything. I tried it in my printer just to see and of course, my printer rejected it and gave me an error message.

I contacted Blinq. They told me i was out of luck because it was beyond 30 days. I replied to them with photos of the ink they sold me and what authentic ink cartridges looked like. They then stopped replying entirely.

Ink is expensive. Fake ink won't work in my printer. I paid for authentic ink. Blinq owes me a refund. I told them I'd gladly send them their fake cartridges back at their cost, but they won't respond.

Blinq.com false advertisement!! you may received the wrong model!

I bought "apple macbook pro mf840ll/a 13.3-inch laptop with retina display (256 gb hard drive, 2.7 ghz dual-core intel core i5 processor, 8 gb 1866 mhz lpddr3 ram), silver (2015 version)" from amazon under blinq merchant. However, i noticed in the track order status from their website shows me an older version "apple macbook pro 13.3" laptop 2.26ghz 4gb 500gb mac os x (Mb990ll/a)". I haven't received the item yet, but from previous complaints, i have no doubt that i'll received the wrong item.

Blinq.com "guaranteed" delivery arrived late!

This company "guaranteed" delivery of my product by December 24. Package didn't arrive until December 27! Company made attempt to offer me a measly compensation. Requests to speak with supervisor were met with, "Bobby will have to call you back." Still no call back from the supervisor. How can a company offer a guarantee, fail at the guarantee, and not be held responsible? Horrible customer service, BLINQ.

Blinq.com wrong item... twice!!!

Beware of this company at all costs! On November 24 I ordered an iPad Pro 12.9 inch 128 GB but was sent an iPad mini. I called up and spoke to both Beth and her manager, Bobby and was assured that these types of mistakes never happened. They apologized, refunded my money, and assured me they would call when another iPad Pro 12.9 inch 128 GB tablet became available and would give it to me at the same price. They never called, but I saw another listed and reordered trusting that Bobby and Beth were correct in telling me this sort of thing never happens. Sure enough, today another iPad mini arrived. Blinq clearly has some real quality control problems. I will never order anything from them again. You shouldn't either!

Blinq.com I will not buy from them again

I'm extremely disappointed with Blinq and I will not buy from them again. I have purchased a laptop from this company and when it arrived I was shocked to see how poorly it was packaged! Due to bad packaging (only one piece of bubble wrap) my laptop got damaged!
I paid a lot of money and what I received?
I have no idea what were they thinking. I contacted their support team and they said that there was nothing they could do. They tried to be nice and apologized, but that doesn't change anything!

Blinq.com no qc in the blinq.com warehouse

I want to keep this short and factual. I ordered a Toshiba Chromebook 2 CB35-C3300 laptop from Blinq.com.

Blinq sent me an older Toshiba Chromebook, the CB35-B3330 model. This is an older version with:
• Less RAM (2Gb vs. 4Gb)
• Less screen resolution (1366x768 vs. 1920x1080)
• A slower processor (N2840 vs. 3215U)

I wanted and ordered the newer more expensive version because of those features. OK, the Warehouse messed up. You would think Blinq would have some UPC coding on product to prevent this from happening.

Blinq offered me a $65 credit to keep the older version. I looked on their website to see what they were charging for the CB35-B3330 model. It turns out with the $65 credit I would be paying almost the exact same price as if I had ordered their goof laptop. So much for offering the customer a break to keep them happy. If I wanted that older model I would have ordered it.

I sent the incorrect laptop back. I asked Blinq multiple times, “Could someone in the warehouse please look for the correct laptop I ordered?” Silence

In the last email I received from Sandrine in Customer Care, she said, “Please let me know if I can help with anything else.” I messaged back “There is something you can do. Did someone look in the Warehouse for what I ordered!” Again Silence.

I have since ordered from Dell. I hope you will have a better experience than I did with Blinq.com.

Blinq.com blinq is not to be trusted!

When I placed my order I was thinking that all items they sell were brand new, but my tablet was obliviously used before! It was working fine and was really nice but I found several scratches on the case and there were visible finger marks! I contacted Blinq hoping to get a refund, but it seems like these guys really don't care and no one ever replied. I'll never order from them again! Blinq is not to be trusted!

Blinq.com product issues with a used canon printer from blinq

I had purchased a used Canon printer from the Blinq website. When the package came in the mail it had an Inspection guarantee sticker on the outside. After opening and connecting the printer and spending time with the Canon support line it was determined that the printer was defective and not functional. Fortunately, I was able to return the product to Blinq and they sent another used Canon printer of the same model. This second printer connected and worked. However, just recently I tried printing something in color and the colors were off. Again after spending time with the Canon support line it was determined that I had another defective printer. Unfortunately this time I found the issue shortly after Blinq's 30 day return policy. After contacting Blinq again this time they said there was nothing they could do for me and would not issue a refund for the defective product they sent, which they claim to have inspected. I will never purchase from this company again. They send defective used products they claim to have inspected and will not back the product if an issue is detected beyond their rigid 30 refund period.

Blinq.com my order was canceled without explanation.

My order was canceled without explanation. This order I Blvd. already paid. Technical Support can explain the reason for the cancellation is not. Offer to order these items again. Maybe I'll get lucky and my order will be adopted. But these items are no longer in their store! As compensation was offered a coupon for a 10% discount. This coupon offer to everyone just for subscribing to their newsletter. It is ridiculous! I will never book in this store!
