I recently purchased their product online and my card went through and everythin and i got charged for it. But i never recieved a confirmation email or any information regarding my order. Then Charlene sent me a message saying that i charged it back when i didnt and said i would be placed on the no reorder list. I just want the product i ordered and paid for, and information about it.

    Please send me your email address and I will investigate your order. I answer about 100 emails a day and I just can't every email..

    why are you not allowing refund since this product does not work for me?
    it stated that in your website that you can refund.
    AGAIN, IT LEAVES A BROWN SPOTS!!!1
    AND STOP PRETENDING YOU DON'T KNOW ME.

    I receive 150 emails a day. We tell all our customers there are 3% of our customers don't heal from freeze therapy. Please contact me a [protected]@hushmail.com for a refund.
